    The aim of this study is generally to find out bad loans in the cooperative employees tirta dharma khatulistiwa Pontianak city. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Granting loans to members of the cooperative are not selective in which no judgment 5C generally done before the credit is given. The terms of the loan are set very easily so that members are able to meet the terms of the loan. Factors causing bad loans largely resulting from the cooperative. As the cooperative is not too make an assessment at the time of applying for loans and weak members of credit supervision system. Then the insistence of members who borrow as members threatened to quit if it can not be given loans. Efforts made by the employees' cooperative tirta dharma in resolving bad debts is through debt rescheduling (rescheduling) that by extending the term of the credit and installment as well as provide new loans to then cut the remaining credit borrowing members

    KUR adalah kredit pembiayaan kepada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam bentuk pemberian modal kerja. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian, pengentasan kemiskinan, dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di kawasan Jalan Pipa Reja Kelurahan 8 Ilir Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Palembang dengan sasaran para penjual kemplang panggang di sepanjang wilayah tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pemberian pelatihan dengan menggunakan ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya-jawab. Dari kegiatan ditemukan beberapa kendala yang terjadi, di antaranya minimnya keberanian para pedagang kemplang di kawasan tempat kegiatan pengabdian untuk mengajukan pinjaman ke bank karena pola pikir mereka selama ini bahwa prosedur dan persyaratan pinjaman kredit bank itu sulit dan minimnya pengetahuan tentang pengaturan keuangan dalam usaha. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, makin banyak pengusaha kecil yang memanfaatkan peluang usaha melalui pinjaman kredit bank bagi usaha UMKM sehingga  pendapatan akan meningkat

    The purpose of this research is (1) to describe the implementation of credit agreement between State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at SMK Ne geri 6 Surakarta with Bank Jateng Surakarta. (2) to analyze the problems that arise in the credit agreement for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) with Bank Jateng Surakarta. The approach used is the empirical juridical approach. Primary data or obtained directly from the first source, namely the behavior of civil servants in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta who utilize the bank financing institutions, by way of interviews. Method of data analysis with qualitative analysis of deductive method. The results showed that the credit agreement made by Bank Jateng, beginning with the title of agreement, contract number, time of agreement, the identity of the parties making the agreement namely: the PT. Regional Development Bank Central Java Branch UMS Assistant, the borrower consists of: The identity of the borrower, which consists of name, address, and occupation. The credit agreement is made by PT. Bank Jateng with ASN Negeri 6 Surakarta, contains 8 (eight) chapters 15 Article. Each article contains rules that must be respected by both parties. The credit agreement agreement made by ASN SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta with Bank Jateng is a form of bonding between two parties, namely between the Bank and the borrower, requiring the borrower to repay the debt after a certain period of time with interest. The credit agreement made by PT. Bank Jateng with ASN SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta has been in accordance with the Law no. 10 of 1998 concerning Banking article 1, paragraph (11). The problems that arise in the credit agreement for civil stateapparatuses with Bank Jateng are: (1) The existence of loan agreement made by Bank Jateng with ASD in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, limits ASN in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta to utilize credit facility at other Bank, (2) The existence of the credit agreement ASN SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, utilizing other banks that are willing to cover the remaining loan, so the amount of loan ASN SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta grew larger, (3) ASN SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta renewed its loan in bank Jateng with enlarge the loan ceil

    KPR is one of bank product which offering Debitur to get credit for buying a house. KPR has a different way to calculating the interest from credit which debitur had. Bank can calculate the interest with flat rate and effective rate, also now the bank give the new choice with KPR Syariah, so we can say that the regular KPR as KPR konvensional. All of that have one purpose that increase the credit distribution at KPR and make more options for new debitur. In the simulation we can see together that every result from every way to calculate the interest have own good and bad. We also can conclusion at the last, that KPR syariah is similar with KPR Konvensional if using flat rate for the credit which debitur get

    This research discussed the two main reasons that could be affecting decisions market traders in choosing a source of their capital, which is based on the needs of business capital and marketing with marketing mix 4P. The data obtained through interviews with traditional market traders in the Sidoarjo district using the qualitative method from a phenomenology perspective. This study using primary data analyzed that processed in-app atlas.ti 9 to achieve the structure and efficient data. This study aims to determine the effect of the 4P Marketing Mix carried out by financial institutions in attracting traders to choose the source of their business capital and whether traders' knowledge of usury and Islamic financial institutions can change this decision. The conclusions obtained indicate that public knowledge about riba and Islamic banking does not influence in determining people's interest in choosing the source of business capital, while the marketing mix can attract traders in determining where they will make business resource loans

    Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaturan hukum terhadap kredit online dan bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum terhadap korban kredit online di mana dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif disimpulkan: 1. Financial Technology (Fintech) yang berkembang pesat telah berpengaruh besar terhadap institusi keuangan, khususnya perbankan karena kegiatan usaha fintech yang berbasis teknologi informasi semakin memudahkan hubungannya dengan calon nasabah, semakin cepat proses pencairan pinjaman atau kredit sebab dilaksanakan secara online, bahkan antara fintech dengan calon nasabah tidak perlu bertatap muka secara langsung. 2. Fintech yang menyelenggarakan kredit online semakin bermasalah, oleh karena statusnya yang tidak jelas, tidak terdaftar serta tidak memiliki izin dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Fintech illegal). Sejumlah masalahnya antara lain dalam cara penagihan angsuran kredit, besaran bunga kredit, status hukum perusahaan beserta alamatnya tidak jelas dan lain-lainnya.Kata kunci: teknologi finansial; kredit online
