    Abstract-The aim of this research is to understand the important factors of people in Jakarta when they going to shopping malls and the attractiveness of shopping mall that influencing shopping behaviour of  people in Jakarta. Masive growing of shopping mall in Jakarta made Jakarta to be a city with the most malls in the World, and it make the traditional market reduced. Leisure and completeness of a  shopping mall influenced the  Attractiveness of shopping mall and can be seen with the number of visitors in malls. Many factors of shopping mall considered by customers for choosing their favourite mall. The of the location of the shopping mall, mall shopping behaviour and also factors that make a mall or shopping center becomes more attractive to costumers.     Paper Prototyping a Social Mobile Service

    Methods for design and evaluation of interactive applications are not readily applicable to mobile services. By modifying an existing paper prototyping method we evaluated a mobile social service for providing user-based tips in a shopping mall. The evaluation showed that tips can be pushed to users and that they can accept that a complex user interface is presented on a small screen. Although the evaluation took place in an office environment, we received feedback on functionality of the service in the context of the shopping mall. Our evaluation indicates that simple prototyping techniques can be used for informative evaluations of mobile services that are heavily context dependent

    Risk analysis for mega commercial projects

    Mega shopping mall projects have seen dramatic growth and great development in recent years in Egypt. In addition, many new Mega shopping mall projects are under construction and expecting to start working in the few coming years. In the absence of researches studying the Egyptian Mega shopping mall projects, this study tries to highlight the most critical risks that face the Mega shopping mall projects in Egypt and the associated most effective response methods currently employed in Egypt. Through a comprehensive literature search and via a questionnaire survey, this research identifies the most critical risks that face the Mega shopping mall projects in Egypt and the associated most effective response methods currently employed in Egypt. The scope covers the analysis from different perspectives by including Owners/Developers, Designers, Consultants, Project Managers, and Contractors that have previous experience in large scale projects such as shopping mall projects. In this study, 30 construction project risks are classified into six main categories according to their type and 150 risk mitigation/elimination measures are introduced to overcome the impact of risks under each of these risk categories. The results reveal that the main risk category that faces the Mega shopping mall projects in Egypt is the one including the financial risk factors. The most critical risk factor that faces the Mega shopping mall projects in Egypt is the financial ability of the client. This was similar to findings from the Egyptian construction industry by Orabi (2003), the Sudanese construction industry by Alwan (2006) and in Chinese construction industry by Tang et al. (2007). Other top critical comparable risks were concerned with changing needs, approvals and permits, and resources unavailability are identified in various countries and are top ranked terms of their impact on the Mega shopping mall projects. Based on the examining study to clarify how a sample of contracts responded to the most critical risks in these kinds of specialized projects, it was concluded that using contractual measures was the key response method that was perceived by all different participants as the most effective method to eliminate/mitigate the effect of most of the risks considered in this research

Tampilan perancangan Banjamasin Shopping Mall akan mengintegrasikan bentuk rumah adat Banjar yaitu rumah Bubungan Tinggi sebagai bentuk dasar, selain itu digunakan juga konsep dari beberapa contoh bangunan dengan konsep waterfront. Modern information technologies and globalization are increasing the exposure of individuals to information. Goods advertising is competing with political information for people's attention. This paper presents a politico-economic equilibrium model in which the tension between private and public agendas can be analysed. It is shown that in an information-rich society, international goods market integration tends to reduce the quality of public policy.     The research aims are to analyze influance of Serve Quality toward to Costumer Satisfaction in effort to increase Customer Loyalty. Data was collected through questioner and it was implemented to PT Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall 100 stores at PT Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall. This research sampling technique used explanatory research method and used validity test by product moment and alfa cronbach reliability test. This research also used Path Analysis to verify and to prove research analysis. Analysis result demonstrate that Service Quality has positive significant toward to Customer Satisfaction and increase Customer Loyalty PT Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall
