    The necessity of E-Banking services with the new generation’s lifestyle today is reached at different levels of technology innovations. This paper aims at directing and contributing to E-Banking by exploring and analyzing the current situation of commencement on E-Banking and its acceptance confidently. This paper presents an intensive summary review of a doctorate research by the author about E-Banking acceptance in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq in which 38 studies among 110 published papers were selected on E-Banking between 2002-2016. The studies seek to draw reliable conclusions from their data to identify the influenced factors on the acceptance and adopting of E-Banking system. To analyze the capacity and results of these studies, an analysis was conducted on the most influenced factors, powerful acceptance theories employed in these studies, thesample unit, respondent size and the location of the investigation. The results showed that the factors of security, perceived ease of use and trust had the higher frequencies among the others. The most used model in these studies was TAM model with a great satisfaction results by the researchers and bank institutions. The respondents of these studies were between 44 and 3000 and the major sample unit is bank customers and the majority of studies were from Iran, which are 13 studies. It was found that other theories (UTAUT and UTAUT 2) were less attractive to researchers in their studies. Therefore, the most results are based on the outcomes of TAM models. However, there are limitations of the outcomes by this study for reviewing limited papers, someshortcomings in constructing the links between the E-Banking channels with the influenced factors and there is supremacy of the higher frequency of using TAM on the results.     The Impact Of Mobile Banking Customer Experience On Loyalty Among Millennials In South Africa

    The modern environment of pervasive interconnectedness via mobile devices and services makes it important to understand the nature of customer-bank interactions and relationships. Businesses that offer mobile banking are trying to provide their customers with improved customer service and experiences. The objective of this study is to examine how customer experience of mobile banking influences loyalty towards the bank. This study focuses on the millennials in South Africa. Banks need to remain competitive in the ever-changing business environment. Millennials are one of the largest customer segments with a large digital and mobile appetite; as a result, they form a natural target for banks. To increase their customer base, banks need to ensure that their customer experience strategy caters for these young customers in accordance with their expectations. However, customer experience within mobile banking is under researched. Previous studies in this research area have focused on customer experience in traditional banking context. This study tries to fill the gap by exploring the factors that influence customer experience in mobile banking and also understand how this experience influences customer loyalty to their bank. Considering this, a broad literature review was done that revealed the factors that influence mobile customer experience. Based on literature a conceptual model was developed and this model was used a framework for investigating the research problem. This study used a mixed methods strategy and collected data from 344 mobile banking users via an online survey questionnaire and further, 10 semi-structured interviews were also conducted. The research hypotheses were tested through regression analysis and this resulted in 4 out of 8 research hypotheses being supported. Thematic analysis was used for both the open-ended questions in the survey and the 10 interviews. The results showed that convenience, ease of use and customization are the most significant factors that influence customer experience in mobile banking, whereas the customer experience was in turn found to have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Through conducting this research on millennials in South Africa, this study has expanded the knowledge of mobile banking research in the country. A valuable contribution was made by this study, as this study gave better insight into the factors that significantly influence the customer's experience of millennials in mobile banking. This study recommends that, it is important that banks as well as other firms that offer mobile banking offer a mobile app that is convenient and lets customers to perform their activities in a flexible way in their own time, easily and in a customizable manner. Therefore, should banks implement this study's recommendations it will be beneficial for them as this will result in increased loyalty of their millennial mobile banking customers

    A Systematic Review and Weight Analysis of Mobile Financial Services Adoption Literature from 2011 to 2021

    The global extent and use of the internet and mobile have increased the importance of mobile financial services (MFS) and payments. However, only limited numbers of review studies are accessible on the topic. Therefore, this paper aims to offer a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology and perform a weight analysis of articles published between 2011 and 2021. By reviewing 61 studies, the results indicate that the unified theory of acceptance and usage of technology (UTAUT) followed by the technology of acceptance model (TAM) are the main conceptual frameworks and models adopted. It reveals that attitude, perceived ease of use, performance expectancy, habit, social norms, and perceived usefulness are the best behavioral intention predictors. The critical technological factors of using MFS were provided, followed by future research opportunities

