    Islamic human development index di Indonesia: suatu pendekatan maqhasid syariah

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Index Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia dengan pedekatan Maqhasid Syariah. Sampel penelitian adalah 33 provinsi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian memakai analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Islamic Human Development Index di semua provinsi di Indonesia yang masih rendah dan masih terjadi kesenjangan. Peran Kesejahteraan non material (Non Material Walfare) dalam pembentukan Islamic Human Development Index (IHDI) lebih dominan dibanding kesejahteraan material (Material Walfare). Rekomendasi penelitian adalah (1) perlunya pemerintah daerah dan pusat untuk meningkatkan peran kebijakan fiskal bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan guna tercapaiannya manusia berkualitas yang akan berimbas pada kemampuan dalam peningkatan kesejahtearaan material (Material Walfare ) masyarakat. (2) Pemerintah harus terus dapat meningkatakan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang menggerakkan sektor Riil di daerah dan pusat agar kesejahteraan material meningkat. Meninjau kembali ukuran-ukuran pembangunan dengan pendekatan Maqhasid Syariah agar tercipta kemaslahatan

    Development of decision support systems towards supply chain performance appraisement

    Purpose: The aim of this research is to develop various Decision Support Systems (DSS) towards supply chain (SC) performance appraisement as well as benchmarking. The purpose of this work is to understand multi-level (measures and metrics) performance appraisement index system to evaluate overall supply chain performance extent, monitor ongoing performance level and to identify ill-performing areas of the supply chain network. Design/methodology/approach: Fuzzy logic as well as grey theory has been explored in developing a variety of SC performance appraisement modules (evaluation index systems). Generalized fuzzy numbers, generalized intervalvalued fuzzy numbers theory have been utilized in order to tackle decision-makers’ linguistic evaluation information towards meaningful and logical interpretation of procedural hierarchy embedded to the said appraisement modules. Fuzzy-grey relation theory, MULTIMOORA method coupled with fuzzy logic as well as grey theory have also been adapted to facilitate overall SC performance assessment, performance benchmarking and related decision making. Findings: Supply chain performance index has been computed in terms of fuzzy as well as grey context, suggesting the present performance status of the said organizational supply chain. Ill-performing areas of the SC have been identified too. Fuzzy as well as grey based MULTIMOORA (MOORA: Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis), fuzzy-grey relation analysis, thus adapted, appeared helpful in evaluating performance ranking order (and selecting the best) of various candidate alternatives (industries/enterprises) operating under similar supply chain architecture according to the ongoing SC performance. Empirical illustrations exhibited the fruitful application potential of the developed decision support tools. Practical implications: The decision support tools thus proposed may be proved fruitful for companies that are trying to identify key business performance measures for their supply chains. Ill-performing areas can easily be identified; companies can seek for possible means in order to improve those SC aspects so as to improve/enhance overall SC performance extent. Benchmarking may help in identifying best practices in relation to the SC which is performing as ideal (benchmarked practices). Best practices of the ideal organization need to be transmitted to the others. Companies can follow their peers in order to improve overall performance level of the entire supply chain. In view of this, the work reported in this dissertation may be proved as a good contributor for effective management of organizational SC. Research limitations: The methodology and presentation is conceptual, yet the tool can provide very useful interpretations for both researchers as well as management practitioners. Accessibility and availability of data are the main limitations affecting which model will be applied. Procedural steps towards implementing the said decision support tools have been demonstrated through empirical research. The decision support tools tools have neither been validated by practical case study nor have these been tested for assessing their reliability. Originality/value: This work articulates various approaches for supply chain performance evaluation considering multiple evaluation criteria (subjective evaluation indices), with a flexibility to modify and analyze using the available data sets collected from a group of experts (decision-makers). The approaches of performance evaluation index system are attempted due to structure and fuzzy (as well as grey) sets. The work is aimed at operational researchers, engineers and special managers

    Supply Chain Performance Appraisement and Benchmarking for Manufacturing Industries: Emphasis on Traditional, Green, Flexible and Resilient Supply Chain along with Supplier Selection

    Supply chain represents a network of interconnected activities starting from raw material extraction to delivery of the finished product to the end-user. The main constituents of supply chain are supplying/purchasing, inbound logistics, manufacturing, outbound logistics, marketing and sales. In recent times, the traditional supply chain construct is being modified to embrace various challenges of present business needs. Today’s global market has become highly volatile; customers’ expectations are ever-changing. Fierce competition amongst business sectors necessitates adapting modern supply chain management philosophies. Agility, greenness, flexibility as well as resilience have become the key success factors in satisfying global business needs. In order to remain competitive in the turbulent marketplace, industries should focus on improving overall performance of the supply chain network. In this dissertation, supply chain performance assessment has been considered as a decision making problem involving various measures and metrics (performance indicators). Since most of the performance indices are subjective in nature; decisionmaking relies on active participation of a group of decision-makers (DMs). Subjective human judgment often bears some sort of ambiguity as well as vagueness in the decision making; to overcome uncertainty in decision making, adaptation of grey/fuzzy set theory seems to be fruitful. To this end, present work deals with a variety of decision support tools to facilitate supply chain performance appraisement as well as benchmarking in fuzzy/grey context. Starting from the traditional supply chain, this work extends appraisement and benchmarking of green supply chain performance for a set of candidate case companies (under the same industry) operating under similar supply chain construct. Exploration of grey-MOORA, fuzzy-MOORA, IVFN-TOPSIS, fuzzy-grey relation method has been illustrated in this part of work. Apart from aforementioned empirical studies, two real case studies have been reported in order to estimate a quantitative performance metric reflecting the extent of supply chain flexibility and resilience, respectively, in relation to the case company under consideration. Effective supplier selection must be a key strategic consideration towards improving supply chain performance. However, the task of supplier selection seems difficult due to subjectivity of supplier performance indices.     Multi-Criteria Decision Making under Uncertain Evaluations

    Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is a branch of operation research that aims to empower decision makers (DMs) in complex decision problems, where merely depending on DMs judgment is insufficient. Conventional MCDM approaches assume that precise information is available to analyze decision problems. However, decision problems in many applications involve uncertain, imprecise, and subjective data. This manuscripts-based thesis aims to address a number of challenges within the context of MCDM under uncertain evaluations, where the available data is relatively small and information is poor. The first manuscript is intended to handle decision problems, where interdependencies exist among evaluation criteria, while subjective and objective uncertainty are involved. To this end, a new hybrid MCDM methodology is introduced, in which grey systems theory is integrated with a distinctive combination of MCDM approaches. The emergent ability of the new methodology should improve the evaluation space in such a complex decision problem. The overall evaluation of a MCDM problem is based on alternatives evaluations over the different criteria and the associated weights of each criterion. However, information on criteria weights might be unknown. In the second manuscripts, MCDM problems with completely unknown weight information is investigated, where evaluations are uncertain. At first, to estimate the unknown criteria weights a new optimization model is proposed, which combines the maximizing deviation method and the principles of grey systems theory. To evaluate potential alternatives under uncertain evaluations, the Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment Evaluations approach is extended using degrees of possibility. In many decision areas, information is collected at different periods. Conventional MCDM approaches are not suitable to handle such a dynamic decision problem. Accordingly, the third manuscript aims to address dynamic MCDM (DMCDM) problems with uncertain evaluations over different periods, while information on criteria weights and the influence of different time periods are unknown. A new DMCDM is developed in which three phases are involved: (1) establish priorities among evaluation criteria over different periods; (2) estimate the weight of vectors of different time periods, where the variabilities in the influence of evaluation criteria over the different periods are considered; (3) assess potential alternatives

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the interactions and contributions between the Islamic Human Development Index (IHDI), economic growth, fiscal policy, and demographics in Indonesia's provinces. The method of analysis uses the Vector Autoregression Panel (PVAR) with a Sample of 33 Provinces in Indonesia. The findings in this study state that long-term estimates of Economic Growth have a positive and insignificant effect on IHDI in Indonesia, health and education Fiscal policies and demographics have a positive and significant effect on IHDI Provinces in Indonesia. The conclusion of this study states that IHDI is a variable that is strongly influenced by fiscal policy, demographic conditions and also policies in achieving economic growth in each province. The existence of the IHDI gap in each province shows that there is an imbalance of development and loss of moral and spiritual foundation in every development achievement

    S tím, jak se neustále vyvíjejí nové technologie pro energeticky náročná průmyslová odvětví, stávající zařízení postupně zaostávají v efektivitě a produktivitě. Tvrdá konkurence na trhu a legislativa v oblasti životního prostředí nutí tato tradiční zařízení k ukončení provozu a k odstavení. Zlepšování procesu a projekty modernizace jsou zásadní v udržování provozních výkonů těchto zařízení. Současné přístupy pro zlepšování procesů jsou hlavně: integrace procesů, optimalizace procesů a intenzifikace procesů. Obecně se v těchto oblastech využívá matematické optimalizace, zkušeností řešitele a provozní heuristiky. Tyto přístupy slouží jako základ pro zlepšování procesů. Avšak, jejich výkon lze dále zlepšit pomocí moderní výpočtové inteligence. Účelem této práce je tudíž aplikace pokročilých technik umělé inteligence a strojového učení za účelem zlepšování procesů v energeticky náročných průmyslových procesech. V této práci je využit přístup, který řeší tento problém simulací průmyslových systémů a přispívá následujícím: (i)Aplikace techniky strojového učení, která zahrnuje jednorázové učení a neuro-evoluci pro modelování a optimalizaci jednotlivých jednotek na základě dat. (ii) Aplikace redukce dimenze (např. Analýza hlavních komponent, autoendkodér) pro vícekriteriální optimalizaci procesu s více jednotkami. (iii) Návrh nového nástroje pro analýzu problematických částí systému za účelem jejich odstranění (bottleneck tree analysis – BOTA). Bylo také navrženo rozšíření nástroje, které umožňuje řešit vícerozměrné problémy pomocí přístupu založeného na datech. (iv) Prokázání účinnosti simulací Monte-Carlo, neuronové sítě a rozhodovacích stromů pro rozhodování při integraci nové technologie procesu do stávajících procesů. (v) Porovnání techniky HTM (Hierarchical Temporal Memory) a duální optimalizace s několika prediktivními nástroji pro podporu managementu provozu v reálném čase. (vi) Implementace umělé neuronové sítě v rámci rozhraní pro konvenční procesní graf (P-graf). (vii) Zdůraznění budoucnosti umělé inteligence a procesního inženýrství v biosystémech prostřednictvím komerčně založeného paradigmatu multi-omics.Zlepšení průmyslových procesů, Model založený na datech, Optimalizace procesu, Strojové učení, Průmyslové systémy, Energeticky náročná průmyslová odvětví, Umělá inteligence.
