A hybrid neutrosophic group ANP-TOPSIS framework for supplier selection problems
One of the most significant competitive strategies for organizations is sustainable supply chain management (SSCM). The vital part in the administration of a sustainable supply chain is the sustainable supplier selection, which is a multi-criteria decision-making issue, including many conflicting criteria.</div
AN EXTENDED SINGLE-VALUED NEUTROSOPHIC AHP AND MULTIMOORA METHOD TO EVALUATE THE OPTIMAL TRAINING AIRCRAFT FOR FLIGHT TRAINING ORGANIZATIONS
Aircraft’s training is crucial for a flight training organization (FTO). Therefore, an important decision that these organizations should wisely consider the choice of aircraft to be bought among many alternatives. The criteria for evaluating the optimal training aircraft for FTOs are collected based on the survey approach. Single valued neutrosophic sets (SVNS) have the degree of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity membership functions and, as a special case, neutrosophic sets (NS) deal with inconsistent environments. In this regard, this study has extended a single-valued neutrosophic analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis plus a full multiplicative form (MULTIMOORA) to rank the training aircraft as the alternatives. Moreover, a sensitivity analysis is performed to demonstrate the stability of the developed method. Finally, a comparison between the results of the developed approach and the existing approaches for validating the developed approach is discussed. This analysis shows that the proposed approach is efficient and with the other methods
M-generalised q-neutrosophic extension of CoCoSo method
Nowadays fuzzy approaches gain popularity to model multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems emerging in real-life applications. Modern modelling trends in this field include evaluation of the criteria information uncertainty and vagueness. Traditional neutrosophic sets are considered as the effective tool to express uncertainty of the information. However, in some cases, it cannot cover all recently proposed cases of the fuzzy sets. The m-generalized q-neutrosophic sets (mGqNNs) can effectively deal with this situation. The novel MCDM methodology CoCoSomGqNN is presented in this paper. An illustrative example presents the analysis of the effectiveness of different retrofit strategy selection decisions for the application in the civil engineering industry
VIKOR method for multiple criteria group decision making under 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic environment
In this article, the VIKOR method is proposed to solve the multiple
criteria group decision making (MCGDM) with 2-tuple linguistic
neutrosophic numbers (2TLNNs). Firstly, the fundamental concepts,
operation formulas and distance calculating method of
2TLNNs are introduced. Then some aggregation operators of
2TLNNs are reviewed. Thereafter, the original VIKOR method is
extended to 2TLNNs and the calculating steps of VIKOR method
with 2TLNNs are proposed. In the proposed method, it’s more
reasonable and scientific for considering the conflicting criteria.
Furthermore, the VIKOR are extended to interval-valued 2-tuple
linguistic neutrosophic numbers (IV2TLNNs). Moreover, a numerical
example for green supplier selection has been given to illustrate
the new method and some comparisons are also conducted
to further illustrate advantages of the new method

Sustainable and agile manufacturing outsourcing partner selection: a literature review
[EN] Outsourcing to third party to manage non-core activities helps the firm to focus on core activities. Manufacturing firms are outsourcing product development, manufacturing, logistics, customer care etc. to enhance production capacity and flexibility, and to reduce operational costs, which in turn can improve profitability and competitive advantage of the enterprise. Sustainability in operations and supply chain is gaining momentum due to increased global environmental concern, pressures from consumers and communities, and enforced regulations. Volatile and uncertain business environment necessitates the adoption of agility and flexibility to effectively manage manufacturing and supply chain. Globalisation has made the market very competitive and hence manufacturing firms are adopting manufacturing outsourcing to third parties. Selecting a sustainable and agile manufacturing outsourcing partner (MPS) is crucial as it will improve sustainability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the supply chain and competitive advantage to the firm. Detailed literature review on sustainable and agile manufacturing outsourcing partner selection has been carried out from EBSCO data base and Goggle scholar. Selection criteria used are classified into agile, operational, economic, environmental and social. The techniques use are mostly multi criteria decision making methods (MCDM) while few have adopted programming techniques. Discussion, implication and the scope of future work is also provided.Akhtar, M. (2022). Sustainable and agile manufacturing outsourcing partner selection: a literature review.
