THE IMPACT OF LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE ON THE SALES LEVEL An Empirical Study in Retail Sector

The aim of this research is to assess the impact of logistics performance on retail sector. This research was conducted in Palu in Central Sulawesi Province. There are several indicators involve in this study, such as, customer service, operation metric, and logistics cost. This research is categorized as explanatory research and multiple regression method was used to analyze the hypotheses. Simultaneously, this research found that logistics performance has significant contribution to sales level. However, customer service has not had positive contribution to sales level compare to operation metric and logistics cost. In addition, logistics cost has big impact on the sales level of retail groceries. The result of this research can be used by academicians and professionals who intent to deal with logistics in retail sector. Ketersediaan Sarana Angkutan Bagi Pekerja Penyandang Disabilitas di Jawa dan Bali

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada pada enam provinsi di Indonesia yakni Provinsi Jawa Timur, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Bali, DKI Jakarta dan D.I. Yogyakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 perusahaan bisnis yang mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas. Perusahaan yang menyediakan sarana angkutan bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas sebanyak lima perusahaan (7,04 %), sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 66 perusahaan (92,06 %) tidak menyediakan sarana angkutan bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas. Dengan menggunakan uji parsial pada regresi logistik, dapat diketahui bahwa diantara delapan variabel ketenagakerjaan yang diuji, hanya variabel X3 (Jumlah Seluruh Pekerja di Perusahaan) dan X8 (Perusahaan Membutuhkan Insentif Dengan Mempekerjakan Pekerja Disabilitas) yang signifikan dengan taraf α = 0.10. Bila dilihat dari korelasinya, kedua variabel X3 dan X8 memiliki korelasi positif terhadap ketersediaan sarana angkutan bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas

Analisa Hukum Terhadap Perjanjian Kerjasama Pengelolaan Pas Masuk Terminal Penumpang Dalam Negeri di Pelabuhan Sri Bintan Pura Tanjung Pinang

The purpose of granting regional autonomy is to empower the region in the form of improving care, protection, welfare, initiative, creativity, and community participation in development, foster democracy, equity and justice, and unity, unity, and national harmony in the remembrance of the origin of an area, diversity and characteristics, as well as potential areas that lead to the improvement of the welfare of the people in the system of the Republic of Indonesia. In that regard, it has been made Cooperation Agreement between PT. (Persero) IPC I Branch Tanjung Pinang Tanjung Pinang with the City Government B.XIV-1/TPI-US.15 Numbers and Number 552.3/091.A/HUBLA signed on March 15, 2011 on the Management of Pas Log of Domestic Passenger Terminal in port of Sri Bintan Pura Tanjung Pinang. Examined in this study are some of the regulations that form the basis of law in the cooperation agreement which according to the author it is important to study whether the regulation is used as a legal basis in the agreement is appropriate or not. Also on the principles and factors that must be considered in the drafting of the contract. Methods The approach used in this study is normative methods. From these results it can be concluded that in principle any drafting the contract is to be an agreement of the parties ranging from the use of the term contract until the dispute settlement while referring to the legislation in force, is not contrary to public order and decency. Factors that must be considered by the parties and will hold the legal authority to make the contract are the parties, taxation, over a legal right, the problem keagrarian, choice of law, dispute resolution, termination of contract, and the agreed standard form of agreement. That the legal basis used by PT. IPC I (Persero) Branch Tanjung Pinang in the partnership agreement is in conformity with the applicable regulations. That the legal basis used by the Local Government Tanjungpinang in the partnership agreement does not conform and contrary to regulations. Indistinguishable Encoding for Bidirectional Quantum Key Distribution: Theory to Experiment

We present for the first time, a bidirectional Quantum Key Distribution protocol with minimal encoding operations derived from the use of two `nonorthogonal' unitary transformations selected from two mutually unbiased unitary bases; which are indistinguishable in principle for a single use. Along with its decoding procedure, it is a stark contrast to its `orthogonal encoding' predecessors. Defining a more relevant notion of security threshold for such protocols, the current protocol outperforms its predecessor in terms of security as the maximal amount of information an eavesdropper can glean is essentially limited by the indistinguishability of the transformations. We further propose adaptations for a practical scenario and report on a proof of concept experimental scheme based on polarised photons from an attenuated pulsed laser for qubits, demonstrating the feasibility of such a protocol.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figure

ANALISIS FAKTOR SOSIAL, PRIBADI, DAN PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP MINAT NASABAH MENABUNGDI KSSPS BMT BASKARA ASRI SEJATI CABANG SEKAMPUNG DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR

Pemahaman akan perilaku nasabah mutlak diperlukan apalagi saat sekarang ini,perkembangan dari dunia tentang Lembaga Keuangan Syari’ah lainnya yangbegitu banyak dan tumbuh pesat, sehingga membuat intensitas persaingan yangsemakin tinggi, dan ini menjadi hal yang penting bagi pihak pemasar di BMTBaskara Asri Sejati Cabang Sekampung apabila ingin tetap diterima olehnasabahnya dan untuk bisa mendapatkan nasabah baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial terhadapminat nasabah dalam menabung di BMT Baskara Asri Sejati CabangSekampung. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pribadi terhadap minatnasabah dalam menabung di BMT Baskara Asri Sejati Cabang Sekampung. 3)untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor psikologis terhadap minat nasabah dalammenabung di BMT Baskara Asri Sejati Cabang Sekampung. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel objekpenelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden nasabah tabungan BMTBaskara Asri Sejati Cabang Sekampung. Pengambilan data berupa observasidan kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data dianalisis menggunakan ujivaliditas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, linieritas, homogenitas, dan analisis regresilinier berganda menggunakan rumus Cronbach Alpha dengan menggunakanSPSS version 21 for windows dan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2007.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pengajuan hipotesis.  Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minatmenabung. Variabel pribadi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minatmenabung. Variabel psikologis tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikanterhadap minat menabung.Kata Kunci : Faktor Sosial, Pribadi, Psikologis, dan Minat Menabun
