    The purpose of this research is: 1) To know the influence of teacher attitude to readiness to be teacher 2) To know influence of perception about teacher profession to readiness to be teacher 3) To know influence of teacher attitude and perception of student about teacher profession to readiness become teacher. This type of research is associative quantitative. Population in this research is student of education accounting education class of 2014/2015 with amount 200. Samples are taken 127 respondents with propotional random sampling. Data obtained from documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2, and relative donation and effective contribution. Based on result of data analysis obtained by equation of double linear regeresi as follows: Y = 17,938 + 0,311X1 + 0,184X2. The equation shows that teacher readiness is influenced by teacher's attitude and perception about the teaching profession. Based on the analysis and discussion concluded that: (1) There is influence of teacher attitude toward teacher readiness. This is based on the result of double linear regression (t test) known that thitung> ttable is 5,753> 1,980 and significance value ttabel is 2,210> 1,980 and significance value Ftable is 31,961> 3,928 and significance value <0,05 ie 0,000 with R2 gained 0,340 means 34% Readiness Becoming Teacher influenced by Teacher's Attitude and Perception about Teacher Profession , while the remaining 66% influenced by other variables that are not researched in the study.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Surakarta tahun 2014, 2) pengaruh persepsi tingkat suku bunga terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Surakarta tahun 2014, 3) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi tingkat suku bunga terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Surakarta tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian assosiatif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BTN Cabang Surakarta yang membuka rekening tabungan baru pada bulan Desember tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 163 nasabah. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5% maka diperoleh 110 nasabah dengan teknik incidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, R2, sumbangan relatif dan sumbangan efektif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menabung nasabah PT. BTN Cabang Surakarta. Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 2,434 > 1,984 diterima pada taraf signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,017. Kualitas pelayanan memberi kontribusi sebesar 13,9% terhadap minat menabung nasabah. 2) Persepsi tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menabung nasabah PT. BTN Cabang Surakarta. Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 2,281 > 1,984 diterima pada taraf signifikansi Ftabel, yaitu 19,635 > 3,081 dan diterima pada taraf signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000. 4) Hasil uji R2 sebesar 0,268, artinya kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi tingkat suku bunga secara bersama-sama terhadap minat menabung nasabah adalah sebesar 26,8%, sedangkan 73,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

    This research was conducted to determine the feasibility of Sparkcount videoscribe based learning media in entrepreneurial learning at Harapan Kartasura Vocational School. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study research design. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data type. The data collected in the study to find out the application of video subscription sparkol media in entrepreneurship learning at SMK Harapan Kartasura and what obstacles it faces. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of observations of the learning process both before and after the research it was concluded that this media influences the activity of students in learning. As is known, the average activity of learning before the study was only 34.72%, whereas after the study of media application the average activity was 80.56%. Through the results of interviews conducted on two teachers it can be seen that positive responses emerge from the results of the interview answers. Through the assessment of student learning outcomes in entrepreneurship subjects material opportunities for light vehicles can be seen that there is an increase both in terms of KKM achievement and the average student learning outcomes. The achievement of KKM before the study was 33.33%, whereas after the study it increased to 87.50%. In terms of average student learning outcomes also increased from 74.38, after the study increased to 84.54%. So it can be concluded that the learning media based on the application Videoscribe Sparkol can be used and has a positive impact on entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Harapan Kartasura. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted there are several obstacles in the use of this mediacribe sparkol media. These constraints are on the attention of students, the making and operation of media. These various obstacles can actually be overcome by a variety of more mature preparations, so that learning objectives can be achieved

    This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of teacher teaching skills, and learning activeness on the creativity of learning spreadsheets in class X accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. (2) the effect of teaching skills on the creativity of learning spreadsheets, (3) the influence of active learning on creativity in learning spreadsheets. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 136 students of class X accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. The sample in this study was 95 students, sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation, the previous questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, with the F test, t test, determination coefficient test, relative contribution and effective contribution. The results of the analysis obtained Y = 9.843 + 0.231X1 + 0.539X2. The equation shows that teacher teaching skills and learning activeness affect the creativity of learning spreadsheets. The conclusion drawn is (1) there is an effect of teacher teaching skills on creativity in learning spreadsheets. Obtained tcount> ttable is 2.405> 1.986 and a significance value of 0.018 ttable is 5.584> 1.986 and a significance value of 0.000 Ftable was 36.450> 3.10 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.442 or 44.2%, while the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other variables not examined

