China Business Perception Index

The Business Perception Index (BPI) has been developed to understand the Kenya-based Chinese companies' characteristics, to understand the business and investment climate faced by Chinese enterprises, and how these conditions affect productivity and growth of Chinese companies in Kenya. The BPI Survey-Kenya is a firm-level descriptive survey of Chinese private and state-owned enterprises in Kenya. The questionnaire includes the following ten major sections: basic firm characteristics, regulation and taxes, crime and safety, informality, gender, finance, infrastructure, trade, workforce, corruption and obstacles analysis. We reached out through email and telephone to 184 Chinese establishments in Kenya, and 75 companies accepted the survey

Simulation of linear business processes

Business processes are applied in business organizations, with interconnected and interactively working activities, which convert input into output elements. These are sets of linked and structured activities or tasks that create a specific process outcome. Characteristics of business processes are: definition, orderliness, user knowledge, identification of additional values for users, connection in the organizational structure and functionality of the activity. In a business activity, it is usual to differentiate business processes, production and service processes. Business Process Management focuses on workflow optimization and business process optimization, which usually includes any combination: modeling, simulation, automation, execution, verification and optimization of business activity flows to achieve the goals. Business processes in the new Six Sigma System apply process simulations, which enable rapid checking of the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, with certain levels of trust and risk. Simulation is the imitation of physical and abstract processes or systems, in the real world over time, with a developed model that represents the system itself, with the application of certain analytical and computer techniques. The best known is the computer simulation technique of linear business processes, which is quite detailed here so it can be routinely applied in practice of compressed air flow

Atención socio-sanitaria en España: análisis comparativo de los diferentes planes autonómicos socio-sanitarios.

Trabajo Fin de Grado curso 2015-2016[ES]El presente TFG es una revisión bibliográfica sobre la literatura científica disponible en materia de Atención Socio-Sanitaria. El objetivo de dicho trabajo es analizar la literatura más significativa sobre la Atención Socio-Sanitaria y los planes de actuación existentes en cada una de las Comunidades Autónomas, con el fin de hacer una comparativa entre estos últimos. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, se realizó una búsqueda, de la cual se seleccionaron diversos artículos y tras la clasificación de la información se llevó a cabo un análisis comparativo entre las diferentes Comunidades Autónomas. Destacar en cuanto a resultados, que el análisis comparativo muestra una gran variabilidad en el número y tipo de intervenciones que realiza cada Comunidad Autónoma. Destacan Extremadura y Cantabria entre las Comunidades Autónomas que más intervenciones realizan, estando están orientadas hacia la prevención de la dependencia, el aumento de la autonomía y el colectivo de las personas mayores con dependencia. Cantabria destaca además por desarrollar un gran número de planes sociales. Se concluye, que la Atención Socio-Sanitaria en España aún tiene mucho por recorrer ya que las actuaciones a día de hoy son escasas en muchos colectivos y la coordinación entre los Sistemas Sanitario y Social y entre las Comunidades Autónomas es aún pobre. Se ha visto también que las publicaciones referidas a las actuaciones de la Terapia Ocupacional en la Atención Socio-Sanitaria son muy escasas, por lo que es necesaria la investigación en este ámbito

A holographic inequality for N=7N=7 regions

In holographic duality, boundary states that have semiclassical bulk duals must obey inequalities, which bound their subsystems' von Neumann entropies. Hitherto known inequalities constrain entropies of reduced states on up to $N=5$ disjoint subsystems. Here we report one new such inequality, which involves $N=7$ disjoint regions. Our work supports a recent conjecture on the structure of holographic inequalities, which predicted the existence and schematic form of the new inequality. We explain the logic and educated guesses by which we arrived at the inequality, and comment on the feasibility of employing similar tactics in a more exhaustive search.Comment: 15 pages plus appendices, 2 figure

PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel) merupakan salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia. Sampai saat ini, Telkomsel sendiri merupakan perusahaan dengan jaringan terluas yaitu 98% dari total wilayah yang ada di seluruh Indonesia. Jaringan dari Telkomsel sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia sudah mencakup seluruh provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota, hingga seluruh kecamatan yang ada di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini fokus pada penggunaan metode kuantitatif sebagai metode utama. Teori utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Fact Finding Planning. Teknik pengimpulan data dilakukan dengan indepth interview. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 3 orang pihak internal Telkomsel dan 2 orang pelanggan Kartu Telkomsel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap Telkomsel adalah kartu untuk orang tua dan mahal. Strategi Komunikasi PT. Telekomunikasi Selular Regional Jawa Tengah & Jateng D.I.Y dengan meluncurkan produk baru Telkomsel yang dinamakan Loop, dengan meluncurkan produk Loop diharapkan bisa merubah persepsi masyarakat bahwa Telkomsel adalah kartu untuk orang tua dan terbilang mahal, karena Kartu Loop ini adalah karrtu yang ditujukan untuk anak muda dan terbilang cukup murah karena banyak paketan internet yang bisa dipiih sesuai kebutuhan

Główne problemy badawcze w zakresie turystyki religijnej

The article deals with terminology issues in religious tourism. The importance of pilgrimage in the contemporary world is highlighted, as well as those elements which determine the phenomenon. Research concepts in religious tourism are analysed theoretically and relations between religious tourism and pilgrimage are presented. The need to draw a precise definition of religious tourism and to determine its research area is also stressed.W artykule podjęto zagadnienia terminologiczne związane z turystyka religijną. Zwrócono uwagę na znaczenie pielgrzymek i pielgrzymowania w świecie współczesnym oraz czynniki warunkujące te zjawiska. W rozważaniach teoretycznych przeanalizowano koncepcje badawcze dotyczące pojęcia turystyki religijnej i przedstawiono relacje między tą formą turystyki a pielgrzymkami. Zwrócono uwagę na konieczność wypracowania precyzyjnej definicji turystyki religijnej i określenia jej pola badawczego
