    Credit: an Islamic Law Perspective

    This study aims to examine the legal status of credit sale and purchase. This phenomenon is inseparable from the context of Islamic legal thinking about the legal status of the credit financing system with the addition of prices. Buying and selling credibility is one alternative for consumers to own the goods they want. The results of the study showed that there were three views of scholars regarding the legal status of the credit system sale and purchase, namely: a view that absolutely forbids, can be absolutely, and tafshil (between neutral and forbidden). The author argues that the issue of buying and selling credit is something that is not mentioned in the Qur'an, so that this authority is returned to the community, as long as it does not violate the Islamic business ethics, and there is mutual willingness to conduct transactions.     Effect of Feed Combination of Avocado (Persea americana M.) and Pumpkin Seed (Cucurbita moschata Duch.) on Villi Height and Goblet Cell Number of Goblet Fish (Osphronemus gourami Lac.)

    In Indonesia, there are several types of freshwater fish that the community has cultivated. Besides having high nutritional value, Freshwater fish also have high economic value for trading, such as gourami. One of the obstacles in the cultivation of freshwater fish is the price of feed. This research is oriented towards alternative feeds to reduce production costs by utilizing avocado seeds and pumpkin seeds. This study aimed to determine the effect of feeding a combination of avocado seeds and pumpkin seeds on the histopathology of gourami. This study used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) method with four treatments and six replications P0, P1, P2, and P3. P0 (Control feed/pellet), P1 (Feed 40 grams of avocado seeds + 40 grams of pumpkin seeds + 20 grams of mixed ingredients), P2 (Feed of 20 grams of avocado seeds + 60 grams of pumpkin seeds + 20 grams of mixed ingredients) and P3 ( Feed 60 grams of avocado seeds + 20 grams of pumpkin seeds + 20 grams of mixed ingredients). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Advanced Test with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the P2 treatment could increase the villi height and the number of Goblet cells in the intestines of gourami fish. It can be concluded that the combination of avocado seeds and pumpkin seeds has a significant effect on the histopathological picture of the digestive organs of gouram

    Implementation of Guided Inquiry Strategy Combined with Scientific Student Worksheets on the Structure and Function of Plant Tissues to Improve Learning Outcomes

    This study aims to determine the application of a guided inquiry strategy combined with scientific student worksheets to improve student learning. The research method used is True experimental using pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA MA Negeri 1 Pidie. The number of samples consisted of 132 people, and each class consisted of 33 students. The research instrument used is test questions. The data analysis technique of learning outcomes is through the N-Gain test and the independent sample t-test. The N-gain test of learning outcomes obtained that the average of the experimental class was higher than the control class, where each class was classified as a medium improvement criterion. The independent sample t-test showed a significant average difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class, namely tcount > ttable (65.8 > 1.65). The percentage of N-Gain learning outcomes in the experimental class is 77.73% in the high category. This study concludes that there is an increase in student learning outcomes on the material structure and function of plant tissue at MAN 1 Pidie in the experimental class by applying the guided inquiry strategy combined with scientific Student Worksheet

    Pencatatan Perkawinan Lintas Kantor Urusan Agama di Kota Gorontalo

    This paper aims to find out and analyze marital registration across the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Gorontalo City by observing Circular Letter of the Directorate of Islamic Community Guidance Number: Dj.II.2 / 1 / HM.01 / 942/2009. This research is a descriptive-analytical field research. The approach used is a normative juridical approach with data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that 7 of 9 KUA in the City of Gorontalo, the Headman/Registrar of marriage did not know and read the Circular, while 2 of the 9 KUA in Gorontalo City who have read it are divided into two groups: First, assume that the purpose of the Circular applies only to normal marriages, not to apply to post-isbat marriages; Secondly, despite the contrary opinion, if faced with a real case in the field, Recording of post isbat marriage done by cross-KUA, will still receive and record it even if it is not in accordance with the contents of the circular and follow the court's ruling on the contents of the determination of the isbat. The author is of the opinion that the reality of cross-KUA marriages in Gorontalo does not go according to the rules contained in the Circular, and even seems to be ignored by the Headman/Registrar of marriage

    Application of the Guided Inquiry Model to Improve Science Process Skills High School Students

    This study aims to improve students' science process skills by applying a guided inquiry learning model to the concept of work and energy learning physics. The research design used was a quasi-experimental control group design. The population in this study was all class X MIA SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh, which consisted of five parallel classes who took the science program in the even semester of 2020/2021 with a total of 139 students. Two classes as the research sample were selected by purposive sampling by taking into account the average value of physics for each class. Meanwhile, the determination of the experimental and control classes in this study was carried out randomly. Data on science process skills in both classes was obtained through observation sheets filled out by two observer teachers. The results of data analysis show that, in general, there is a significant difference between the improvement of science process skills in the experimental class and the control class for the indicators of observing, predicting, measuring, communicating, and concluding. However, for classifying indicators, the results were not significantly different. The improvement of science process skills in the experimental class in general for all of these indicators certainly cannot be separated from each step of the guided inquiry learning model they carry out. The positive results of the implementation of physical learning through the inquiry model on students' science process skills can be used as a reference and support for teacher implementation in carrying out the teaching and learning process of physics, especially on the concept of business and energ

    EVALUASI BIAYA DAN JADWAL PELAKSANAAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DENGAN METODE EARNED VALUE ANALYSIS (STUDI KASUS PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG SDA SIGLI)

