La méthodologie des modèles intersectoriels rectangulaires à coefficients modifiables : rétrospective et perspective

The best known and probably the most frequently used of the models of this class is undoubtedly the Input-Output model of the Québec economy built, continuously updated and operated by the Bureau de la Statistique du Québec. However, the methodology, adapted and sometimes extended has found a number of other, in particular micro-economic applications.Evidently, the basic inspiration of the methodology in question is to be found in the ideas put forward by Professor Leontief. Certain researches done in France, especially in the late 1950's, but also since then, have exerted considerable influence.Although these models trace their origins to activity analysis in the sense that they start from the principle that to understand a complex system it is preferable to study in detail its inner structures and workings rather than the evolution over time of the great aggregates characterising the overall behaviour.By abandoning the postulates of proportionality and of one-to-one correspondence between "products" and "industries", the models discussed here openly give up any pretence to mathematical elegance including the existence of "general solutions" of the kind of those associated with the Leontief inverses. They just become in effect simulation models and at the same time much more convenient and flexible frameworks for the collection, organization and the handling of data, data which are much closer to basic data than the highly processed data incorporated in the traditional Input-Output models. They are also much more easier to update and to incorporate "non-statistical" data.Although more powerful, in many respects, than the traditional models, they share with them at least two basic weaknesses which, significantly, are not unrelated to each other. They are incapable of handling in a really comprehensive and systematic manner the confrontation of supply and of demand influences and they give no more than a most cursory treatment to the whole range of financial phenomena and a fortiori to the influence of these phenomena on the "real" ones. It is clear that the future work on this class of models will have to put heavy emphasis on trying to reduce these two weaknesses

L’interprétation des oeuvres d’art : proposition d’une démarche

Le présent article propose un canevas destiné à des débutants inscrits dans le programme de formation à l'enseignement des arts plastiques. Ce canevas qui a pour but de les guider dans la démarche d'interprétation critique des oeuvres d'art a été développé d'après l'observation du travail des critiques professionnels et à partir de l'expérience propre des autrices. Les opérations et les dimensions en cause dans l'interprétation ont été identifiées et ordonnées en trois phases nommées imprégnation, exploration créatice et synthèse. Réalisée dans une perspective didactique, cette étude vise à offrir des moyens concrets susceptibles d'aider les étudiants à interpréter des oeuvres de manière critique plutôt que naïve.This article proposes a plan for guiding pre-service art teachers in procedures for critical interpretation of art work. The development of this plan was based on observations of the work of professional critics and that of the authors themselves. The operations and dimensions which influence interpretation were identified and ranked into three phases : impregnation, creative exploration, and synthesis. The aim of this study is didactic in nature: to offer concrete methods for helping students to interpret works of art critically rather than naively.Este articulo propone un plan, destinado a principiantes inscritos en un programa de formaciôn de maestros de artes plasticas, para guiarlos en la interpretaciôn critica de obras de arte. El plan se desarrollo a partir de la observaciôn del trabajo de criticos profesionales y a partir de la propia experiencia de las autoras. Las operaciones y las dimensiones involucradas fueron interpretadas y ordenadas en très fases llamadas impregnacion, exploraciôn creadoray sintesis. Las autoras realizaron este estudio bajo una perspectiva didâctica, para ofrecer a los estudiantes medios concretos que pudieran ayudarlos a interpretar las obras de manera mas bien critica que cândida.Der vorliegende Artikel skizziert eine Anleitung fur noch unerfahrene Studenten der Kunsterziehung, um ihnen damit zu einer kritischen Interpretation von Kunstwerken zu verhelfen. Die Anleitung fußt auf der Arbeit der beruflichen Kritiker und auf der eigenen Erfahrung der Verfasserinnen. Die Vorgänge und Dimensionen der Interpretation wurden in drei Durchdringung, schöpferisches Auskundschaften und Synthese genannte Phasen gegliedert. Die Verfasserinnen haben diese Untersuchung aus didaktischer Sicht unternommen, um den Studenten mit konkreten Mitteln zu helfen, von einer naiven zu einer kritischen Interpretation von Kunstwerken gelangen

Les rapports femmes-hommes en milieu urbain: patriarcat ou partenariat ?

