    Using Kano method to measure employee satisfaction

    Employee satisfaction is an important factor for all managers of organization. Most managers undertakes job design without considering various attributes that affects employee satisfaction at workplace. Therefore, it is vital for any organization to know the job attributes that are likely to impact on employee satisfaction. Based on these facts, the researcher undertook this study with an objective analysing how Kano method can be used in measuring employee satisfaction. An extensive literature review on the subject was carried out. The outcome of this study indicated that indeed Kano method can be used in measuring employee satisfaction. The Kano method can be complemented with the Importance Grid Analysis method. The aim of this paper is to analyse literature review of Kano method and its relation to measure employee satisfaction

    Evaluation of Online Learning Satisfaction During Pandemic Using the IPA-Kano Method

    The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all aspects of life, including teaching and learning activities. Therefore, the entire community must be ready to do online learning, which will have different processes and results from normal learning. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction in online learning during the pandemic. This study uses attributes on Webqual 4.0 and processed using the integration of IPA and Kano. Based on the results of research conducted on 194 respondents, it was found that attributes US1 and IT4 were in the Beginning jewelry category, IT7 attributes were in the Defenseless Strategy point category, IT2 attributes were in the Fatal category, attributes IF1, IF2, IT3 was in the Major weapon category, attributes IF4, IF5 are included in the precious treasure category, and other attributes are included in the removed category because they have the Kano Indifferent category

    How to increase customer satisfaction of Mujair Fish Crackers with the IPA-KANO method

    This study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction with the IPA-KANO method. This research uses quantitative research where data collection techniques using questionnaire. The respondents used in this study were 100 consumers of processed mujair fish cracker products CV. SARIRAM. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and Kano is then converted using SPSS. The results of the integration of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Kano model show that there are 12 attributes that fall into the category to be maintained and the remaining 8 attributes that need attention to improve their performance to increase customer satisfaction.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan konsumen dengan metode IPA-KANO. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden sebanyak 100 konsumen produk kerupuk olahan ikan mujair CV. SARIRAM. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Kano kemudian dikonversikan dengan menggunakan software statistik SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil dari integrasi Importance performance Analysis (IPA) dan model kano memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat 3 atribut yang ditingkatkan, 11 atribut masuk dalam kategori untuk dipertahankan dan sisanya sebanyak 6 atribut merupakan atribut yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen
