    SIMPATICO es el acrónimo de "Spanish contribution to Mosaic: Primary aerosol transport in the Arctic Atmosphere". Está dirigido por Manuel Dall'Osto, científico del Instituto de Ciencias del Mar del CSIC (ICM-CSIC) y es uno de los proyectos integrados en la Expedición MOSAIC, la mayor expedición científica al Ártico de la historia. El objetivo de la misión es estudiar el Ártico como epicentro del calentamiento global para obtener datos que permitan comprender mejor el cambio climático global.     Simultaneous modulation of several targets or pathological events with a key pathogenic role is a promising strategy to tackle thus far difficult-to-cure or incurable multifactorial diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