    The extent of Kuwaiti Islamic banks restrict the use of Islamic financing tools in their financial operations: a field study

    This research aims to identify the extent to of Kuwaiti Islamic banks adhere to the use of Islamic financing tools in their financial operations. The study population consists of all (5) banks listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. As for the study sample, (100) respondents were selected from Financial managers, accountants, and workers in finance and investment departments work in these banks. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting primary data. The results showed that Kuwaiti Islamic banks adhere to the use of Islamic financing tools represented in Murabaha, Musharaka and Mudaraba in their financial operations to a high degree. The study recommended that Kuwaiti Islamic banks should be encouraged to play a more role in Murabaha operations and find appropriate solutions to technical obstacles and culture-related procedures that prevent the provision of Islamic financing through Murabaha

    Negoitation in Modernity : The BAZNAS (National Zakat Collection Agency) and the Philosophy of Zakat (Alms) Socialization in Indonesia

    To pay Zakat (alms) is an obligation for a Muslim. However, this religious obligation cannot encourage Muslims in Indonesia to pay Zakat. In fact, in several cities, some Zakat organizations are established to collect the zakat. Some of them is the BAZNAS which is spread in most cities in Indonesia. In fact, this organization is a semi-government because there are some collaborations between the BAZNAS and local government in most regions. This collaboration indicates also that it tries to get benefit from the modern and established government structure. This article aims to know the BAZNAS negoitation with modernity, specifically it wants to deal with the BAZNAS zakat socialization. Using a case study, this article finds that the zakat organization like the BAZNAS Kepulauan Meranti Indonesia deals with a complicated negoitation with modernity through its zakat socialization. In fact, there is a religious understanding among Muslims there that to pay zakat is an obligation but it cannot deal with their religious awareness to pay zakat. This article identifies that disseminating the zakat payment obligation is a never ending project. The BAZNAS improves Muslim understanding about Zakat through socialization.     Intrinsic motivations of mobility, play and enjoyment: the smartphone game experience.

    This thesis investigates the intrinsic motivations for the playing of video games on smartphones through proposing and testing a conceptual model. The concept of play and a theory of intrinsic motivation, Self Determination Theory, provide an underlying theoretical framework. The constructs of the Need for Competence, the Need for Autonomy, the Need for Relatedness, the experience of Flow, Competition and Social Escapism form the basis of the proposed conceptual model as underlying drivers of the enjoyment of games that are intrinsically motivated. Relevant characteristics of players’ age, gender and level of playfulness are examined for their potential influence on the model. A pertinent gap was identified in the literature in regards to consumer behaviour and the understanding behind a rapidly evolving field of media enquiry. The conceptual model was established in order to enhance understanding of the representative phenomenon, allow implications to be situated in practical concerns and extend our understanding of intrinsic motivations through the concept of play. Questionnaires from 340 Australian residents over eighteen who play games on smartphones were analysed. A series of hypotheses were proposed within a causal methodology to facilitate the prediction of enjoyment in terms of significant drivers. The conceptual model was tested by a multiple regression technique in order to establish variables that influence the enjoyment of games on smartphones. The empirical findings of this thesis contribute to an understanding of the process of enjoyment of games and are situated in a consumer behaviour/marketing paradigm. At an academic level, this thesis extends the marketing literature on a relatively new yet expanding area of interest and provides several new avenues of potential research opportunities. As mobile devices and games continue to grow in popularity, revenue and influence in many different areas of business and life, it is important that academia keep pace with new developments. This thesis provides insights that add to, extend, compliment and question the existing literature. Crucially, as a result of these findings the enjoyment of play on smartphones is conceptually articulated as a series of key intrinsic motivations
