Quality Human Resources is the biggest capital and the most important thing to pay attention to. Human Resources must continue to be developed so that they can always keep up with the times. Advances in science and technology require everyone involved in the circle of educational institutions to be ready to transform for the advancement of the institution and the human person. To examine more deeply, this research was conducted using library research methods (library research). Library research is a series of activities to collect library data by reading, recording, and interpreting into research data. This library method is also research by making literature as the main data source. The development of human resources in educational institutions should involve all elements involved in their organization, from school principals, teachers, education staff to school security. The process of developing human resources in educational institutions must also be based on needs analysis and careful planning so that they can support the process of achieving educational institution goals. A good and careful process will produce human resources, namely qualified teaching and educational staff

    Electronical Health Record's Systems. Interoperability

Understanding the importance that the electronic medical health records system has, with its various structural types and grades, has led to the elaboration of a series of standards and quality control methods, meant to control its functioning. In time, the electronic health records system has evolved along with the medical data's change of structure. Romania has not yet managed to fully clarify this concept, various definitions still being encountered, such as "Patient's electronic chart", "Electronic health file". A slow change from functional interoperability (OSI level 6) to semantic interoperability (level 7) is being aimed at the moment. This current article will try to present the main electronic files models, from a functional interoperability system's possibility to be created perspective. \ud \u

Cultural Capital: Challenges to New York State’s Competitive Advantages in the Arts and Entertainment Industry

This is a report on the findings of the Cornell University ILR planning process conducted with support of a grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation to investigate trends in the arts and entertainment industry in New York State and assess industry stakeholders’ needs and demand for industry studies and applied research. Building on a track record of research and technical assistance to arts and entertainment organizations, Cornell ILR moved toward a long-term goal of establishing an arts and entertainment research center by forging alliances with faculty from other schools and departments in the university and by establishing an advisory committee of key players in the industry. The outcome of this planning process is a research agenda designed to serve the priority needs and interests of the arts and entertainment industry in New York State

    Self-organization on surfaces: foreword

After decades of work, the growth of continuous thin films, i.e., two-dimensional structures, is progressively becoming a technological issue more than a field of fundamental research. Incidentally self-organization of nanostructures on surfaces is now an important field of research, i.e., structures of dimensionality one or zero, with a steep rise of attention in the past five years. Whereas self-organization was initially motivated by potential applications, it has up to now essentially contributed to the advancement of fundamental science in low dimensions, as model systems could be produced that could not have been fabricated by lithography. This Special Issue aims at giving a cross-community timely overview of the field. The Issue gathers a broad panel of articles covering various self-organization mechanisms, specific structural characterization, physical properties, and current trends in extending the versatility of growth. The materials mostly covered here are semiconductors and magnetic materials.Comment: Foreword of the Editor to Special Issue on Self-organization on surface
