    Application of immobilized microorganism in bioremediation of polluted water involved in mariculture and harmful algal blooms

    固定化微生物技术作为一种新型的生物修复技术,具有高效、稳定、生物安全性较高等特点,已经广泛应用于各种污染水体的净化修复之中,也包括受污染日益严峻的近海养殖水体。综述从固定化微生物技术的出现和应用出发,对不同固定方法的优劣及其所擅长降解的污染物类型进行对比,对不同载体的特点进行分析,总结了固定化微生物技术在近海养殖水体污染修复的研究概况,并对当前该技术应用存在的问题进行分析和未来研究的方向进行展望。Immobilized microorganism is newly applied in bioremediation, which is high efficient, stabile and safe.Recently, it has been widely used in the purification of various polluted water, including the increasingly serious pollution of the offshore aquaculture water.This paper we first introduce the method of immobilized microorganism technology and the selection of carrier.Then we summarize the research advance in application of immobilized microorganism technology in the seriously polluted offshore aquaculture water.Finally we analyze the current problems existing in the application of the technology and discuss the future research needs.海洋公益性行业科研专项经费项目(No.201305016;201305022); 国家基金委-山东省联合基金项目(No.U1406403

    Investigation on the supervision mode in the application of adjuvant drugs in hospitals

    目的:制定规范化的监管办法,探讨有效监管辅助用药的模式,为降低药占比提供保障。方法:建立包括目录管理、用药管理,处方(医嘱)专项点评和配套的考评与奖惩等辅助用药制度的监管模式,使用药占比、辅助用药消耗总金额和人均费用及不合理用药发生率等指标对监管效果进行评价。结果:辅助用药监管模式行之有效,药占比、辅助用药消耗金额、人均费用和不合理用药发生率均呈明显下降趋势,成效显著。结论:解放军第一七五医院/厦门大学附属东南医院的辅助用药监管模式可行,但需不断完善,持续改进。Objective: To develop standardized supervision methods and explore effective supervision mode in the application of adjuvant drugs, so as to provide evidence for the reduction of drug use percentage. Methods: The supervision mode of adjuvant drugs was developed, including drug category management, medication management, prescription review, auxiliary examination and evaluation system, and reward and punishment system as well. This facilitated a sound evaluation on drug use percentage, total cost of adjuvant drugs, average cost per capita and rate of irrational medication concerning supervision efficiency. Results: The supervision mode in the application of adjuvant drugs worked well, enabling drug use percentage, total cost of adjuvant drugs, average cost per capita and rate of irrational medication to decrease considerably, and good results were thus achieved. Conclusion: The supervision mode of adjuvant drugs in the hospital was feasible. However, further efforts were required for the perfection of the supervision mode

    Screening of High Lipid-producing Fungus and Analysis of Composition of the Lipid

    通信作者:[email protected][中文文摘]以早期从海洋环境中分离得到的38株海洋真菌为材料,采用苏丹黑染色法初筛,摇瓶法复筛,得到1株油脂产率相对较高(27.96%)的菌株MD2,经鉴定,该菌株为粘红酵母(Rhodotorula glutinis).再以MD2为出发菌株,经紫外诱变、亚硝基胍诱变和紫外-亚硝基胍复合诱变,最终得到突变菌株MD2-1;采用酸热法提取粘红酵母MD2-1的菌体油脂,测定了其产脂能力,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定其脂肪酸组成.结果表明:MD2-1的产脂能力较强,油脂质量达菌体干质量的45.32%,较MD2提高17.36%;MD2-1菌体油脂中检测出9种脂肪酸,其脂肪酸组成与植物油近似,其中10-十八(碳)烯酸占脂肪酸总量的71.53%,为10-十八(碳)烯酸工业化生产提供菌种资源,为其规模化生产奠定基础.[英文文摘]Thirty-eight marine fungi strains were isolated from marine environment and subjected to preliminary screening with Sudan Black dye and further screening by shake-flask culture.As a result,strain MD2 was found to have the highest lipid content of 27.96% and identified as Rhodotorula glutinis.The strain was mutagenized respectively with UV light,nitrosoguanidine(NTG) and their combination,obtaining the mutant MD2-1.The lipid was extracted from the strain Rhodotorula glutinis MD2-1 by acid-heat extracting methods,and its fatty acids was analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that R.glutinis MD2-lexhbited strong ability to produce lipid,and the total amount of lipid represented an average of 45.32% of the dry strain weight..The fatty acid composition of the lipid from R.glutinis MD2-1 was similar to vegetable oil and fat,and the 10-octadecenoic acid accounted for 71.53% of the total fatty acids,so this research made a major significance:provided seed resources for industrial production of 10-octadecenoic acid and laid the foundation for its large-scale production.国家自然科学基金重点项目(40930847)、面上项目(31070442); 福建省自然科学基金项目(2012J01150

