Growth of creative capital and ever-burgeoning interest in the creativity phenomenon appear to have been facing intimidation with new threats emerging in connection with them ā€“ the unpredictability whereof is increasing under conditions of globalisation. The purpose of this study is to analyse the possible negative consequences of human creativity, globalisation and technological development. This perspective is developed using methods of comparative theoretical and methodological analysis, methods of theoretical reconstruction of basic strategies of the creative capital formation, modelling and extrapolation methods. The issues of essence, nature, creativity and creative capital should be discussed in connection with solving social problems and studying of perspectives of human development. This is important because the human creation and creative activity can lead both to constructive and destructive processes, such as Human Development and Human disappearing from the history scene due to their own creativity. The proposed perspective substantiates the necessity of deepened theoretical-philosophic analysis of creativity and growth of creative capital in connection with the emerging threats of the human developmentā€” discloses new aspects of the topic under discussion, which did not receive sufficient coverage in the scientific literature. Conclusions of the study possess a practical meaning for substantiating the development strategies in various fields of social practice and education in terms of globalisation.   &nbsp

Our work is aimed at studying peculiarities of the manifestation of psychological barriers in the development of creative abilities in younger teenagers of Ukraine and China. The object of study is the mental states and abilities of young adolescents. The research methods: theoretical ā€“ analysis, generalization and systematization of theoretical approaches and empirical results; empirical ā€“ observation, conversation, analysis of activity products, testing and mathematical and statistical methods. In the scientific literature, it has long been recognized that the development of creative abilities has a significant impact on the formation of a personality, in particular, its opportunities for self-actualization increase. It is especially important to develop the creative abilities of children who are just forming as individuals. This paper presents the results of its own research and provides a comparative analysis of the manifestation of psychological barriers in the development of creative abilities in young adolescents of the Ukrainian and Chinese sample groups made it possible to reveal that the most evident barriers in the young adolescents of the Ukrainian sample group are self-doubt, lack of interest, fear of making a mistake, reluctance to take risks, and among the young teenage Chinese sample group ā€“ lack of interest, fear of being unsuccessful at school, reluctance to take risks, and fear of losing friends. However we can observe that in both sample groups there are the same barriers, which are related to the specifics of the development of children of this age and the leading activities of children in young adolescence

The aim of the study is to analyze the theoretical basis of creative economy and its development trends in the context of innovative business ecosystems formation. The scientific novelty of the research consists in solving the most important scientific and applied problem - further development of theoretical provisions of creative economy, ecosystems, as well as substantiation of the conceptual approach to the formation of innovative business ecosystem as a coherent management model. In the process of research, general scientific and special methods were used: scientific abstraction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, system and critical analysis, structural-logical, ascending from the abstract to the concrete, and statistical analysis. It has been substantiated that the priority development of creative economy as a strategic driver of sustainable development is the formation of an ecosystem conducive to the development of complex non-linear dynamic innovation processes, development of value propositions and value chain. The analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of formation and functioning of ecosystems indicates the lack of development of this problem and the need to develop scientific approaches to their identification. Generalization of the results of theoretical analysis allowed us to group ecosystems according to the identified attributes into five main types. It was substantiated that a sustainable business ecosystem is a favorable environment for innovation to increase its value and contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals. It is proposed to consider a sustainable "business ecosystem" as a coherent management model with established characteristics, which describes an aggregate system of business ecosystem modules that interact with each other and are focused on co-creation and co-production of value.
