Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Makanan Melalui Aplikasi Ojek Online di Soloraya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of information quality, product variations, discounts, and customer experience on food purchasing decisions through the online motorcycle taxi application in Soloraya. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 122 respondents. This research uses primary data sources and questionnaire distribution through Google form. This research uses Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the information quality and discount variables have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the product variation and consumer experience variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions
