Evaluace kvality služby sociální prevence rané péče v kontextu individuálních potřeb klientů ve středisku rané péče v Pardubicích

The author - the Chairman of the Association for Early Care and the Head of the Centre for Early Care - describes in the article historical connections and the current state of social prevention - early care services provided according to Law. No. 108/2006 of the Digest concerning social services as amended only in the Czech Republic. The article also focuses on the quality evaluation of these services. The evaluation of their quality is presented based on individual needs of clients of the Centre for Early Care in Pardubice

Early intervention in the family with a early age child with special needs as a part of early childhood special pedagogic education

Disertační práce má badatelsko empirický charakter, tzn. že v sobě spojuje pokus o vytvoření teoretického systému (nové subdisciplíny speciální pedagogiky) s pokusem získání argumentů s pomocí empirického šetření. Je uvedena teoretickou částí představující historicko-pedagogický přehled problematiky, vymezením referenčního pole, cílových skupin, úkolů, základní terminologie a celého systému speciální pedagogiky raného věku. Specifickou část tvoří raná péče jako teoretický subsystém začleněný do speciální pedagogiky v soustavě sociálně rehabilitačních a speciálně pedagogických služeb. Teoretická část má charakter metateorie v tom smyslu, že v raném věku jsou dány počátky výchovy, péče, podpory v intencích teorie komprehenzívní speciální pedagogiky (Jesenský, 2000) či integrativní speciální pedagogiky (Vítková, 2003), čímž se otvírá možnost aplikace do všech pedií a pro rozvoj edukace v dalších věkových skupinách. It combines an attempt to create a theoretical system (a new subdiscipline of special pedagogy) with an attempt to gain arguments by means of empirical investigation. It begins with theoretical part which presents historical and pedagogical overview of the issue by defining reference field, target groups, tasks, basic terminology and the whole system of special pedagogy of an early age. An early age care as a theoretical subsystem included in comprehensive and integrative special pedagogy in the system of social and rehabilitation, and special pedagogical services forms a specific part of my thesis. The theoretical part has a character of metatheory because at an early age the beginnings of education, care and support are given according to the theory of comprehensive special pedagogy (Jesenský 2000) or integrative special pedagogy (Vítková 2003). By this the possibility of application into the pedagogy of individual physical and mental handicaps and the possibility of education development in other age groups are open. Studenti Univerzity Pardubice z pohledu interdisciplinárního poradenského týmu Akademické poradny APUPA a Referátu služeb hendikepovaným RSH

The paper responds to the current situation of building a university counselling service center for students with special needs. It reflects the perspective of an interdisciplinary advisory team APUPA and Department of services to handicapped students at the University of Pardubice.The paper is based on the analysis of data collected by APUPA and Department of services to handicapped at the University of Pardubice. The aim of this paper is:1) To analyse the system of advice, support and assistance to students with special needs, which is implemented at the University of Pardubice?2) Suggest a diagram of internal support system for students with special needs including individual advice and special support. 3) To justify the real psychosocial, educational, economic or technical needs of students. An important factor is the individuality of the students with special needs. The results suggest that psychosocial, educational, economic or technical needs of student with special needs are evident. This article also shows that the number of records of the use of specific services provided at the university is significantly increasing.Inclusion the students with special needs to Master’s Studies lead to equalization of educational opportunities. The number of students (and applicants) with special needs is, inter alia, an indicator of the quality of high school. These trends are implemented also at the University of Pardubice.The need to participate in the removal of technical, social, information and human barriers in an academic environment is the common goal of interdisciplinary advisory team UPa workers

