Folding mechanism for mobile satellite antenna

Cílem bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh polohovacího mechanismu satelitní antény, převážně pro použití na vozidlech, který bude schopen pracovat i za nepřízni¬vých povětrnostních podmínek. Konstrukce a zpracování daného zařízení by měli zajistit dosta¬tečnou přesnost polohování a tuhost celé konstrukce. Jelikož se jedná o prototyp, tak konstrukční řešení by mělo být voleno s ohledem na jednoduchost výroby.The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of a manipulating mechanism for a satellite antenna, mainly for use on vehicles that will be able to work even in adverse weather conditions. The design and manufacturing of the device should provide sufficient positioning accuracy and toughness of the structure. Since this is a prototype therefore the design solutions should be chosen with regard to simplicity of production.

Design of VUT 051 RAY aircraft with hybrid power unit

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem hybridního pohonu pro malý letoun. Úvodní část nahlíží do problematiky hybridního pohonu a popisuje jeho současné využití v letectví. V další části práce jsou porovnány letouny VUT 051 RAY a Skyleader 600 a je vybrán letoun s lepšími aerodynamickými charakteristikami. Pro zvolený letoun je navržena vhodná koncepce hybridního pohonu. Na základě zvolené koncepce jsou vypočteny základní letové výkony. Následně je proveden hmotnostní rozbor a výpočet centráží letounu se zvolenými komponenty pohonu a jejich uspořádáním. V závěrečné části je navrženo motorové lože elektromotoru a konstrukce pro zástavbu baterií.The master´s thesis deals with a design of hybrid power unit for a small aircraft. The Introductory part goes into the problems of hybrid power unit and describes its current use in aviation. In the next part of the thesis aircrafts VUT 051 RAY and Skyleader 600 are described and the aircraft with better aerodynamic characteristic is chosen. A suitable conception of hybrid power unit is proposed for this aircraft. On the basis of the proposed conception basic flight performance are figured out. After that a weight and blance analysis are made with the chosen power unit components and thair arrangement. In the final part electric motor mounting and a frame for holding batteries are designed.

V mé bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na bezpečnost u osobních automobilů. Je zde krátce shrnuta historie, dále se zabývám aktivními a pasivními prvky bezpečnosti. Jedna kapitola je věnována komfortním systémům. Jsou zde také zmíněny nárazové zkoušky (tzv. Crash testy).In my bachelor’s thesis I focus on passenger cars safety. I summarize its history. I deal with active and passive elements of safety. One part is paid to car comfort system. There are also mentioned crash tests.

V posledních patnácti letech došlo k obrovskému rozmachu na poli akumulátorů. Jejich současné parametry umožnily návrat výrobců automobilů k plně elektrickým vozidlům. I když je na trhu zatím pouze několik typů elektromobilů, rozhodně budí pozornost a vyvolávají mnoho otázek. V této bakalářské práci zjišťuji, na kolik jsou dnešní elektromobily konkurenceschopné benzínovým a naftovým alternativám a zda se koupě dražšího elektromobilu vůbec ekonomicky vyplatí.In the last fifteen years there has been a huge boom in development in the field of rechargeable batteries. Their current parameters allowed automotive manufacturers to return to fully electrically driven cars. Although the market offers only a very few types of electric vehicles they definitelly attract attention and raise many questions. In this barchelor thesis I discover how competitive are today's electric vehicles to the diesel and gasoline powered alternatives and whether purchase of more expensive electric vehicle can be economically profitable

Conception of terrain vehicles UTV

Rešeršní práce, která se zabývá konstrukcí a uspořádáním jednotlivých komponent terénních vozidel UTV. Komponenty jsou hodnoceny z hlediska jízdných, komfortních a cenových vlastností v jednotlivých kapitolách práce. Práce čerpá informace hlavně z publikací věnovaných součástem automobilů a z oficiálních brožur výrobců vozidel UTV. V této práci jsou konkrétní vozidla zmíněná spíš okrajově, hlavní část práce pojednává o vhodnosti jednotlivých konstrukcí pro konkrétní podmínky.Review article, which is concerning about constructions and arrangements of particular components of utility terrain vehicles. Components are being judged in terms of driving, comfort and value attributes in particular chapters of this thesis. Thesis gains its information mainly from publications about automotive components and official manufacturer brochures. Individual vehicles are mentioned just marginally in this thesis, because the main part of thesis deals about suitability of particular constructions for concrete conditions.

