EVALUASI PENYELENGGARAAN KODE DIAGNOSIS MIRM 12 PADA PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DALAM PEMENUHAN SNARS EDISI 1.1 TRIWULAN 1 DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM MADANI TAHUN 2021
Organizing medical records is one way to achieve administrative order to achieve the quality of a hospital's assessment. The results of interviews conducted by the author with informants are that the Madani RSU already has regulations on the use of diagnosis/action codes, symbols, abbreviations and their meanings inoutpatients in the form of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and manuals, but socialization has not been carried out in its entirety because there are still staff. health services who do not understand the rules for the use of diagnostic/action codes, symbols, abbreviations and their meanings. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the MIRM 12 diagnostic code in outpatients in fulfilling the SNARS edition 1.1 quarter 1. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were 4 medical record officers. The sampling technique used in this study waspurposive sampling, interviews and observation sheets. It is hoped that Madani General Hospital will carry out socialization as a whole so that it can carry out the rules for using symbols, abbreviations and meanings in outpatient care properly and conduct evaluations by involving all health care workers
Sample-Parallel Execution of EBCOT in Fast Mode
JPEG 2000’s most computationally expensive building
block is the Embedded Block Coder with Optimized Truncation
(EBCOT). This paper evaluates how encoders targeting a parallel
architecture such as a GPU can increase their throughput in use
cases where very high data rates are used. The compression
efficiency in the less significant bit-planes is then often poor and
it is beneficial to enable the Selective Arithmetic Coding Bypass
style (fast mode) in order to trade a small loss in compression
efficiency for a reduction of the computational complexity. More
importantly, this style exposes a more finely grained parallelism
that can be exploited to execute the raw coding passes, including
bit-stuffing, in a sample-parallel fashion. For a latency- or
memory critical application that encodes one frame at a time,
EBCOT’s tier-1 is sped up between 1.1x and 2.4x compared to an
optimized GPU-based implementation. When a low GPU
occupancy has already been addressed by encoding multiple
frames in parallel, the throughput can still be improved by 5%
for high-entropy images and 27% for low-entropy images. Best
results are obtained when enabling the fast mode after the fourth
significant bit-plane. For most of the test images the compression
rate is within 1% of the original
On the Existence of Optimal Exact-Repair MDS Codes for Distributed Storage
The high repair cost of (n,k) Maximum Distance Separable (MDS) erasure codes
has recently motivated a new class of codes, called Regenerating Codes, that
optimally trade off storage cost for repair bandwidth. In this paper, we
address bandwidth-optimal (n,k,d) Exact-Repair MDS codes, which allow for any
failed node to be repaired exactly with access to arbitrary d survivor nodes,
where k<=d<=n-1. We show the existence of Exact-Repair MDS codes that achieve
minimum repair bandwidth (matching the cutset lower bound) for arbitrary
admissible (n,k,d), i.e., k<n and k<=d<=n-1. Our approach is based on
interference alignment techniques and uses vector linear codes which allow to
split symbols into arbitrarily small subsymbols.Comment: 20 pages, 6 figure
Los graffitis y esténciles: la construcción del espacio en la ciudad
The major premise of this article is the construction of spaces from graffiti and stencil, emphasizing the appropriations and changes after a morphological and social intervention. The articulation of the graphics transforms the space, giving it a new meaning and functioning, in it, codes, symbols and signs are linked to create social, cultural and political dynamics, which are inserted in the imaginary of the city inhabitants and introduce new elements in the space spectrum.
HOW YOUNG WOMEN MAKE MEANING OF SEXUAL ASSAULT CAMPAIGNS: USING A CULTURAL STUDIES APPROACH TO (RE)DEFINE PERCEPTIONS OF RISK, HEALTH, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS PRACTICE
The purpose of this study was to understand how women from different racial and ethnic backgrounds make meaning of sexual assault communication. In this exploratory study, one component of the circuit of culture - consumption - was examined using the cultural studies approach to investigate how women perceived the various cultural codes, symbols, languages, and images associated with sexual assault. The study used qualitative focus groups and one-on-one interviews with African American, Hispanic, Asian American and white women from a large university. Findings revealed that women associate themselves with sexual assault based on their gender and age. In addition, women are more receptive to thematic messages that hold a personal relevance to them. This study expanded the use of cultural theory in public relations as well as supported a proposed theory of women's health communication. Practical implications include various innovations communicators can use to improve their proficiency in crafting culturally competent messages
Exploration Cultural Signs on Jember Fashion Carnival Costume Headdress
The head is the most important part of the body as the most vital part which explain the identity. Garnish which are added to the head become important things that are related to identity, social status, employment and self-expression but on the other hand they can convey different things unusual. This research uses descriptive analytical method to headdress in Jember Fashion Carnival costumes that communicate something different that does not have a linear meaning to the wearer. Exploration headdres in Jember Fashion Carnival costumes have subvert the social conventions so that they become a central space to express irregularities. The signification of interacting, each passing between signifiers and the codes have produced unity in diversity as double iconic, hybrid codes, engaging codes and symbols. The exploration of Jember Fasion Carnival’s headdresses are characterized by reciprocity between creators excitement and enthusiasm of the spectators so the mixing signifiers that occured are able to offer messages, criticisms and appeals those are unrelated to the conventions. A meaning that can be built differently, transient, dynamic and interesting. Keywords: Headdress, Double Iconic, Hybrid Codes, Symbols, Jember Fashion Carniva
Devil in the Making: Sino-Japanese Wartime Cultural Products in China and Its Influence on Chinese Nationalism
This paper aims to provide a possible interpretation of the role of Sino-Japanese wartime cultural products in shaping Chinese nationalism through a cultural sociological analysis. The concept of “wartime cultural products” in this paper does not refer to the cultural products produced during wartime; instead, it refers to the cultural products with war as the topic. In order to give a hint of the role of Sino-Japanese wartime cultural products in shaping Chinese nationalism, the author asks the following two specific questions and will answer them in the main body of this paper: 1) what is the deep cultural structure of the anti-Japanese culture products? 2) how does the deep cultural structure shape current Chinese nationalism and anti-Japanese action? “Deep cultural structure” here means the objective but non-public codes and logic, which is different from the surface structure that can be obtained easil
From Imitation to Prediction, Data Compression vs Recurrent Neural Networks for Natural Language Processing
In recent studies [1][13][12] Recurrent Neural Networks were used for
generative processes and their surprising performance can be explained by their
ability to create good predictions. In addition, data compression is also based
on predictions. What the problem comes down to is whether a data compressor
could be used to perform as well as recurrent neural networks in natural
language processing tasks. If this is possible, then the problem comes down to
determining if a compression algorithm is even more intelligent than a neural
network in specific tasks related to human language. In our journey we
discovered what we think is the fundamental difference between a Data
Compression Algorithm and a Recurrent Neural Network
