Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma týkající se dostupnosti veřejných služeb na venkově. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je identifikace spokojenosti obyvatel města Nýrsko s dostupností poskytovaných veřejných služeb. Praktická část je zaměřena na město Nýrsko, a pro porovnání zjištěných údajů jsou použita informační data z města Janovice nad Úhlavou. Obě města tvoří společně s 11 katastry Místní akční skupinu (MAS) Ekoregion Úhlava. Jsou získávány potřebná data o sociálních službách, zdravotnictví, školství, kultuře a dopravě, která tato města poskytují. Dále jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které pomohlo objasnit spokojenost občanů města Nýrska s poskytovanými veřejnými službami. Mezi hlavními poznatky šetření se projevily názory o nutnosti zvyšovat dostupnost sociálních služeb, řešit dopravní dostupnost v regionu. Podporovat řešení potřeb seniorů a také zajištění informovanosti občanů o sociálních a návazných službách. Nastíněny jsou návrhy pro zkvalitnění dostupnosti venkova.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic concerning the availability of public services in the countryside. The main goal of the diploma thesis will be to identify the satisfaction of the inhabitants of Nýrsko with the availability of public services. The practical part is focused on the city of Nýrsko, and information data from the city of Janovice nad Úhlavou are used to compare the data. Both cities together with 11 cadastres form the Local Action Group Ekoregion Úhlava. The necessary data on social services, health care, education, culture and transport provided by these cities are obtained. The results of a questionnaire survey are also presented, which helped to clarify the satisfaction of the citizens of Nýrsko with the provided public services. Among the main findings of the survey were opinions on the need to increase the availability of social services, to address transport accessibility in the region. To support the solution of the needs of seniors and also to ensure that citizens are informed about social and related services. Proposals for improving rural accessibility are outlined

Proposal of a Business Plan for Estabilishing a Social Business

Cílem této diplomové práce, je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro založení podniku v oblasti sociálních služeb pro seniory. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy v oblasti podnikání a metody průzkumu trhu a podnikatelského prostředí. Pro výzkum prostředí bylo využito dotazníkového šetření, analýza 7 S, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, PEST analýza a SWOT analýza. V praktické části je popsán podnik, nabízené služby a finanční plán. Je zde vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a provedeny a vyhodnoceny analýzy. V poslední části práce je vyhodnocení podnikatelského plánu a doporučení z toho pramenící. Je doporučeno získání většího počtu zákazníků nebo kooperace s jinou společností.The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for establishing a company in the field of social services for seniors. The theoretical part describes basic concepts in the field of business and methods of researching the market and business environment. A questionnaire survey, 7 S analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis were used for environmental research. The practical part describes the company, the services offered and the financial plan. A questionnaire survey is evaluated, analyzes are performed and evaluated. In the last part of the work, there is an evaluation of the business plan and recommendations arising from it. Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction in a Company with Agricultural Production

Cílem této bakalářské práce, je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků firmy Orálek rostlinná výroba s.r.o. s výrobky a službami. Teoretická část popisuje metodu výzkumu spokojenosti zákazníků a SWOT analýzu. Pro výzkum spokojenosti zákazníků byla zvolena metoda ECSI (Evropský Index spokojenosti zákazníka). Metoda je aplikována v praktické části. Výsledky ECSI jsou součástí navazující SWOT analýzy. Z vyhodnocení těchto analýz pramení doporučení a návrhy pro zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků firmy. Zákazníci jsou celkově se společností spokojeni s drobnými výhradami.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to determine the customers satisfaction of the company Orálek rostlinná výroba s.r.o. with products and services. The theoretical part describes the method of customer satisfaction research and SWOT analysis, for this purpose, the ECSI (European Customer Satisfaction Index) method was chosen. The method is applied in the practical part and the ECSI results are included in follow-up SWOT analysis. Recommendations and suggestions for increasing the company's customer satisfaction come from the evaluation of these analysis. The aim of this thesis is to define the socio-economic aspects of marginal regions in the Czech Republic. This thesis deals causes of marginal regions and socio-economic indicators, development of marginal regions, integration of marginal regions and their subsequent comparison. In this work are described and evaluated socio-economic indicators solved marginal area. After thesis explains the basic concepts of this issue and socio-economic indicators used in the practical part. The work also deals with the characteristics and problems of peripherals and their development potential. In the end of this thesis is the complete analysis of socio - economic development of marginal areas for the past 10 years, and application development programs or proposals and selected areas compared with developed regions. The result of thesis is the analysis of selected marginal regions, which indicates the strong and weak points of these regions and their opportunities and threats

Comparison of savings accounts in the Czech Republic

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparativní analýzou spořících účtů v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je popsána struktura bankovního systému a vymezení depozitních produktů. Podrobněji je popsán princip úročení, faktory ovlivňující sazby na vkladových produktech, a také další možnosti nízkorizikového a rychle likvidního zhodnocení peněžních prostředků. Empirická část se zabývá porovnáním spořících účtů z hlediska kritérií, jež jsou významná pro rozhodnutí klienta při výběru vhodného spořícího účtu. Výsledkem analýzy je nalezení nejvýhodnějšího spořícího účtu pro spotřebitele.The bachelor thesis deals with a comparative analysis of savings accounts in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the structure of the banking system and the definition of deposit products. The principle of interest rates, factors influencing the rates on deposit products, and other options for low-risk and fast liquid appreciation of funds are described in more detail. The empirical part deals with the comparison of savings accounts in terms of criteria that are important for the client's decision when choosing a suitable savings account. The analysis results in finding the most suitable savings account for retail clients

Modern and contemporary dance education at dance conservatories in the Czech republic

In my thesis I was concerned with a situation of modern and contemporary dance education at conservatories in the Czech Republic. As for the theoretical objectives, I used accessible official sources and regarding the practical objectives I derived from experiencing of seeing some of the classes of the school year 2016/17. At most of the conservatories the modern and contemporary dance is taught from the fifth grade and that lead me to focus only on classes from fifth until eighth grade. I added a piece of information about student’s and teacher’s opinions on modern and contemporary dance education by using the questionnaires and I also described my own view of educational process at specific institutions which I could make by means of all acquired information

The completeness and timeliness of the pertussis questionnaire-based enhanced surveillance system (ESS) among infants and reported pertussis data within the electronic nationwide notification system (NNS) in the years 2015, 2017 and 2019 were evaluated in a pilot study