    主动万向脚轮式全向移动机器人的关节空间多传感器信息融合算法

    鉴于主动万向脚轮式全向移动机器人运动学矩阵与其脚轮转向关节的位置有关,因此脚轮的运动误差会同时降低机器人的里程计和速度控制精度.因传统的工作空间信息融合算法无法有效提高脚轮运动精度,本文提出一种基于卡尔曼滤波的关节空间多传感器信息融合算法.新算法首先预测机器人的工作空间状态,然后通过逆向运动学将其解算到关节空间,随之在关节空间内进行数据融合,以提高脚轮运动精度,最后利用脚轮运动的最优估计来更新各关节角度和机器人里程计信息.仿真实验验证了该算法可有效减少脚轮运动的误差,使机器人的运动学矩阵更接近其真实状态,从而提升了机器人的里程计和速度控制精度

    Electromagnetic Design and Optimization of Superconducting Spoke021 Cavity for C-ADS

    为满足C-ADS 项目建设对超导轮辐腔Spoke021的需求,对Spoke021进行了详细的电磁参数优化。对Spoke021的参数化模型进行参数扫描,针对腔体的关键电磁特征量寻找可能存在的极值,详细分析、解释了优化过程中各个参数发生变化的物理意义。在Spoke021各参数达到最终优化值时,表征腔体性能的两个关键比值分别为:E_p/E_(acc) = 3:14,B_p/E_(acc) = 4:77 mT/(MV/m)。考虑到次级电子倍增(Multipacting,MP)对Spoke021运行中所能达到的性能指标有很重要影响,对腔体的MP进行了建模分析。结果表明,当Spoke021工作在Eacc =10 MV/m情况下,没有发生MP,优化得到的参数可以满足Spoke021工程设计的需要;最后计算了腔体的TTF曲线,表明该腔体具有较宽的速度接受度。<div> The electromagnetic optimizations of a superconducting Spoke021 cavity is studied in detail for C-ADS project, in this paper. The cavity model has been parameterized, in order to find the possible maxima or minima of the key electro-magnetic parameters, the parameter sweep is performed. The cavity model has been parameterized. For finding the key electromagnetic feature, the geometric parameter sweep is performed. The physical interpretation for the variation of these electromagnetic parameters has been elaborated. The electromagnetic simulation gives the optimum parameters E_p/E_(acc) of 3.14 and B_p/E_(acc) of 4.77 mT/(MV/m). In addition, the Multipacting(MP) has a great effect on the electromagnetic properties of superconducting Spoke021 cavity. So the MP simulations have been done for this cavity, which shows that there is no MP phenomenon at 10 MV/m accelerator gradient. Therefore, the optimized cavity parameters can satisfy the requirements of the C-ADS project. Finally, the TTF(Transit Time Factor) curve of this cavity is calculated and it shows that this cavity has wide velocity acceptance.</div> <div> &nbsp;</div>中国科学院战略性先导科技专

    托木尔大峡谷位于新疆天山南坡中段的温宿县境内,具有丰富的野生观赏植物资源,开发利用潜力大。采用层次分析法,对当地131种野生植物的12个评价指标体系进行分析。评价结果表明:景观功能评价高的植物Ⅰ级(>3.2),共有14科16属18种;Ⅱ级(3.2~2.74),共有23科53属60种;Ⅲ级(2.74~2.23),共有14科29属41种;Ⅳ级(2.23~1.74),共有5科12属13种

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
