UTILIZATION OF COMPUTER TECHONOLGY-BASED VIDEO (SCHOOL TUBE) AS LEARNING MEDIA
The utilization of technology in digital era has been beneficial for all aspects of human live including education. Technology is also used as the problem solvers and solutions for educational problems faced by teachers and students in schools. Based on that situation, this research proposed to analyze and discover the impact of School Tube utilization as the learning media at Madrasah Aliyyah Negeri (MAN) 1 in Lhoksemwe. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach and employed two data collection techinques that are interview and observation. The respondents of this research were teachers and school administrators at MAN 1 in Lhokseumawe. This research found that the utilization of SchoolTube at MAN 1 Lhokseumawe has positive impact to help students in learning their subjects. It directs students to learn independently that promotes autonomous and asynchronous learning model. Besides that, Shool Tube also helps teacher in providing materials for students to learn when the teachers need to attend their administrative duties outside the classroom. On the contrary, some teachers were still found not proficient in using this media. Moreover, as a free learning media, School Tube still has limitation access, so the students could not use it outside the school compound. Thus, it is suggested to the school authorities to train and enhance teachers’ ability through workshop in using School Tube and other audiovisual application as learning media
Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Dan Sosial (IPAS) Berbasis Religi
The natural and social sciences subjects which are currently called IPAS are a form of creative new curriculum in the independent curriculum, where this curriculum studies natural and social sciences which are designed into one book. Religion-based learning is learning that is integrated with religious values which aims to help students understand and apply religious aspects in their lives, as well as to deepen their understanding of religious beliefs and values. The research method used in developing natural and social science learning materials based on religion for class 4 is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The Research and Development (R&D) method is a research method used to produce certain products, to test the effectiveness of these products. This research uses the ASSURE development model which consists of Analyze learners, State Objectives, Select Strategies, methods, materials, Utilize Technology and Media, Require Learner Participation, Evaluate and Revise. The results of the module specification research show that the Islamic-based thematic module takes the form of print media. Second, namely validation, effectiveness and attractiveness. Based on design expert validation 79%, material expert validation 75%, learning expert validation 80%, based on field tests students in finding attractiveness obtained 88% results, based on the average pre-test and post-test results, namely 61.45 and 91.79 which can provide an assessment of the effectiveness of the module. Based on the results, the module created by the researcher is effective, valid and interesting.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dan relevan dengan kurikulum serta kebutuhan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Nurul Islam 02 Balungkulon, yang mengintegrasikan aspek agama Islam dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Mata pelajaran Ilmu pengetahuan alam dan sosial yang sekarang ini disebut dengan IPAS merupakan bentuk dari kreatifitas kurikulum baru yang berada dalam kurikulum merdeka, dimana krikulum ini mempelajari tentang ilmu alam dan sosial yang didisain menjadi satu buku. Pembelajaran berbasis religi merupakan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai agama yang bertujuan untuk membantu siswa memahami dan menerapkan aspek-aspek keagamaan dalam kehidupan mereka, serta untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang keyakinan dan nilai-nilai agama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam Pengembangan bahan pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam dan sosial yang berbasis religi kelas 4 adalah metode Research and Development (R&D). Metode Research and Development (R&D) adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, untuk menguji keefektifan produk tersebut Pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ASSURE yang terdiri dari analyze learners, state objectives, select strategies, methods, materials, utilize technology and media, require learner participation, evaluate and revise.Hasil dari penelitian sepesifikasi modul bahwa modul tematik yang berbasis islam berbetuk media cetak. Kedua yaitu validasi, efektifitas, dan kemenarikan. Berdasarkan dari validasi ahli desain 79%, validasi ahli materi 75%, validasi ahli pembelajaran 80%, berdasarkan uji lapangan siswa dalam mencarai kemenarikan memperoleh hasil 88%, bardasarkan rata-rata hasil pre tes dan post tes yaitu 61,45 dan 91,79 yang dapat memberikan penilaian keefektifan modul. Berdasarkan hasil maka modul yang dibuat peneliti efektif, valid dan menarik
Development of A Book on Cultivating Manners for Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects for Class IV Elementary School Students
This study aimed to create a book that can assist kids in cultivating proper etiquette. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, utilising the ADDIE model, which consisted of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. In addition, the data was analysed using two distinct stages: the expert evaluation stage and the product trial stage. The study’s findings, derived from expert testing, demonstrated the feasibility of the courtesy book yielded percentation comprised 95% of media experts, 88% of material experts, and 92% of linguists. The user conducted trials with students and achieved outstanding results in the One to One Evaluation (96%), Small Group (94%), and Field Test (94%), respectively. These findings demonstrated that the book product designed to inculcate courteousness in fourth-grade primary school students is appropriate for implementation.
