Opinion mining and sentiment analysis in marketing communications: a science mapping analysis in Web of Science (1998–2018)
Opinion mining and sentiment analysis has become ubiquitous in our society, with
applications in online searching, computer vision, image understanding, artificial intelligence and
marketing communications (MarCom). Within this context, opinion mining and sentiment analysis
in marketing communications (OMSAMC) has a strong role in the development of the field by
allowing us to understand whether people are satisfied or dissatisfied with our service or product
in order to subsequently analyze the strengths and weaknesses of those consumer experiences. To
the best of our knowledge, there is no science mapping analysis covering the research about opinion
mining and sentiment analysis in the MarCom ecosystem. In this study, we perform a science
mapping analysis on the OMSAMC research, in order to provide an overview of the scientific work
during the last two decades in this interdisciplinary area and to show trends that could be the basis
for future developments in the field. This study was carried out using VOSviewer, CitNetExplorer
and InCites based on results from Web of Science (WoS). The results of this analysis show the
evolution of the field, by highlighting the most notable authors, institutions, keywords,

Applying Eye Tracking in Information Security
Abstract In this paper, we are considering the possibility of using eye tracking technology in the context of information security. We expect that this novel technique will have a very effective impact in this field. Eye tracking technology is widely used to investigate user behavior when working with a computer. This technology allows to obtain analysis in the form fixation point (location of a user's eye gaze), scan-path (gaze trajectory), heat maps (areas of interest), salient picture components. Eye tracking research has been widely used to improve the design and usability of web pages, as well as to explore an understanding how users are guided by them. Eyewear Computing \u2013 Augmenting the Human with Head-Mounted Wearable Assistants
The seminar was composed of workshops and tutorials on head-mounted eye tracking, egocentric
vision, optics, and head-mounted displays. The seminar welcomed 30 academic and industry
researchers from Europe, the US, and Asia with a diverse background, including wearable and
ubiquitous computing, computer vision, developmental psychology, optics, and human-computer
interaction. In contrast to several previous Dagstuhl seminars, we used an ignite talk format to
reduce the time of talks to one half-day and to leave the rest of the week for hands-on sessions,
group work, general discussions, and socialising. The key results of this seminar are 1) the
identification of key research challenges and summaries of breakout groups on multimodal eyewear
computing, egocentric vision, security and privacy issues, skill augmentation and task guidance,
eyewear computing for gaming, as well as prototyping of VR applications, 2) a list of datasets and
research tools for eyewear computing, 3) three small-scale datasets recorded during the seminar, 4)
an article in ACM Interactions entitled \u201cEyewear Computers for Human-Computer Interaction\u201d,
as well as 5) two follow-up workshops on \u201cEgocentric Perception, Interaction, and Computing\u201d
at the European Conference on Computer Vision (ECCV) as well as \u201cEyewear Computing\u201d at
the ACM International Joint Conference on Pervasive and Ubiquitous Computing (UbiComp)
EYE AND GAZE TRACKING ALGORITHM FOR COLLABORATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM
International audienceOur work focuses on the interdisciplinary field of detailed analysis of behaviors exhibited by individuals during sessions of distributed collaboration. With a particular focus on ergonomics, we propose new mechanisms to be integrated into existing tools to enable increased productivity in distributed learning and working. Our technique is to record ocular movements (eye tracking) to analyze various scenarios of distributed collaboration in the context of computer-based training. In this article, we present a low-cost oculometric device that is capable of making ocular measurements without interfering with the natural behavior of the subject. We expect that this device could be employed anywhere that a natural, non-intrusive method of observation is required, and its low-cost permits it to be readily integrated into existing popular tools, particularly E-learning campus
