The Mathematics of Ivo Rosenberg
International audienceThis paper is dedicated to the memory of the distinguished scholar and friend Professor I.G .Rosenberg. We survey some of his most well known and not so known results, as well as present some new ones related to the study of maximal partial clones and their intersections
On The Complex Zeros of The Riemann Zeta Function
A mathematical proof is only true if the proof can be reproducible, and
perhaps by alternative means than that employed in the first proof. A proof of
the Riemann Hypothesis should be generalizable because there exists zeta
functions such as the Dedekind zeta function, Dirichlet series, generalized
zeta functions, and L-Functions. Although we do not consider here the
generalized zeta functions, it is my goal to show the reader that this proof of
the Riemann Hypothesis is generalizable in that the method can be extended to
analyze general function expansions, and that a complete understanding of the
RZF's connection to the Fourier Transform could one day yield a better
understanding of generalized signal distributions.Comment: This article is 19 pages long and has 15 figures and is an
information center for relevant research which has been performed within the
field for researchers who are interested in the topic. I show to the best of
my knowledge new basic techniques which I have devised during my
undergraduate attendance at Cleveland State University. Constructive
criticism is welcome

Symmetric and Asymmetric Data in Solution Models
This book is a Printed Edition of the Special Issue that covers research on symmetric and asymmetric data that occur in real-life problems. We invited authors to submit their theoretical or experimental research to present engineering and economic problem solution models that deal with symmetry or asymmetry of different data types. The Special Issue gained interest in the research community and received many submissions. After rigorous scientific evaluation by editors and reviewers, seventeen papers were accepted and published. The authors proposed different solution models, mainly covering uncertain data in multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) problems as complex tools to balance the symmetry between goals, risks, and constraints to cope with the complicated problems in engineering or management. Therefore, we invite researchers interested in the topics to read the papers provided in the book
The Deep Space Network
The objectives, functions, and organization of the Deep Space Network are summarized. The Deep Space Instrumentation Facility, the Ground Communications Facility, and the Network Control System are described
American Society for Engineering Education/NASA Summer Faculty Fellowship Program 1982
A program of summer faculty fellowships for engineering and science educators is described. The program involves participation in cooperative research and study. Results of the program evaluation are summarized. The research fellows indicated satisfaction with the program. Benefits of the program cited include: (1) enhancement of professional abilities; (2) contact with professionals in a chosen area of research; (3) familiarity with research facilities; and (4) development of new research techniques and their adaptation to an academic setting. Abstracts of each of the research projects undertaken are presented