Historie rané péče – tedy péče o rodinu s dítětem raného věku, které je zdravotně postižené nebo jehož vývoj je ohrožen v důsledku nepříznivého zdravotního stavu - je v České republice úzce propojena s rozvojem nestátního neziskového sektoru v 90. letech minulého století. I v současné době sehrává neziskový sektor významnou roli při realizaci a rozvoji služby sociální prevence „raná péče“. Příspěvek prezentuje retrospekcí této služby v Pardubickém kraji.History of early intervention - care for a family with a child at an early age who is physically handicapped or whose development is threatened as a consequence of unfavorable health - in the Czech Republic is closely interconnected with the development of the nongovernmental sector in the 1990s. Today this service in the non-profit sector plays an important role in the implementation and development of the social prevention services of the early intervention. Příspěvek je zaměřen na základní vhled do teorie a praxe „rané péče“ v České republice. Raná péče představuje v České republice službu s komplexním servisem v oblasti poradenství, ucelené (re)habilitace (léčebné, pedagogické, psychologické, sociální, technické apod.), s interdisciplinární a mezirezortní participací, zavedenou sítí poskytovatelů a spolupracujících institucí, hodnocením kvality v rámci profesních i národních standardů, ale také kooperací se zahraničními partnery a odborníky na teoreticko-praktické bázi, což je příležitostí a výzvou v kontextu konference.The contribution is focused on the basic insight into the theory and practice of "early intervention" in the Czech Republic. Early intervention represents in the Czech republic the service with a comprehensive service in the field of consultancy, comprehensive (re)habilitation (medical, pedagogical, psychological, social, technical, etc.), with an interdisciplinary and interagency participation, the established providers and cooperating institutions, quality assessment in the context of professional and national standards, but also cooperation with foreign partners and experts on the theoretical-practical basis, which is an opportunity and a challenge in the context of the konference

Speciálně pedagogická podpora vysokoškolských studentů v České republice

In recent years, the Czech Republic (CR) has committed itself to the European standard of university education, which calls for a system of support to provide higher education accessible to people with disabilities. We have seen a significant development of university workplaces, which focus on the support and assistance of students with special needs in the Czech Republic; especially in the last decade. These workplaces also include the ALMA Centre at the University of Pardubice. The paper analyses the development of the number of students with specific needs, including classification into typological groups A-F according to the diagnosis of specific difficulties, in the period of the academic year 2012/2013 to 2019/2020. The design of the paper is the analysis of data from the documentation materials of the ALMA Centre resulting in an overview of the course which involves a well-established system of activities for the benefit of students with specific educational needs. The University of Pardubice provides quality conditions, support services and measures in the area of personnel, pedagogy, economics and technology for the benefit of the named vulnerable target group. In conclusion, it can be stated that the University of Pardubice, by creating equal opportunities, adheres to the principles given by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and thus ranks among higher education institutions whose goal is to meet the fundamental requirements for equal access to education. The University of Pardubice is an example of a higher education institution supporting inclusive education, which is in accordance with the National Action Plan for Inclusive Education approved by the Government of the Czech Republic.Česká republika (ČR) se v posledních letech hlásí k evropskému standardu univerzitního vzdělávání, z něhož vyplývá vytváření systému podpory ke zpřístupnění vysokoškolského vzdělávání osobám se zdravotním postižením. Významný rozvoj vysokoškolských pracovišť, která se zaměřují na podporu a pomoc studentů se specifickými potřebami, zaznamenáváme v ČR zejména v poslední dekádě. K těmto pracovištím se řadí také Centrum Alma na Univerzitě Pardubice. Příspěvek analyzuje vývoj počtu studentů se specifickými potřebami včetně zařazení do typologických skupin A-F dle diagnostiky specifických obtíží a to od akademického roku 2012/2013 až po ak. rok 2019/2020. Designem odborného textu je analýza dat z dokumentačních materiálů Centra ALMA, jeho výsledkem přehled průběhu významné systémové aktivity ve prospěch studentů se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami. Na Univerzitě Pardubice jsou zajištěny kvalitní podmínky, podpůrné služby a opatření v oblasti personální, pedagogické, ekonomické i technické ve prospěch jmenované zranitelné cílové skupiny. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že se Univerzita Pardubice vytvářením rovných příležitostí hlásí k principům daných Základní listinou práv a svobod a řadí se tím mezi vysokoškolská zařízení, jejichž cílem je naplňovat základní požadavky na rovnost přístupu ve vzdělávání. Univerzita Pardubice je příkladem vysokoškolské instituce podporující inkluzivní vzdělávání, což je v souladu s Národním akčním plánem inkluzívního vzdělávání, jež byl schválen Vládou ČR