 
The Efforts of Indonesian Government In Increasing Teacher Quality Based On PISA Result In 2022: A Literature Review
The result of PISA for Indonesia in 2022 in literacy field, placed in 59 from 81 countries with the score 359, in numeration field, placed in 67 from 81 countries with the score 366, and for science field took placed in 65 with the score 383. Thus result are increasing, however is not good enough. Therefore, this research trying to depict the government efforts to increasing teacher quality in line with education as the implementation of national goals which is enrich the life of a nation. The task of enrich the life of a nation is not only imposed on teachers, but also on stakeholders through policies that have an impact on education. The result of this paper, with literature review as the research methodology, revealed that the government programme through teacher sharing (guru berbagi), teacher learns (guru belajar), Internet quota in pandemics, and the school operational fund indirectly affect the teacher quality and the increasing of PISA SCORE
Improving the Quality of Education Through Technology-Based Learning
This study aims to determine the Improvement of Education Quality through Technology-Based Learning, The method used in this study is library research. Literature research is a research activity carried out by collecting data in the form of books, journals, and previous research results to support this research. The data collection method uses the help of the internet to browse various references to previous books and research journals that are in accordance with the topic of research discussion in the form of documentation from several books, theses, and online journals then processed and analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of this study explained that with the development of information technology can be utilized in the field of Education and will help teachers and students in carrying out the learning process. This research also contributes to providing examples of technology with various usability features in supporting the improvement of education quality, including by using Flipped classrooms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Games (game-based learning) such as Duolingo applications, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR, and Khan Academy)
Integration of Independent Curriculum Competencies in Craft Learning Content in Junior High School
The Independent Curriculum is a curriculum that emphasizes the development of holistic competencies, creativity, and entrepreneurship of students to face the challenges of complex times more effectively. In secondary education, the application of the independent curriculum is able to have a significant impact on learning objectives, including the craft subject on the topic of processing. The research method used is qualitative by applying interview data collection, observation and field documentation studies. The results of the study found that the implementation of the independent curriculum at Nurul Huda Porong Sidoarjo Junior High School was carried out in stages from grade 7, with teachers who had received training to develop their own learning tools. The learning process for food processing crafts is interactive and fun, despite the lack of equipment and practice rooms. The integration of Independent curriculum in food processing craft in junior high schools produces students who are competent and knowledgeable in the culinary world
The Development of Tabeli Media Learning Strategy (Writing Learning Savings) to Improve the Writing Skills for Elementary School Student
This research aims to develop conventional media in the form of writing learning savings to improve the learning process of cursive writing for grade II elementary school students. The method developed in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which consists of the Analysis Stage, Design Stage, Development Stage, Implementation Stage, and Evaluation Stage. Data collection techniques were done by interviews and observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis test used qualitative descriptive analysis by explaining the learning design for cursive writing skills assisted by tabeli media. The validity of the data in this research used triangulation of techniques and sources. According to experts, the results of the assessment and development of the media can be concluded to be suitable as supporting subject for the learning process of cursive writing skills for grade II elementary school students. The level of feasibility of the Tabeli media according to media experts, teacher questionnaires, and small-scale limited trials on grade II students obtained results in the "decent" and "good" categories. So it can be concluded that the Tabeli media is suitable for use as a support for learning to write in cursive order for second-grade elementary school students
STRATEGI PEMASARAN JASA DALAM KONTEKS PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING DAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN
