    This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price and location to customer satisfaction in Hotel Alana Surakarta. Respondents taken in this research are 100 respondents. The test results using multiple linear regression analysis, sobelt test, validity test and reliability. Findings obtained in this analysis is the quality of service and location have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. while at the price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the F test simultaneously variable quality of service, price and location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

    The objective of this research is to find out the influence of price perception, brand image and both price perception and brand image at once towards the purchase decision of UMS Bookstore’s products done by the prospective customer. It is done through the case study of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta’s students majoring management study from the year of 2015 and 2016. Practically, this research is beneficial for; 1) giving conceptual contribution for UMS Bookstore’s administrator as marketing strategy reference, 2) giving more knowledge in terms of producing the concept of price perception, brand image and purchase decision, 3) a reference in doing a similar research of which variable is different. This research belongs to survey research, employing questionnaire as its instrument. The population of this research covers all of the 2015 and 2016 management students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. A Requirement of having visit and purchase frequency in UMS Bookstore at least once during their study is applied. Purposive sampling is applied by employing 110 respondents as the samples. The data is obtained through the questionnaire that has been validated and reliably tested. Multiple linear regression has been employed as its analysis technique to assess the hypothesized model statistically. The result shows that there is a positive and significant influence of perception price towards the purchase decision in UMS Bookstore, it is proven by t value = 3,206 with significant value 0,002 (0,002 < 0,05). There is a positive and significant influence of brand image towards purchase decision in UMS Bookstore, proven by t value = 5,71 with significant value 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05). There is also a positive and significant influence of both price perception and brand image towards purchase decision in UMS Bookstore, proven by F statistic value = 28,608 with significant value 0,000 (0,000<0,05)

    This study aims to analyze the effects of compensation, work environment, and occupational safety health on employee job satisfaction. A study conducted at Luwes Pasar Raya Purwodadi. Samples taken in the study were 100 respondents who worked at Luwes Pasar Raya Purwodadi. Analytical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that work environment, compensation, and occupational health & safety have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. In the model established work environment, compensation, and occupational health and safety variables are able to explain employee job satisfaction variable of 21.1% and the remaining 78.9% is still influenced by other variables

    ABSTRACT Business competition in the field of fashion is very strict, especially in the field of clothing, marketers compete in offering merchandise (products sold) in various ways used for consumers interested in goods sold by the company. Tans Collection sells its products offline and online so Tans Collection must create brand trust by disseminating information so that consumers have knowledge about the brand and decide to buy the brand or not. The purpose of this research is to know: (1) Influence of information dissemination on brand trust customer brand of Tans Collection brand at FEB UMS, (2) Influence of consumer knowledge to brand trust of brand of Tans Collection brand at FEB UMS, (3) ) The influence of brand trust on student decisions in buying Tans Collection brand clothes. The results of this study is expected to be used as a consideration of the company for future evaluation in order to have more focus on consumer purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative, the population in this study is all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who had shopping clothes brand Tans Collection. Samples taken as many as 110 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique with Accidental sampling approach, the technique of determining samples by chance, namely students FEB UMS force 2013-2016 who often shop clothes brand Tans Collection. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that have been tested for validity and the variables are reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression test, and test sobel. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive influence of information dissemination on brand trust. This is evidenced from the t count of 5.233 with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.379, (2) There is a positive influence of consumer knowledge on brand trust. This is evidenced from t arithmetic of 2.194 with a significance value of 0.030 smaller than 0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.218, (3) There is a positive influence of brand trust on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced from the t count of 4.339 with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.366.     This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of information quality, product variations, discounts, and customer experience on food purchasing decisions through the online motorcycle taxi application in Soloraya. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 122 respondents. This research uses primary data sources and questionnaire distribution through Google form. This research uses Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the information quality and discount variables have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the product variation and consumer experience variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

    Analisis Potensi Berwirausaha Pada Siswa Balai Latihan Kerja Di Baki Sukoharjo

    Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelatihan keterampilan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap potensi berwirausaha pada Siswa Balai Latihan Kerja di Baki Sukoharjo; Untuk menganalisis sikap mandiri mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap potensi berwirausaha pada siswa Balai Latihan Kerja di Baki Sukoharjo; Untuk menganalisis pelatihan keterampilan dan sikap mandiri mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap potensi berwirausaha pada siswa Balai Latihan Kerja di Baki Sukoharjo. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh variabel pe latihan keterampilan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap potensi berwirausaha atau karena t.sig (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (? ) maka variabel pelatihan keterampilan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap potensi berwirausaha dan variabel sikap mandiri mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap potensi berwirausaha atau karena t.sig (0,008) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (? ) maka variabel sikap mandiri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap potensi berwirausaha dan hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (26,492 > 4,08), maka Ho ditolak berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan keterampilan (X1), dan sikap mandiri (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap potensi berwirausaha (Y) atau karena F.sig (0,000) lebih kecil dari dari 0,05 (? ) maka pelatihan keterampilan (X1), dan sikap mandiri (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap potensi berwirausaha, sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R 2) menggunakan Adjusted R square (R2) sebesar 0,543, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan keterampila n (X1), dan sikap mandiri (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel potensi berwirausaha sebesar 54,3%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% – 54,3% = 45,7%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor -faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti

    This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of company characteristic, consumer brand characteristic, and brand credibility on brand loyalty in Pantene shampoo in Soloraya. The population in this study were consumers of Pantene shampoo in Soloraya with a sample of 217 respondents. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using SmartPLS version 3.0. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling and the data testing technique used in this study includes the outer model consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and multicollinearity tests as well as the inner model consisting of coefficient determination, goodness of fit. , test effect size (f2), and test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that company characteristic has a significant effect on brand loyalty, consumer brand characteristic has a significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand credibility has no significant effect on brand loyalt
