    This study examines the effect of work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at CV. Eureeka Indonesia with a sample size of 31 employees. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires.     AbtractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transactional leadership style on work performance through work discipline, the effect of transformational leadership style on work performance through work discipline. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is path analysis.     This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of Soppeng Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive type of research which seeks to describe . Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data, namely the staff of the Office of Education and Culture of Soppeng Regency, collected 57 employees. While secondary data in the form of documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this quantitative research are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, and hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the regression results (influence) of Variable X on Variable Y simultaneously are 0.246 or 24.6%, meaning that the influence of discipline on the performance of employees in the office is low. While the effect of the variable Discipline (X) on employee performance (Y) partially shows the results per indicator that have an effect of no more than 0.277 or 27.7%, it shows discipline on the performance of low-level employees. So thus the effect of discipline in improving employee performance is low

    Abstract The success of the national education system can be seen from the performance of teachers.     The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and work environment on employee work discipline in the Dewi Sri Magetan supermarket. This type of research is a survey. Research subjects were 54 self-service employees. This data was collected by questionnaire and analized using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that : 1) leadership has a positive effect on employee work discipline with value tcount 3,645 > ttable 2,009with a significant 0,001. 2) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a tcount of 3,123 > ttable 2,009 with a significant of 0,003. 3) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a value of tcaount of 3,547 > ttable 2,009 with a significant of 0,001. 4) Leadership, compensation, and work environment simultaneously effect employee work discipline with a fcount 12,668 > ftabel 2,56 with a significant 0,000. The contribution of leadership, compensation and work environment influence  positively to employee work discipline by 48,1%. The purpose of this study was to determine include: 1) the influence of student respons on classroom management discipline within the fifth grade students of SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen in the academic year 2015/2016, 2) influence the learning motivation to discipline students of class V SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen in the academic year 2015/2016, 3) influence student responses on classroom management and learning motivation to discipline class fifth students at SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen in the academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is based on a quantitative approach to the type of research Ex-Post Facto. Populations dan sample are V class in the SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen. Used Quesioners, interview, and documentations. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. Based on the analysis of data: 1) equation regression coefficient obtained Y = 8322 0, 585 X1 + 0, 408 X2. 2) Results of t test student respons on classroom management to discipline students tcount (5585)> ttable (2.032), student of class management positive effect on student discipline. 3) Learning motivation positive effect on student discipline, it is based on t test results tcount (3458)> ttable (2.032). 4) The test results f significance value 0.000 <0.05, significant feedback on classroom management and student motivation to learn together positive effect on student discipline fifth grade students of SDN 1 Sragen Kedungwaduk academic year 2015/2016.
