Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení fotoateliéru s fotoslužbami a jeho následné zhodnocení, zda by se podnikání v této oblasti vyplatilo či nikoliv. Úvodní část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teorii. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy – podnik, podnikatel, podnikání, zahájení podnikatelské činnosti či volba právní formy podnikání, Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní zpracování podnikatelského plánu. Obsahuje cíle a vize podniku, jeho založení, analýzu konkurence, marketingovou komunikaci a jiné. Nejdůležitější kapitolou je finanční plán, který zhodnocuje budoucí prosperitu podniku.The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to develop a business plan for the establishment of a photo studio with photo services and its subsequent evaluation, in order to find out if the business in this area would pay off or not. The introductory part of the bachelor thesis is focused on theory. There are defined basic terms - bussiness, entrepreneur, company, starting a business or choosing the legal form of business, The practical part is focused on the specific elaboration of a business plan. It contains the goals and visions of the company, its establishment, competition analysis, marketing communication and others. Comparative analysis of function bank of state by CNB and ECB

katedra: KFÚ; přílohy: 1 CD; rozsah: 97This thesis focuses on the comparison of two institutions of central banks - Czech National Bank and European Central Bank, from the perspective of selected features. The main aim of this work is based on comparison these two institutions under the collected information from the viewpoint of performance of functionality bank of state, get near in which tasks are these central banks same or (if you like) different. The first chapter is devoted to central banking as a whole, with definition of specific tasks. Following chapter discusses in detail the performance of functions of the bank of state through the Central Bank. The next chapter is already clarifies the CNB as the central bank of the CR and then follows a chapter regarding the budget of CR. The next chapter deals with the Central Bank of EU - ECB, the following chapter defines the ECB as a bank of state and next chapter is concerning the EU budget. The last chapter is devoted to a comparison of budget of the CR and the EU, then comparison of both mentioned institutions in terms of function of the bank of banks, monetary policy instruments and of course function of bank of state.Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním institucí dvou centrálních bank ? České národní banky a Evropské centrální banky, a to z pohledu vybraných funkcí. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě zjištěných informací porovnat obě instituce z pohledu plnění funkce banky státu a přiblížit, do jaké míry jsou úkoly konané těmito centrálními bankami shodné, příp. rozdílné. První kapitola se věnuje centrálnímu bankovnictví jako celku, s definicí konkrétních úkolů. Navazuje kapitola, která podrobně rozebírá plnění funkce banky státu prostřednictvím centrální banky. Další kapitola již blíže specifikuje ČNB jako centrální banku ČR a následuje kapitola týkající se rozpočtu ČR. Příští kapitola se zabývá centrální bankou EU ? ECB, na niž navazuje kapitola definující ECB jako banku státu a dále kapitola vztahující se k rozpočtu EU. Poslední kapitola se věnuje srovnání rozpočtu ČR a EU a obou institucí centrálních bank z pohledu funkce banky bank, nástrojů měnové politiky a samozřejmě funkce banky státu

Remuneration and Employee Motivation in a Selected Organization

Import 23/08/2017Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou situaci motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout určitá doporučení ke zlepšení. V teoretické části je popsána motivace lidského chování, odměňování zaměstnanců a další pojmy s tím související. V praktické části je nejprve stručně charakterizována vybraná organizace. Následně byla provedena analýza současného stavu motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byla zjištěna spokojenost zaměstnanců a na základě toho byly společnosti doporučeny návrhy ke zlepšení.Theme of the bachelor’s work is remuneration and employee motivation in a selected organization. The aim of the work is valorize an actual situation of the remuneration and employee motivation in a selected organization and suggest the recommendations to improve. In teoretic part there is written motivation of human behavior, employee remuneration and the other terms related with it. In a practical part is concisely characterized the selected organization at first. Next it was done an analyse of the actual condition of the motivation and remuneration in the selected organization. Preschool children´s ability to solve diverse types of comparison tasks

V mateřské škole proběhl experiment, jehož cílem bylo zjistit schopnosti dětí řešit úkoly na různé druhy porovnávání. Experimentu se zúčastnily děti ve věku 5–6 let. Bylo vytvořeno 12 úkolů, které byly zaměřeny na přirozené porovnávání, základní porovnávání, redukované a superredukované porovnávání a porovnávání rozdílem. Děti při řešení úkolů, ve kterých porovnávaly délku, hmotnost, množství nebo počet, využívaly manipulaci, grafické zpracování nebo slovní vyjádření.Multiple preschool establishments participated at an experiment with the aim to assess children’s ability to solve diverse types of comparison-related problems. Children in the age of 5–6 years were included in this experiment. 12 tasks were created with focus on natural, basic, reduced and super-reduced comparison, and comparison through difference. Children compared length, weight, amount or count and employed manipulation, graphic adaptation and verbal expression

Child´s development in kindergarten in areas comparision, organization, ensembles and its parts

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo sledování rozvoje dětí v MŠ v oblastech porovnávání, uspořádání a práce s celkem. Celá práce je rozdělena do tří částí teoretické, metodologické a experimentální. V teoretické části jsou podrobně charakterizovány dílčí funkce a jejich deficity, které s rozvojem předmatematických dovedností souvisí. V metodologické části jsou uvedeny cíle experimentu, použité metody, podmínky, příprava a zadání aktivit a kritéria hodnocení. Průběh výzkumu je popsán v experimentální části. Zde je také uvedena charakteristika MŠ, dětí a celkové vyhodnocení experimentu. Všechny aktivity byly vyhodnoceny podle předem stanovených kritérií. Podle vyhodnocení došla k závěru, že nejjednodušší oblastí, kterou zvládají už tříleté děti je porovnávání a naopak nejsložitější je uspořádání. Největší problém činila orientace v čase. Ta se rozvíjí u dětí téměř okolo pěti až šesti let.ObhájenoThe aim of bachelor thesis is to monitor the development of children in kindergarten in areas of comparing, arrangement and work with complex. The thesis is structured in three parts theoretical, methodological and experimental. Theoretical part describes partial functions and their deficits, which related with development of pre-mathematical skills. Methodological part describes aims of the experiment, used methods, conditions, preparation and assignement of activities and evaluation criterias. Experimental part contains research of examined pattern. It also deals with characteristic of kindergarten, children and result of the experiment. All activities had been evaluated by predetermined criterias. According to the evaluation it was the comparation which was the easiest area for three years old children. On the contrary the most dificult area was arrangement. The biggest problem was orientation in time, which is developed in five to six years children

Tématem této práce je koncepce Age managementu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současné povědomí o age managementu u běžné populace, zjistit do jaké míry tito lidé podléhají negativním předsudkům a stereotypům vůči starším osobám, jak se mění pracovní schopnost u lidí starších 50 let a na základě toho pak navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení. Nejprve jsou vymezeny základní teoretické pojmy týkající se age managementu a stárnutí populace. Další část je zaměřena na vlastní výzkum, který byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Způsob oslovování respondentů proběhl metodou convenience sampling. Jednotlivé otázky dotazníku byly vyhodnoceny a na základě těchto zjištěných informací byla navržena doporučení ke zlepšení současné situace.The title of this Master’s thesis is concept of Age Management. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current awareness of age management in the general population, determine how these people are subject to negative prejudices and stereotypes towards the elderly, how the working ability is changing of 50year older people and then suggest recommendations for improvement. First, the basic theoretical concepts of age management and population aging are defined. The next part is focused on own research, which was proved by questionnaire survey. The method of addressing respondents was done by the convenience sampling method. The individual questions of the questionnaire were evaluated and there were proposed based on these findings recommendations for improving the current situation
