Kierunki badań w homiletyce niemieckojęzycznej XXI wieku. (Cz. 2)

The first part of the study presented activities of the German Homiletics Association (AGH), a publishing series Okumenische Studien zur Predigt, and homiletic theology handbooks. The second part, based on several dozens monographs published between 2000-2018, presents directions of research in German-speaking homiletics. A traditional, internal classification of homiletics into fundamental, material, formal and detailed one may seem purely academic, but remains justifiable. It allows us to prove that homiletics truly is a theological science in all its sections. Analysis of specific studies is done in a way that refers to this traditional division

Sprawozdanie ze spotkania Arbeitgemenischaft fur Homiletik : (Wurzburg 28 września - 2 października 2008)

Od 28 września do 2 października 2008 roku w Würzburgu odbyło się kolejne spotkanie Arbeitgemenischaft für Homiletik. W spotkaniu uczestniczyło prawie 50 katolickich i ewangelickich homiletów z Niemiec, Austrii, Włoch i Polski. Polskich homiletów reprezentowali ks. dr hab. Jan Twardy i ks. dr Leszek Szewczyk. Obydwaj są związani z Wydziałem Teologicznym Uniwersytetu Śląskiego w Katowicach. Zasadniczym tematem spotkania było: „Sztuka wypowiedzi publicznej – homiletyczna obecność i religijne krasomówstwo”. Pierwszym prelegentem był prof. Michael Meyer-Blank z Uniwersytetu w Bonn. Wygłosił on referat: „Czym jest homiletyczna obecność?”. Celem referatu było wprowadzenie do całości problematyki sympozjum oraz ukazanie znaczenia obecność kaznodziei w kazaniu w rozumieniu homiletyki ewangelickiej. Kaznodziejskie oddziaływanie na sferę wolitywną

Wer eine gute Predigt halten will, soll den Hörern Gottes Wort verkünden und sie ermutigen, es im Alltag zu erfüllen. Die polnischen Homiletiker des XIX. und der ersten Hälfte XX. Jahrhunderts schrieben oft über die Einwirkung des Predigers auf den Willen seiner Hörer. Der Prediger soll nicht vergessen, dass das Gefühl der Freiheit zu den wichtigsten Eigenschaften des Menschen gehört. Deshalb muss er die Freiheit der Hörer schätzen, ihnen etwas vorschlagen wissen und sie dazu ermuntern, dass sie sich persönlich entscheiden können. In der Einwirkung auf den Willen der Hörer ist die Formation ihres Gewissens besonders wichtig, das der Prediger auf Gottes Wort und gute Menschenkenntnisse stützen soll. Eine wesentliche Rolle in dieser Formation spielt übernatürliche und natürliche Motivation, die u.a. durch positive Beispiele zur Ermunterung und negative zur Warnung unterstützt wird. Der große Einfluss auf die Hörer übt die Geistigkeit des Predigers, sein Gebet, seine Askese und Entsagung und schließlich Aufopferungsfähigkeit zum Wohl der Gläubigen aus. A bibliographic database allows every researcher to locate desired books, dissertations, articles, summaries and reviews. It is a valuable source of information on publications in a field of a given scientific discipline. It applies in particular to the constantly updated electronic bibliographies. The aim of this paper is to present directions of research in Polish homiletics based on the electronic content of The Homiletic Bibliography. In 2006–2015 The Homiletic Bibliography expanded by 800 added items on homiletic issues. In the latest publications Polish homilists meet many demands formulated in relation to them. They point at a priority role of a homily in preaching the Word of God and emphasise a mistagogic dimension of a homily. Issues related to a formal homiletics are widely discussed, with a special emphasis on the rhetorical dimension of preaching.Baza bibliograficzna pozwala każdemu poszukującemu zlokalizować poszukiwane książki, dysertacje, artykuły, streszczenia i recenzje. Jest cennym źródłem informacji o publikacjach ukazujących się w ramach danej dyscypliny naukowej. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza stale aktualizowanych bibliografii elektronicznych. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest prezentacja kierunków badań w homiletyce polskiej na podstawie zawartości elektronicznej Bibliografii homiletycznej. Bibliografia homiletyczna w latach 2006–2015 wzbogaciła się o 800 dodanych opracowań dotyczących zagadnień homiletycznych. W najnowszych publikacjach homileci polscy realizują wiele postulatów wysuwanych w stosunku do nich. Wskazują na priorytetową rolę homilii w przepowiadaniu słowa Bożego, akcentują mistagogiczny wymiar homilii. Szeroko omawiane są zagadnienia z zakresu homiletyki formalnej, zwłaszcza zaś retorycznego wymiaru przepowiadania

Ksiądz Władysław Basista jako wychowawca, homileta i logopeda

W czasie działalności dydaktycznej księdza Władysława Basisty w latach 1960–2001 śląskie seminarium opuściło i święcenia kapłańskie przyjęło 1258 księży (63,3% wszystkich wyświęconych kapłanów, absolwentów Wyższego Śląskiego Seminarium Duchownego od momentu jego powstania do czerwca 2004 roku). Do tego trzeba dodać absolwentów Wyższego Seminarium Duchownego Ojców Franciszkanów w Panewnikach, gdzie również był wykładowcą homiletyki i fonetyki pastoralnej. Trudno więc przeceniać wkład, jaki wniósł ksiądz Basista w kaznodziejstwo w diecezji katowickiej. W czasie swoich zajęć, odwołując się do najnowszej literatury homiletycznej (zwłaszcza niemieckojęzycznej), wprowadzał studentów w najnowsze osiągnięcia tej dyscypliny. Odwoływał się do bogactwa myśli II Soboru Watykańskiego i orzeczeń I Synodu Diecezji Katowickiej. Nie obniżając wartości treści przekazu kaznodziejskiego, szczególny nacisk kładł na jego stronę formalną. Liczne grono kapłanów zawdzięcza księdzu Basiście dobrze impostowany, naturalny głos i wypracowany tor oddechowy. Poruszając ważne zagadnienie posługi kapłańskiej, jakim jest przepowiadanie słowa Bożego, czynił to z ogromnym poczuciem humoru, a wiele jego wyrażeń przeszło już do historii archidiecezji 42. Z całą pewnością archidiecezja katowicka winna ogromną wdzięczność temu wyrazistemu i zasłużonemu wychowawcy, homilecie i logopedzie[..

Znaczenie motywacji w kaznodziejskiej posłudze słowa

A good motivation is an important condition of fruitful proclaiming of God's word - as listener to it should know why he should reach saintliness, choose virtue and avoid sin. Polish homilets of 19th century and the first half of 20th century paid attention to this problem writing about priest's influence on the human will. This problem is still actual as the right motivation and reliable argumentation also determine worth of the sermon. The preacher should fully draw positive preternatural motives from divine revelation which show that God loves us from the beginning and craves for our happiness (heaven). The response to God's love should be the whole Chritian life. As people sin against God and deserve God's punishment, there is also necessary the preternatural motivation in a negative aspect (hell). That is why the preacher should also praize the natural motivation - pointing at the fruits of virtuous life and the fatal effects of vices and sins. An abundant source of motivation is Bible and tradition of Church's faith; helpful will also be examples drawn from hagiography, history and life experiences of people. So it is worth to study motivations of contemporary preaching to know its model and defy against errors that may be found as regards that matter