    ABSTRAKPada proses pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi pembangunan gedung, mulai dari gagasan sampai dengan selesainya suatu proyek, akan selalu dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan sebelumnya, yaitu mulai dari perencanaan yang telah direncanakan, sebagai pedoman pelaksanaannya. Proses pelaksanaan tersebut, akan selalu terkait dengan biaya, jadwal dan kualitas dari konstruksi itu sendiri. Untuk itu kiranya perlu diadakannya perencanaan untuk masalah kinerja biaya, dan jadwal pelaksanaan proyek. Adanya penyimpangan biaya dan waktu yang signifikan mengindikasikan pengelolaan proyek yang buruk, sehingga perencanaan tentang evaluasi biaya dan waktu pada proyek Pembangunan Kantor SDA (Sumber Daya Air) di Sigli perlu untuk dilakukan. Tujuan perencanaan ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyelesaian proyek secara menyeluruh, sehingga dapat diketahui nilai dari varians biaya dan varians jadwal apakah bernilai positif atau negatif. Perencanaan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value Analysis. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan ini adalah daftar harga bahan dan upah, laporan mingguan/bulanan dan rekapitulasi perhitungan biaya proyek. Pengolahan data dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan logis sesuai dasar teori permasalahan sehingga didapat analisis yang akurat untuk mencapai tujuan perencanaan. Hasil perhitungan varians biaya dan indeks kinerja biaya proyek sampai bulan Agustus diperoleh performa biaya pelaksanaan proyek berada dibawah anggaran (cost underrun). Untuk performa jadwal dilihat melalui varians jadwal dan indeks kinerja jadwalnya. Perkiraan total biaya proyek pada hari ke-180 atau bulan ke-6, dimana persentase pelaksanaan proyek telah mencapai 100% adalah Rp. 1.527.612.659,00 lebih kecil daripada rencana anggaran biaya yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.000.000.000,00.     Penerapan Modul Problem Based Learning terhadap Self Efficacy dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik

    Self-efficacy memiliki kontribusi penting dalam proses pembelajaran karena dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor kinerja belajar siswa. Self-efficacy mampu merangsang motivasi, proses kognitif, aktivitas, prestasi dan ketekunan siswa. Kurangnya kemampuan efikasi diri merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi dalam pembelajaran. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi melalui penerapan media pembelajaran seperti penggunaan modul inovatif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan modul pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap efikasi diri dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan hasil belajar akibat penerapan modul pembelajaran berbasis masalah materi sistem pencernaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021 di sebuah sekolah menengah atas di Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Aceh, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest non-equivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah 93 siswa (total sampling). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari angket efikasi diri dan tes kognitif materi sistem pencernaan. Data efikasi diri dan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan uji statistik parametrik menggunakan analisis kovarians, sedangkan efikasi diri dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan modul pembelajaran berbasis masalah berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa r hitung r tabel (0,7277 0. 2461) yang mengartikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan hasil belajar siswa.     Analyzing of Using Case Method Based on Flipped Classroom on Student Learning Outcomes

    An important goal of learning system is to deliver instruction that can produce equal or better learning outcomes. To achieve this goal, the number of research has been conducted to address the issue of what antecedent variables can affect the student learning outcomes. One of the methods which can develop student learning outcomes is case method based on flipped classroom. This research was conducted to analyze student learning outcomes using case method based on flipped classroom. This research is the quasi-experimental research with posttest only control group design. There is the control class and the experimental class in this research with a little of case method vs a lot of case method design.  The participants in this study were 82 biology students using the total sampling technique.  Data were analyzed using ANOVA to analyze the student learning outcome using case method based on flipped classroom. The results of study using case method based on flipped classroom has significant effect on student learning outcomes with a significance value of p < 0.05 with F (6.59) = 3.97, p=.012. Thus, it can be concluded that the case method which is combine with flipped classroom gives the positive impact on student learning outcomesTujuan penting dari sistem pembelajaran adalah untuk menyampaikan instruksi yang dapat menghasilkan hasil belajar yang sama atau lebih baik. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, sejumlah penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu metode yang dapat mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa adalah metode kasus berbasis flipped classroom. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode kasus berbasis flipped classroom. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan posttest only control group design. Terdapat kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dalam penelitian ini dengan desain sederhana vs komplek. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 82 mahasiswa biologi dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA untuk menganalisis hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode kasus berbasis flipped classroom. Hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode kasus berbasis flipped classroom berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0,05 dengan F (6,59) = 3,97, p=.012. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode kasus yang dipadukan dengan flipped classroom memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa

    The Effectiveness of Predict Observe Explain Learning Model to Students’ Critical Thinking Skills

    This research aims to understand the differences of critical thinking skill in learning physics using predict observe explain (POE). It was experimental research with pretest posttest control group. It was conducted in class XI IPA of SMAN 3 Banda Aceh on the topic of thermodynamic law. This research used two parallel classes, which is the first class stands for control and another is used as experiment. Conventional model is applied in control class, whereas class of experiment had predict observe explain model. Instrument of this research was objective test with five multiple choice. Then, data were collected through pretest and posttest. Data analysis is carried out by comparing initial and final skills of students and then tested for significance using two different means through independent simple t-test. The results showed that there were differences in critical thinking skills between students using POE model and students using non-POE model. Therefore, it can be concluded that application of learning model predict observe explain in improving students critical thinking skills
