V diplomové práci jsem se zabýval metodou Six Sigma a jejím užitím v praxi ve firmě Miele technika s.r.o. První část se zabývá teoretickým popisem metody Six Sigma, metodikou DMAIC a používanými nástroji jako je SIPOC, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, korelační diagram nebo regresní analýza. Druhá část se zabývá popisem aplikace metody Six Sigma, kterou jsem měl možnost jako vedoucí týmu provést na procesu montáže sušiček a praček.In this thesis I dealt with the Six Sigma method and uses in practice in Miele technica s.r.o. company. The first part deals with the theoretical description of Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology and used tools as SIPOC, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, or regression or correlation. The second part describes the application of Six Sigma methods, which I had the opportunity to perform as a team leader in the assembly process of washing machines and dryers.

Witness and his testimony in civil proceedings Abstract The submitted diploma thesis deals with the testimony of a witness in civil proceedings. This is undoubtedly the most demanding means of proof. Its demanding character is given not only by the necessary preparation of the judge before this act, but especially in the subsequent assessment of the credibility of the testimony given. The diploma thesis aims to comprehensively describe the course of the carrying out witness testimony from the moment the witness enters the courtroom to the assessment of the witness's credibility within the reasoning of the court decision. Apart from the testimony, the introductory chapter deals with all the evidence means that can be presented in the Czech civil process with reference to their differences and similarities. The following chapter deals with the eligibility of the witness, the person of the witness and his witness duties. A witness need not comply with this statutory obligation if, by giving a testimony, he could cause a risk of criminal prosecution to himself or to a person close to him, or if he is bound by a duty of confidentiality. Jedná se bezesporu o nejnáročnější důkazní prostředek. Náročnost je dána nejen potřebnou přípravou soudce před tímto úkonem, ale především v následném hodnocení věrohodnosti podané výpovědi. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl komplexně popsat průběh provádění svědecké výpovědi od okamžiku vstupu svědka do soudní síně až po hodnocení svědkovy věrohodnosti v rámci odůvodnění soudního rozhodnutí. Kromě svědecké výpovědi je v rámci úvodní kapitoly pojednáno o všech důkazních prostředcích, které lze v českém civilním procesu předložit s poukazem na jejich odlišnosti a podobnosti. Bakalářská práce se zabývá elektronickými slovníky, které jsou uloženy ve formátu Lexical Markup Framework. Jejich analýzou správnosti převodu z jiných formátů, sjednocování použité terminologie a hromadnou změnou dat. Pro tyto účely byly vytvořeny skripty v jazyce Python3.The bachelor's thesis deals with electronic dictionaries that are stored in the format Lexical Markup Framework. It deals with their analysis of the correctness of the conversion to other formats, the unification of used terminology and mass changes data. The scripts in Python3 were created for these purposes.

Possibilities of marketing localization in retail environment

The dissertation maps the micro-local and cultural aspects of the Czech Republic and applies them to retail marketing. Not only price and performance is the most critical factor in shopping, but also social background, culture, and micro-location have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The work consists of 3 independent pieces of research, which follow on from and complements existing Czech studies on shopping preferences, which primarily deal with regional diversity and social aspects or directly purchasing decisions and moves the knowledge of Czech customers one step forward. The Cause of Mechanical Vibration of Palasher Synchronous Motors and its Removal

The paper describes the procedure and the result of the analysis of mechanical vibrations of mining machines at the Palasher mine in the Russian Federation. The cause of these vibrations was the change in the magnitude of the magnetic flux in the air gap. The simulations showed the possibility of eliminating these changes in magnetic flux by injecting suitable voltages into the stator windings. The implementation of this injection is further described by torque variable component feed-direct compensation. Finally, oscillography records are presented before and after injection

Mn DOPING OF GaN LAYERS GROWN BY MOVPE

In this contribution we present a growth of Ga1-xMnxN layers by MOVPE. Mn doped GaN layers were grown with and without undoped GaN templates on (0001) sapphire substrates in a quartz horizontal reactor. For the deposition of Ga1-xMnxN layers (MCp)2Mn was used as a Mn – precursor. The flow of the Mn precursor was 0.2-3.2 μmol.min-1. The deposition of Ga1-xMnxN layers was carried out under the pressure of 200 mbar, the temperature 1050 °C and the V/III ratio of 1360. For the growth of high quality GaN:Mn layers it was necessary to grow these layers on a minimally partially coalesced layer of pure GaN. The direct deposition of GaN:Mn layer on the low temperature GaN buffer layer led to a three-dimensional growth during the whole deposition process. Another investigated parameter was the influence of nitrogen on the layer’s properties. A nearly constant ferromagnetic moment persisting up to room temperature was observed on the synthesized thin films
