Family Planning on Post partum women are very supportive of health development goals and this is also supported by a number of prospective new planning participants (pregnant women and maternity) that have been in contact with health professionals . One health center care with delivery that is high enough Pakuan Baru health center but the achievement of the post- partum family planning participants still showed a low number, from 689 deliveries as the participants of family planning post partum women is 382 mothers (55.44%)This study is a descriptive cross-sectional design that aims to see the picture and the relationship of knowledge , attitude , family support , the role of the family planning officials in the family planning on post- partum Pakuan Baru primary health care Year 2013. The study was conducted in August of 2013 , The research is in the BPM ( midwife Independent Practice ) and in pakuan baru primary health care. The study population was all women giving birth in health centers and in Pakuan Baru totaled 689 mother , the sample in this study, the entire maternity August - September 2013 (followed by 42 days ) by 67 mothers .The results of the study most of the respondents are less well using post- partum family planning was 53 ( 60.9 %) , most of the poor knowledge of 64 ( 73.6 % ) , poor attitude was 68 ( 78.2 % ) , lack of family support either 62 ( 71.3 % ) , role of officers good health 54 (62.1 %) . There is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes, role of officers , family support with post partum family planning in pakuan baru primary health care year 2013Advice to the Department of Health to make policy for health centers including Midwives Independent Practice (BPM) in an effort to increase the post-partum family planning provides leaflets , brochures , as a medium of information to the public, especially improving maternal knowledge . In order to provide the BPPKB , through field officers PLKB do counseling , motivating maternal post partum immediately after use family planning . Health center mini workshop meeting, committed midwife in order to introduce family planning post partum and conduct training midwives practice independently`

Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Penerapan Payback Period sebagai Teknik Penganggaran Modal pada UMKM di Kota Bogor

Micro, Small, and Medium Entreprises (MSMEs) are found to still have weak management and internal control system (Campbell and Hartcher 2013). The weak management system among others is in terms of decision-making related to the purchase of fixed assets in th business (Hidayah dan Ningsih 2015). So, MSMEs are difficult to apply capital budgeting techniques, including the simplest techniques which is payback period (Hasan 2013). The purpose of this study are to analyze the application of payback period as capital budgeting techniques in Bogor City MSMEs and to analyze factors that affecting it. Data analysis used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The result of this research shows that factors affecting the implementation of payback period in Bogor City MSMEs are small and medium business size, food and beverage business sector, and owner\u27s education level above high school, while business ownership, education level equal to high school, and trade business sector doesn\u27t affecting the implementation of payback period in Bogor City MSMEs

Perbandingan Algoritma Klasifikasi Data Mining Model C4.5 dan Naive Bayes untuk Prediksi Penyakit Diabetes

—Diabetes is one of the deadly disease, high risk factors in families that cause diabetes because fat people who do not do physical exercise, and those who do not have a healthy lifestyle and diet excess of what is needed by the body. Based on the history data diabetics can be made on the prediction of diabetes that can help health professionals. Classification is one of data mining techniques that can be used to help predict .Classification can be done with that Decision Tree algorithm C4.5 and Naive Bayes. This study aims to classify and apply data mining classification. Results of data classification in the evaluation using the Confusion Matrix and ROC curve to determine the level of accuracy results using algorithms Decision Tree that is equal to 73.30% and the AUC of the ROC curve was 0733 while the algorithm Naive Bayes amounted to 75.13% AUC values of the ROC curve of 0.810, so it can be said that the algorithm Naive Bayes have the result of a good predictor in predicting diabetes patient

Employed family carers in Austria

In this contribution, we investigate the relationships between paid and unpaid work in the lifeworlds of employed informal carers against the background of the Austrian long-term care regime. We pursue a twofold argument: On the one hand, we emphasize that combining paid and unpaid work currently poses serious difficulties for employed family carers in their everyday lives and impacts their current and future financial and social security. On the other hand, we argue that the relationships between employment and informal care are in fact not well understood by the common concepts of "reconciliation" or "work-life balance". These concepts are not able to explain the complexities of employed carers' lived realities and fail to adequately address the fundamental contradiction in the idea of a "reconciliation" of paid and unpaid work

