У статті доведено, що система органів, які здійснюють функції державного управління в чорнобильській сфері, проходить через усю загальну систему органів державного управління, або органів виконавчої влади (як по горизонталі, так і по вертикалі). Показано взаємодію між трьома групами ієрархії органів державного управління (Кабінетом Міністрів України, центральними й місцевими органами державного управління) у досліджуваній сфері.It is proved in the article that the system of the bodies that realize state management functions in the Chornobyl sphere passes through all the common system of the state management bodies (executive power bodies) horizontally and vertically. It is shown interaction between three groups of the hierarchy of the state management bodies (the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central and local state management bodies) in the covered sphere

Factors Affecting Capital Structure and Stock Prices of Agricultural and Mining Companies

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of business risk, asset growth, sales growth, earning per share, and asset structure to capital structure and share price. This study involved mining and agriculture companies listed on IDX within the period of 2010-2017. The analysis employed eViews 9. Based on the hypothesis testing, it was found that that business risk, sales growth, and asset structure do not have a significant effect on capital structure. However, asset growth has a significant influence. Furthermore, sales growth and EPS do not have a significant effect on share price, but the asset structure has a significant influence. This research is a development of previous research by adding earnings per share as an independent variable and covering the period 2010 - 2017 in order to show the most actual conditions. Company management can make the results of this study a consideration in determining the optimal capital structure.   This study only examined the mining and agricultural sectors on the Indonesian stock exchange

This study aims to analyze the effect of company performance consisting of current ratio, net profit margin and inventory turnover to the value of the company at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2010-2017. Based on the results of this study is expected to be a reference or input for the development of management science and experience in connection with financial performance that affects the value of the company at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Hypothesis testing in this research using moderating regression analysis tool with t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Data used in this research is quarterly annual report at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2010-2017. Based on the results of the study note that the Current ratio partially significant effect on the value of the company at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2010-2017, so H1 accepted. Net profit margin in partial no significant effect on the value of the company at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2010-2017, so H1 is rejected. Inventory turnover is partially significant effect on firm value at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2010-2017, so H1 accepted. Current ratio, net profit margin and inventory turnover have a significant effect on firm value at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk in 2010-2017

Human-computer interaction for development (HCI4D):the Southern African landscape

Human-Computer interaction for development (HCI4D) research aims to maximise the usability of interfaces for interacting with technologies designed specifically for under-served, under-resourced, and under-represented populations. In this paper we provide a snapshot of the Southern African HCI4D research against the background of the global HCI4D research landscape.We commenced with a systematic literature review of HCI4D (2010-2017) then surveyed Southern African researchers working in the area. Explaining the Slow U.S.Recovery: 2010–2017

This paper argues that the slow U.S. recovery after the 2008–2009 recession was due to sluggish government spending. The analysis uses a structural macroeconometric model. Conditional on government policy, the errors in predicting output for the 2009.4–2017.4 period are within what one would expect historically. Productivity and labor force participation are endogenous variables in the model, and so their behavior in this period is a consequence of the slow growth rather than a cause

Abstract: The paper analyses the growth pattern of Lupus disease literature during 2010-2017. The data downloaded from web of science database, further interpreted and analyzed for the study purpose. Total number of publications has been identified as 38750 records. The distribution of publications based on the year of production, country wise productivity, document type of the publications, Major subject categories, Authors whose contribution is in the maximum level were studied. The study reveals a progressive increase on LUPUS research during 2010-2017. The year 2016 contributed highest number of publications. United States is the top contributor during 2010-2017. PETRI M is the leading author having 394 articles which is 1.017% of the total publications

Genre Moderates Morality’s Influence on Aesthetics

The present studies investigate morality’s influence on aesthetics and one potential moderator of that influence: genre. Study 1 finds that people’s moral evaluation positively influence their aesthetic evaluation of an artwork. Study 2 and 3 finds that this influence can be moderated by the contextual factor of genre. These results broaden our understanding of the relationship between morality and aesthetics, and suggest that models of art appreciation should take into account morality and its interaction with context.
