Professional Development of Educational Leaders
The role of educational leaders has been undergoing many changes in the era of globalization due to diverse needs and expectations of the stakeholders of education. This increases the need for professional development of educational leaders to fulfill their roles. Educational leaders have high impact on shaping school culture, school improvement, student learning, and achievement, so that their professional development is critical to their continued success as leaders. Educational leaders who participate in professional development programs update and extend their knowledge and improve their performance on the job by applying new knowledge and skills to implement the best educational practices in schools. This book chapter intends to provide reader with a comprehensive overview of expected responsibilities and features of school leaders in the context of the different models of educational leadership and also presents a review of the articles about the need for professional development of educational leaders and finally gives professional development ideas which will help school leaders continue to strengthen their practices throughout their career
The Relationship between Instructional Leadership Style, Trust and School Culture
School culture is a phenomenon that is created by students, teachers, administrators, parents, and other school staff members. It is formulated and operated by the school administrators. School culture is acquired in form of habits, beliefs, perceptions, behaviors, and norms, and influences every aspect of how a school functions, including the methods of communication and the style of leadership of the school. Organizational trust in schools may not be formulated without school culture and the stakeholders of education are the key actors, who play crucial roles at the provision of organizational trust. Quality of the communication among administrators and other stakeholders plays an important role in constructing trust in a school, increasing motivation, and creating opportunities to express the needs and expectations to each other. Different perceptions among teachers and school administrators on educational leadership may cause problems regarding the organization of the school. This may in turn become a source of organizational conflict. This chapter involves the definition of instructional leadership, general features of an instructional leader, reconceptualization of instructional leadership as distributed leadership; concept of school culture and its features; and concept of institutional trust and role of instructional leadership in constructing school culture and trust in schools

Method : Turkey ' s National Study of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Society has conducted a Study Group on Food Allergies. 25 centers participated in this multicenter, cross- sectional and descriptive study.European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunolog
Preparing highly qualified pre-school teacher candidates in the light of total quality management: Pre-school teacher education in the light of total quality management
This research aimed to determine teacher qualification requirements of pre-schools implementing national and international pre-school programs in Turkey. Data were obtained from job vacancy advertisements of preschools published on the most popular job search sites, on the websites of pre-schools, and in newspapers. A total of 237 pre-school teacher job vacancy advertisements were collected between August 2020-May 2021 and analyzed with the Document Analysis method. Teacher qualification requirements of the pre-schools were categorized as socio-demographic features, duration of teaching experience, education level, soft and hard skills. Research data may shed light on educational faculties in process of updating and improving their pre-school teaching undergraduate programs. Also, pre-school teachers and candidate teachers can evaluate themselves based on the requirements of pre-schools, see their strong and weak points, and try to improve their weak points to become qualified teachers highly sought by all pre-schools. It is highly recommended to do similar research in other countries to empower future teachers.

Zaman-kesirli Kadomtsev- Petviashvili denkleminin conformable türev ile yaklaşık çözümleri
In this study, residual power series method, namely RPSM, is applied to solve time-fractional KadomtsevPetviashvili (K-P) differential equation. In the solution procedure, the fractional derivatives are explained in the conformable sense. The model is solved approximately and the obtained results are compared with exact solutions obtained by the sub-equation method. The results reveal that the present method is accurate, dependable, simple to apply and a good alternative for seeking solutions of nonlinear fractional partial differential equations.
Need for Enriching School Principal Training Programs in Light of Total Quality Management - A Case of Turkey
School principals are expected to carry out many duties such as realizing the strategic aims, mission, and vision of the schools, maximizing school performance, maintaining discipline in schools and have many skills and knowledge in management processes. In preschool settings, principals need more training and have understanding of early child education because they have influence on teachers, students, and school context. That’s why quality of principal training programs is very crucial for school progression. This research aimed to determine and analyze the principal qualification requirements of preschools in Turkey. The results of this research will help universities to enrich their education management master and PhD degree programs and contribute to the General Directorate of Teacher Training and Development in Turkey during the organization process of the Education Management Certificate Program to meet the principal qualification requirements of preschools
Küçük genlikli lineer olmayan uzun dalgaların gelişiminde türeyen zaman kesirli Kadomtsev-Petviashvili denkleminin yeni dalga çözümleri
The main aim of this paper is to obtain the travelling wave solutions of fractional Kadomtsev- Petviashvili(KP) Equation where the derivative is in conformable sense. For this aim the sub equation method is used with computer software called Mathematica. Then, solutions are investigated through the graphical representation for different cases of D.Bu makalenin asıl amacı, türevleri conformable cinsinden olan kesirli Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) denkleminin dalga çözümlerini bulmaktır. Bu amaç için alt denklem metodu, Mathematica bilgisayar programı ile birlikte kullanılmıştır. Daha sonra elde edilen çözümlerin D ’ nın değişik değerleri için grafiksel gösterimleri verilmiştir