Service marketing strategy is the main aspect that needs to be explored to identify potential for improvement and development. This research discusses formulating marketing strategies that will be implemented, analyzing student preferences and needs, and evaluating customer satisfaction. The results obtained are Analysis of Student Preferences: Students from the FIP UNJ Education Management Study Program prefer face-to-face learning methods (78.3%), although a small number also support blended learning; Various digital learning media have been used, showing readiness for further technology integration; Students need additional support such as tutors and workshops for their personal development. Satisfaction Level: Student satisfaction with various aspects such as lecturers, curriculum, campus facilities, and administrative services varies, with some areas requiring improvement, particularly in campus infrastructure and teaching quality. Recommended Marketing Strategy: Strengthening academic branding by highlighting alumni successes and improving teaching quality; Utilization of digital technology for learning and communication with students; Improvement of campus facilities to support offline learning and student comfort; Promotions and digital marketing campaigns to attract prospective new students. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a need to improve the quality of teaching and campus facilities, optimize technology in learning, as well as more aggressive marketing campaigns to strengthen the competitiveness of study programs; Adapting the curriculum to industry needs is also important to ensure graduates remain competitive in the job market.Strategi pemasaran jasa menjadi aspek utama yang perlu dieksplorasi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini membahas formulasi strategi pemasaran yang akan diterapkan, menganalisis preferensi dan kebutuhan mahasiswa, serta mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Analisis Preferensi Mahasiswa: Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan FIP UNJ lebih menyukai metode pembelajaran tatap muka (78.3%), meskipun sebagian kecil juga mendukung blended learning; Beragam media pembelajaran digital sudah digunakan, menunjukkan kesiapan untuk integrasi teknologi lebih lanjut; Mahasiswa membutuhkan dukungan tambahan seperti tutor dan workshop untuk pengembangan diri mereka. Tingkat Kepuasan: Kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap berbagai aspek seperti dosen, kurikulum, fasilitas kampus, dan layanan administrasi bervariasi, dengan beberapa area memerlukan perbaikan, khususnya dalam infrastruktur kampus dan kualitas pengajaran. Strategi Pemasaran yang Direkomendasikan: Penguatan branding akademik dengan menonjolkan keberhasilan alumni dan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran; Pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pembelajaran dan komunikasi dengan mahasiswa; Peningkatan fasilitas kampus untuk mendukung pembelajaran luring dan kenyamanan mahasiswa; Promosi dan kampanye pemasaran digital untuk menarik calon mahasiswa baru. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan fasilitas kampus, optimalisasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta kampanye pemasaran yang lebih agresif untuk memperkuat daya saing program studi; Penyesuaian kurikulum dengan kebutuhan industri juga penting untuk memastikan lulusan tetap kompetitif di pasar kerja
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Pendidikan pada Generasi Milenial Melalui Era 5.0 dan Local Genius 6.0
This research examines the development of educational resources in the millennial generation era by utilizing the Society 5.0 and Local Genius 6.0 approaches. The main focus of this research is how these two concepts can be applied in developing an educational curriculum that is more adaptive, relevant to modern technology, and still maintains local values. Using an explorative method, this research found that the merging of technology and local wisdom resulted in significant improvements in education quality, student engagement, as well as strengthening cultural identity. Despite some obstacles such as gaps in access to technology and limited resources, the results show that this holistic approach is effective in improving the quality of education in the digital era.Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan sumber daya pendidikan pada era generasi milenial dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan Society 5.0 dan Local Genius 6.0. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kedua konsep ini dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang lebih adaptif, relevan dengan teknologi modern, dan tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai lokal. Dengan metode eksploratif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penggabungan antara teknologi dan kearifan lokal menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas pendidikan, keterlibatan siswa, serta memperkuat identitas budaya. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kesenjangan akses teknologi dan keterbatasan sumber daya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan holistik ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital
The Use of Instagram as Learning Media
The purpose of this literature review is to find out theoretical descriptions of the research methods used and find out the components in Instagram that can be made interesting for students to learn. Current technological developments such as Instagram over time can help the learning process outside and inside the classroom. The method used is looking for similarities, differences and providing views on the literature review. The results obtained from each study have different research methods based on the problems encountered. All teachers involve Instagram media as learning collaboration in achieving learning goals. The components in Instagram media that are of interest to students in learning are Instagram filters, feeds, Instagram stories and story highlights. The conclusion of this research is that journals (J1-J20) adopt various research methods to collect data and formulate conclusions related to certain problems.
