    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan tetap divisi Front Office hotel Sheraton Surabaya dengan jumlah 34 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Kepuasan Konsumen. Semakin tinggi OCB, maka semakin tinggi pula Kinerja Karyawan dan Kepuasan Konsumen. Selain itu, Kinerja Karyawan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, semakin bagus kinerja karyawan, maka konsumen akan semakin puas

    This investigation reports a series of four studies leading to the development and validation of a customer value co-creation behavior scale. The scale comprises two dimensions: customer participation behavior and customer citizenship behavior, with each dimension having four components. The elements of customer participation behavior include information seeking, information sharing, responsible behavior, and personal interaction, whereas the aspects of customer citizenship behavior are feedback, advocacy, helping, and tolerance. The scale is multidimensional and hierarchical, and it exhibits internal consistency reliability, construct validity, and nomological validity. This study also shows that customer participation behavior and customer citizenship behavior exhibit different patterns of antecedents and consequences

    Organizational Behavioral Behavior (OCB) is used as an indicator of success in an organization. This study aims to determine the description of behavior Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the management of Islamic Study Group Asy Syifa Faculty of Medicine, University of Lambung Mangkurat. The research method used interview with measuring instrument based on aspect organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects consisted of two subjects: the first subject of IK (male and 22 years of age) and second subject AK (female and age 20 years). Based on the research result, it is found that IK and AK including management have organizational citizenship behavior in organization, because it has fulfilled several aspects of organizational citizenship behavior namely altruism, civic virtue, sportsmanship, conscientiousness and courtesy. In the altruism aspect there is a difference of reaction given by both subjects that is on IK subject has initiative from self to be willing to help other management to replace its duty, if the management is indeed unable or unable to. However, on the subject of AK has less initiative to assist the work of other administrators, unless requested assistance by the management. From this research also found the factors that make up the organizational citizenship behavior on both subjects are age, peer environment, long work in organization and gender affecting the process of survival organizational citizenship behavior

    Human resources are the most important asset in a company to get success of an organization/company. Many organizations face challenges such as how organizations respond to change from external and adapt to internal environment of organization. In this case OCB can increase organizational performance, because this behavior is the "oil" of social machine of the organization. In other words, with this behavior in social interaction the member from organization can be smooth, reduce disputes, and improve efficiency. OCB is a voluntary behavior that exceeds workers' basic needs such as helping co-workers and courteous to others, which benefit an organization, and does not relate to the compensation system. The dimensions of OCB consist of altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, civic virtue. The factors affect the OCB, namely: culture and climate, personality and mood, organizational support, quality of interaction superiors and subordinates, tenure and gender. Implications of OCB are quality of service, performance groups, and turnover. The benefits from OCB to the company are improving the productivity of co-workers, increasing managers' productivity, saving management's and organization's resources, saving energy resources to maintain the group function, to be an effective facility to coordinate the activities of the working groups, improving the ability from organization to attract and maintain best employees, improving the stability of organizational performance, and enhancing the organization's ability to adapt environmental changes. It can be said that if the company wants to increase employee's OCB, the company should pay attention to the factors that influence employee's OCB and OCB implications to the company

    The development of tourism in Badung as pillars being the power of the Balinese economy should put human resources that are reliable and have good performance as human capital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transactional leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance. This research was conducted in Kamuela Villa Seminyak engaged in the tourism business. Sample of 60 people with a sampling technique using census method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The survey results revealed that organizational citizenship behavior, transactional leadership and organizational commitment partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. And organizational commitment variable as the variable most dominant influence.     This study will investigate how relation among OCB within turnover intention and job satisfaction is and also how is the influence of OCB toward two of those attitudes. The samples of the research are 102 Police members in state “X” in West Java, by purposive sampling. The examination utilizes with simple regression analysis. The result showed that there is no negative significant relation and influence between OCB and turnover intention, but positive significant relation and influence between OCB and job satisfaction

    Using self-definition to predict the influence of procedural justice on organizational, interpersonal, and job/task-oriented citizenship behaviors

    An integrative self-definition model is proposed to improve our understanding of how procedural justice affects different outcome modalities in organizational behavior. Specifically, it is examined whether the strength of different levels of self-definition (collective, relational, and individual) each uniquely interact with procedural justice to predict organizational, interpersonal, and job/task-oriented citizenship behaviors, respectively. Results from experimental and (both single and multisource) field data consistently revealed stronger procedural justice effects (1) on organizational-oriented citizenship behavior among those who define themselves strongly in terms of organizational characteristics, (2) on interpersonal-oriented citizenship behavior among those who define themselves strongly in terms of their interpersonal relationships, and (3) on job/task-oriented citizenship behavior among those who define themselves weakly in terms of their distinctiveness or uniqueness. We discuss the relevance of these results with respect to how employees can be motivated most effectively in organizational settings

The purpose of this study wanted to know the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transformational leadership and professional commitment to job satisfaction of employees in Tuban Terminal CV Karya. This sample of 61 of the number of employees through proportionate random sampling method. Technical analysis is used multiple linear regression.