    This study aims to describe the marketing strategy and the constraints faced in the marketing of RH chips home industry products in Kedawung District, Sragen Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was carried out by using source triangulation techniques and method triangulation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, namely the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) The marketing strategy for RH chips home industry products is carried out using the 4P marketing mix strategy, namely in the product strategy always considering the selection of good quality ingredients and always maintaining the taste. Set a special selling price for certain events and give free products on Fridays. Promotional activities are carried out by participating in exhibitions and promotions through social media platforms, as well as with the gethok tular model, in addition to direct marketing (home and online outlets) and indirectly (partner outlets and resellers/agents/distributors).     The aim of this research is to determine: 1) The effect of work experience on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency. 2) The influence of training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency. 3) The influence of work period and training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency. This research is a type of associative quantitative research with a survey design which took a sample of 226 teachers from a population of 572 State High School teachers in OKU Regency. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The data collection method used in this research is using questionnaires and documentation. Data instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is the prerequisite analysis technique, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test, relative contribution test and effective contribution test. The results of this research are: 1) There is an influence of length of service on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency which can be accepted based on multiple linear regression analysis with (t test) it is known that tcount> ttableand with an effective contribution of 24.3%. 2) There is an influence of training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency which can be accepted based on hypothesis testing analysis with (t test) it is known that tcount> ttable and the effective contribution is 34.0%. 3) There is an influence of work period and training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency which can be accepted based on hypothesis test analysis with (F test) it is known that Fcount>Ftable, namely 31.972 > 3.306 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.583, which shows that 58.3% of the variation in performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency is influenced by length of service and training while the remainder is influenced by other variables

    The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the influence of learning resources on student achievement, 2) the influence of student learning habits on student learning achievement, and 3) the effect of learning resources and student learning habits on student achievement. The type of research used is quantitative. This study is a population study with the population of all students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested by testing with validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test, and relative and effective contribution. Regression result: Y = 58,645 + 0,201X1 + 0,192X2, the equation shows student achievement influenced learning resource and student learning habits. Based on the analysis results obtained as follows The results of t test analysis 1) learning resources have a positive effect on student achievement with the value of t count> ttable, that is 2.387> 1.680 and significance value <0.05, that is 0,021. 2) study habits have positive effect on learning achievement with tcount> ttable, that is 1,840> 1,680 and significance value <0,05, that is 0,073. 3) learning resources and learning habits have a positive effect on student achievement with Fcount> Ftable, that is 5,559> 3,21 and significance value <0,05, that is 0,007. The determinant coefficient (R2) of 20.2% indicates that the effect given by the variable of learning source and study habits on student achievement is 20.2% while 79.8% is influenced by other variables outside the research

    Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan program kerja Bursa Kerja Khusus SMK Tunas Harapan Pati dalam mengantar alumni mendapat pekerjaan. (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan kemitraan Bursa Kerja Khusus SMK Tunas Harapan Pati dalam mengantar alumni mendapat pekerjaan. (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan pertanggungjawaban Bursa Kerja Khusus SMK Tunas Harapan Pati dalam mengantar alumni mendapat pekerjaan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subjek utama penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, pengelola BKK, dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data diawali dari (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) pengambilan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)Program BKK SMK Tunas Harapan Pati disusun secara sistematis diawali dengan penyusunan sasaran mutu setiap tahunnya. Terdapat program wajib yang diselenggarakan yaitu kunjungan Dunia Usaha Industri, recruitment, dan penyaluran alumni. Untuk menambah informasi lowongan kerja pihak Bursa Kerja Khusus bekerja sama dengan alumni yang berhasil bekerja. Informasi-informasi yang berhasil dihimpun akan di sampaikan kepada siswa melalui tiga tahap yaitu saat masa orientasi siswa (MOS), pembekalan sistem recruitment, dan pembekalan mental. Program tersebut mempermudah alumni dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. (2) Kemitraan Bursa Kerja Khusus dijalin dengan prinsip “Tidak ada kata gagal dalam membangun hubungan kerja sama”. Pihak Bursa Kerja Khusus aktif dalam forum komunikasi Bursa Kerja Khusus Se Jawa tengah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai Dunia Usaha Industri. Komunikasi dan kunjungan rutin dilakukan pihak sekolah dengan Dunia Usaha Industri yang sudah atau yang belum menjadi mitra sekolah. Wujud nyata dari kemitraan tersebut adalah kegiatan seleksi yang dilakukan oleh Dunia Usaha Industri di SMK Tunas Harapan Pati. (3) Pertannggungjawaban Bursa Kerja Khusus SMK Tunas Harapan Pati dibuat dalam bentuk laporan pertangungjawaban. Laporan berisi tentang proses dan juga hasil seleksi. Laporan dilengkapi dengan dokumen pendukung seperti jumlah mitra Dunia Usaha Industri, profil sekolah, dan foto proses seleksi. Laporan pertangungjawaban akan disampaikan kepada kepala sekolah, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten. Laporan akan digunakan untuk mencarikan mitra Dunia Usaha Industri yang lainnya kepada pihak sekolah