On Language Processors and Software Maintenance

This work investigates declarative transformation tools in the context of software maintenance. Besides maintenance of the language specification, evolution of a software language requires the adaptation of the software written in that language as well as the adaptation of the software that transforms software written in the evolving language. This co-evolution is studied to derive automatic adaptations of artefacts from adaptations of the language specification. Furthermore, AOP for Prolog is introduced to improve maintainability of language specifications and derived tools.Die Arbeit unterstützt deklarative Transformationswerkzeuge im Kontext der Softwarewartung. Neben der Wartung der Sprachbeschreibung erfordert die Evolution einer Sprache sowohl die Anpassung der Software, die in dieser Sprache geschrieben ist als auch die Anpassung der Software, die diese Software transformiert. Diese Koevolution wird untersucht, um automatische Anpassungen von Artefakten von Anpassungen der Sprachbeschreibungen abzuleiten. Weiterhin wird AOP für Prolog eingeführt, um die Wartbarkeit von Sprachbeschreibungen und den daraus abgeleiteten Werkzeugen zu erhöhen

Transcriptional responses to radiation exposure facilitate the discovery of biomarkers functioning as radiation biodosimeters

The development of new methods for a retrospective quantification of the radiation dose of exposed individuals is of widespread interest. To this end, I developed a computational framework for biomarker discovery and radiation dose prediction and successfully identified gene signatures with which low and medium to high radiation doses can be accurately quantified. To enhance our understanding of the radiation-induced transcriptional response, I additionally analyzed microarray data of human PBLs after ex vivo gamma-irradiation and characterized affected functional processes and pathways

Adhesive mechanisms of histone-induced neutrophil-endothelium interactions in the muscle microcirculation

Intravital microscopy of the mouse cremaster microcirculation was used to examine the role of specific adhesion molecules in histone-dependent leukocyte recruitment. Histones type 3 were given locally to the cremaster muscle sack and specific adhesion molecules were blocked by systemic administration of monoclonal antibodies. Extracellular histones 3 induced leukocyte recruitment in a dose-dependent manner. Histone-induced neutrophil rolling is predominately mediated by P-selectin/PSGL-1 interactions, whereas histone-induced leukocyte adhesion is inter alia mediated by Mac-1 and LFA-1

Adaptive control of plants with input saturation: an approach for performance improvement

In this work, a new method for adaptive control of plants with input saturation is presented. The new anti-windup scheme can be shown to result in bounded closed-loop states under certain conditions on the plant and the initial closed-loop states. As an improvement in comparison to existing methods in adaptive control, a new degree of freedom is introduced in the control scheme. It allows to improve the closed-loop response when actually encountering input saturation without changing the closed-loop performance for unconstrained inputs.Diese Arbeit präsentiert eine neue Methode für die adaptive Regelung von Strecken mit Stellgrößenbegrenzung. Für das neue anti-windup Verfahren wird gezeigt, dass die Zustände des Regelkreises begrenzt bleiben, wenn dessen initiale Werte und die Regelstrecke bestimmte Bedingungen erfüllen. Eine Verbesserung im Vergleich zu existierenden Methoden wird durch die Einführung eines zusätzlichen Freiheitsgrades erzielt. Dieser erlaubt die Verbesserung der Regelgüte des geschlossenen Regelkreises, wenn das Eingangssignal sich in der Limitierung befindet, ohne diese sonst zu verändern

Durch Zugabe verschiedener Elemente, zum Beispiel Nickel oder Niob, lassen sich die mechanischen und biochemischen Eigenschaften beeinflussen. Verschiedene Legierungen wurden daher hinsichtlich ihrer Biokompatibilität untersucht.
