GRANEF: Utilization of a Graph Database for Network Forensics

Understanding the information in captured network traffic, extracting the necessary data, and performing incident investigations are principal tasks of network forensics. The analysis of such data is typically performed by tools allowing manual browsing, filtering, and aggregation or tools based on statistical analyses and visualizations facilitating data comprehension. However, the human brain is used to perceiving the data in associations, which these tools can provide only in a limited form. We introduce a GRANEF toolkit that demonstrates a new approach to exploratory network data analysis based on associations stored in a graph database. In this article, we describe data transformation principles, utilization of a scalable graph database, and data analysis techniques. We then discuss and evaluate our proposed approach using a realistic dataset. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat vývoj zámku a zahrad ve Versailles a seznámit čtenáře jak s historií, tak i se současnou podobou. Práce se zaměřuje na vládu Ludvíka XIV., během které se zámek a zahrady ve Versailles staly symbolem absolutistické monarchie a nedílnou součástí francouzské historie. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá obdobím od vzniku Versailles po současnost, popisuje interiér zámku a v neposlední řadě se věnuje zahradám. Tématika zahrad pojednává o jejich rozdělení pomocí os na jednotlivé části a partery. V kapitole, která se zabývá jednotlivými partery autorka seznamuje čtenáře s vývojem a dnešní podobou jednotlivých prvků, s umístěním vodních nádrží, vodotrysků a fontán a dále s mytologickým podtextem u soch, váz a jiných dekorací. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována glosáři, který se skládá převážně z architektonických pojmů a jejich vysvětlení. The theoretical part of the work deals with the energy performance of buildings and a certificate of energy performance of the building. The calculation part deals with a separate design of the heating system and its partial elements. The calculation part also deals with hot water heating and heat accumulation. An air / water heat pump is designed as the heat source. The building is heated by radiators and underfloor heating. The entire technical solution is described in the technical report, including requirements for other professions

Protection of personality in healthcare

The subject of this thesis is "Protection of personality in health care" which is an important and especially current topic. After the recodifications of relevant legislation - particularly the recent Civil Code (which is built on the natural law concept) - is more focused on the protection of personality and it generally changed perception of harm to personal rights. It is newly called "compensation for personal harm to the natural rights of person" and claims for compensation for damages and recompense of non-pecuniary damages is tied to a single court proceedings. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the basic concepts related to personal rights and to certain medical terminology including explanation of the term "lege artis". The second part presents the relevant legislation, both national and international. The third and largest section is devoted to the protection of patient's personality which is defined by the individual rights of patient in health care. Bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu otopné soustavy pedagogicko poradenského centra. Teoretická část práce se zabývá energetickou náročností budov a průkazem energetické náročnosti budovy. Výpočtová část se zabývá samostatným návrhem otopné soustavy a jejích dílčích prvků. Výpočtová část dále řeší ohřev teplé vody a akumulaci tepla. Jako zdroj tepla je navrženo tepelně čerpadlo typu vzduch/voda. Vytápění objektu zajišťují otopná tělesa a podlahové vytápění. ANALYZA – Výpočetní a orchestrační subsystém

Softwarová komponenta Výpočetní a orchestrační subsystém slouží pro vlastní zpracování a analýzu vybraných dat v rámci systému ANALYZA. Komponenta zajišťuje dostupnost infrastruktury umožňující běh analytických modulů a možnosti jejich sestavování do analytických workflow (tzv. analytických operací). Mezi její hlavní úkoly pak patří správa a řízení infrastruktury, a integrované propojení jednotlivých analytických částí vyvinutého systému. Komponenta si udržuje přehled o všech běžících analytických projektech a analýzách v rámci nich realizovaných, včetně informací k nim přiřazeným, a připravuje tak prostředí pro import či výměnu dat a řídících informací mezi analytickými moduly. Kromě samotné komponenty obsahuje archiv doplňující software příkladů analytických operací a demonstrační software ilustrující jednoduchost zadávání a správy integrovaných funkcí.The Computation and Orchestration subsystem software component is used to process and analyze selected data within the ANALYZA system. The component ensures the availability of infrastructure, enabling the running of analytical modules and their connection into analytical workflow (analytical operations). Its main tasks include the administration and management of infrastructure and integrated interconnection of individual analytical parts of the developed system. The component maintains an overview of all running analytical projects and analyzes performed within them, including information assigned to them, and thus prepares the environment for import or exchange of data and control information between analytical modules.