Examination of temperature changes in lead-acid battery system

V současné době se stále častěji mluví v automobilovém průmyslu o hybridních elektrických vozidlech. Provoz těchto hybridních automobilů zajišťuje zdroj energie. Tento zdroj je zastoupen akumulátorem. Při činnosti akumulátoru můžeme pozorovat teplotní změny. Tato práce se zabývá používanými druhy akumulátorů pro hybridní elektrická vozidla a zkoumáním teplotních změn při různých režimech jejich provozu.In the automobile industry is always more often talking about hybrid electric vehicles at the present. Functioning of these hybrid automobiles is provided by source of energy. This source is represented by accumulator. When accumulator is working we can see temperature changes. This project is dealing with used types of accumulators for hybrid electric vehicles. In the second phase is dealing with enquiring of temperature changes during different modes of operating.

Problematic of Electrobus Implementation in Urban Transport System

Import 26/06/2013Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou začlenění elektrobusů do MHD. V úvodu práce jsou zmíněny důvody začlenění elektrobusů do provozu, homologace elektromobilů, jejich bezpečnost, popis elektrobusů SOR EBN a základních komponentů použitých v pohonné soustavě elektrobusů. Následují výpočty spolehlivosti provozu elektrobusů, jejich zhodnocení a popis údržby těchto elektrobusů. V kapitole Nabíjení a nabíjecí stanice je řešena problematika nabíjení trakčních akumulátorů, dojezdy elektrobusů, rekuperace kinetické energie a pokles kapacity akumulátorů. Dále je uvedeno několik průběhů zatížení elektrické sítě při různých režimech nabíjení elektrobusů a statistickým testem ověřen vliv těchto odlišných nabíjecích režimů na provozní hodnoty těchto elektrobusů. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny některé návrhy a doporučení problematiky provozu elektrobusů.This thesis deals with the integration of the electrobuses to a city public transportation. The introduction mentions the reasons for electrobuses integration into the service, certification of electric vehicles, their safety, description of the SOR EBN electrobuses and basic components used in the electrobuses power system. Then follow reliability calculations of the electrobuses, their evaluation and description of the electrobuses maintenance. In Charging and charging station chapter is solved charging the traction batteries issue and the electrobus range, energy regeneration and a decrease in battery capacity. Then there are indicated few runnings of electrical network load within different modes of the electrobus charging a statistical test verified the effect of these different charging modes on operating values of these electrobuses. The effect of pressure on the electrode system in lead acid batteries with experimental electrodes

Olovený akumulátor patrí v dnešnej dobe k najvyužívanejším sekundárnym zdrojom energie, predovšetkým v automobilovom priemysle. Jedným z najdôležitejších parametrov akumulátora je jeho životnosť, ktorá je výsledkom kvality jeho prevedenia, správneho zaobchádzania a minimalizáciou degradačných mechanizmov. Táto bakalárska práca pojednáva o problematike predčasnej straty kapacity olovených akumulátorov hybridných elektrických vozidiel v čiastočnom stave nabitia. Za východisko pokladá pridanie aditív do zápornej aktívnej hmoty a adekvátne nastavenie prítlaku na elektródový systém.Lead acid battery is nowadays one of the most used secondary source of energy, especially in automotive industry. One of the most important parameters is battery life, which is result of quality of its design, proper handling and minimizing of degradation mechanisms. This bachelor’s thesis deals with premature capacity loss of lead acid batteries of hybrid electric vehicles in a partial state of charge. Assumed solution is adding additives to negative active mass and suitable adjustment of pressure on the electrode system.

Hodinový lisovací výkon je 400 kg/hod a výsledné brikety jsou kvádrového tvaru. Teoretická část se zabývá zpracováním biomasy ve formě tuhých paliv s přehledem briketovacích lisů. Praktická část se zabývá podrobným konstrukčním návrhem včetně mechanických a hydraulických pohonů a jejich výpočtů.The diploma thesis deals with the construction proposal for hydraulic briquetting press machine which is intended for processing of wood sawdust or shavings. Hour pressing capacity is 400 kg per hour and the resulting briquettes are cuboid in shape. The theoretical part deals with the processing of biomass as solid fuel with an overview of briquetting presses.