Il s'agit d'abord de montrer, à l'aide des théorisations récentes sur les hiérarchies et les marchés, l'existence de liens entre l'insertion des femmes dans la sphère de l'emploi et certaines formes émergentes de polarisation sociale urbaine. Ensuite, ces nouvelles formes de polarisation sont mises en rapport avec l'asymétrie professionnelle au sein des couples. L'analyse suggère que les vieux quartiers urbains sont des milieux sociaux plus propices à l'effritement du patriarcat que les banlieues. L'ensemble du propos mène à conclure que la question d'un nouveau partenariat entre hommes et femmes peut être posée, dans les théories sur le développement local, avec tout autant de pertinence que celle, plus habituelle, des formes de partenariat interclassistes.The paper first shows, in the context of recent theorising on hierarchies and markets, the existence of relationships between increasing female labour force participation and the emergence of certain forms of urban social polarisation. These new forms of polarisation are then linked with occupational asymmetry within employed couples. This analysis tends to suggest that central city neighbourhoods are milieux more conducive to the erosion of patriarchy than suburbs. Finally, the question of a new gender partnership is suggested to be as crucial to the theorising on local development than that of class partnership

Etude Sedimentologique Et Stratigraphique Du Remplissage Du Grand Porche Du Gisement De Montgaudier, Charente, France

The sedimentological study of the deposits accumulated at the level of the two sectors of the Grand Porche of Montgaudier allowed establishing a stratigraphic synthesis of the deposits in this part of the filling of this deposit and the paleoclimatic conditions of the establishment of the different types of sediments. The systematic analyzes carried out on samples taken from the two sectors I and II revealed their origins: allochthonous and autochthonous. The data from these sedimentological analyzes of this filling also revealed the conditions and the factors which led to the establishment of these deposits. Finally, these stratigraphic studies allowed establishing a chronological framework relative to the chronology of the deposits of the adjacent loci, 8 and 6, attributed to the old würm and the Riss-würm

La notion de “ description épaisse ” demande à être éclaircie. S'agit-il d'une authentique description ? Non, selon ceux qui l'entendent plutôt dans l'acception de Clifford Geertz. Elle serait plutôt une interprétation de matériaux eux-mêmes de nature interprétative, à la manière de l'explication de texte. Oui, pourtant selon le philosophe (Gilbert Ryle) auquel Geertz a emprunté le concept : la description épaisse est seulement une description mince compliquée par des précisions de type adverbial. L'usage contemporain de cette notion dissimule donc un conflit entre deux philosophies de l'enquête anthropologique

lnstrumentalisme et réadaptation psychosociale : Devenir des méthodes processuelles dans les « espaces intermédiaires »

Dans le domaine de la réadaptation psychosociale, les acteurs institutionnels décentrés dans l'espace « intermédiaire » font face à une crise d'identité et à des problèmes dont certains sont liés à une vision instrumentale de la pratique. Cette vision donne un assurage discursif et théorique mais entrave les partenariats possibles. Elle piège les situations relationnelles ouvertes sur du possible en privilégiant ce qui est orienté vers des actes de nature prescriptive et normative. Cet état de fait est encouragé par plusieurs facteurs liés au statut du soignant, aux politiques sanitaires et à leur évaluation. Dès lors, pour maintenir leur action dans l'intermédiaire, les équipes doivent la définir sur la base d'autres paradigmes inducteurs d'une pratique qui reste à la limite du soin et du soutien social.In psychosocial rehabilitation, institutional actors which are not focused on the "intermediate space" (term coined by the authors to describe the time-space of interpersonal, solution-oriented communication filled by the actor and the patient) are faced with an identity crisis and other problems, some of which are linked to a instrumental vision of their practice. Such a vision leads to a discursive and theoretical approach, yet interferes with potential partnerships. Also, it traps open and solution-oriented relational situations by favouring that which is focused on acts of a prescriptive and normative nature. This state of affairs is encouraged by several factors linked to the actor's status, to health policies and to the evaluation of such policies. In future, effective work in this "intermediate space" will require that actors use other inductive models on which to base their practice which, incidentally, remains at the fringe of social care and support
