Abstract

<p>(A) Plot of z-scores for each of the 2240 compounds subjected to the primary screen for ISRE activation. Values represent mean of two replicates per compound concentration. Compounds are ranked by highest z-score achieved at any of the four compound concentrations tested. Dashed lines demarcate the compounds with z-scores greater than 2 SD above the mean; and red color denotes the 64 hit compounds selected from this group for validation.
