    Hubungan Antara Keberfungsian Keluarga Dan Daya Juang Dengan Belajar Berdasar Regulasi Diri Pada Remaja

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (a) menguji hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan daya juang dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri pada remaja, (b) menguji hubungan positif antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri remaja, (c) menguji hubungan positif antara daya juang dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri remaja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari remaja awal yang berusia 13-16 tahun, duduk di bangku SLTP, dan tinggal dengan keluarga. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 163 remaja Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama di kota Pekanbaru. Instrumen untuk mengambil data dalam penelitian ini adalah skala belajar berdasar regulasi diri yang disusun berdasarkan aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Zimmerman (1989), skala keberfungsian keluarga yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi yang dikemukakan oleh Epstein, Baldwin, dan Bishop (dalam Sun & Cheung), dan skala daya juang yang dikemukakan oleh Stoltz (1997). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil dari analisis regresi diperoleh koefisien multiple correlation R= 0,547 dengan nilai F = 34,084 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar p= 0,00 (p<0,01) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan daya juang dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri pada remaja, sedangkan hasil uji korelasi parsial diperoleh 0,264 dengan p <0,01 yaitu ada hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri pada remaja, dan hasil uji korelasi parsial pada hipotesis ketiga diperoleh 0,328 dengan p<0,00 yaitu ada hubungan antara daya juang dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri remaja. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan variabel keberfungsian keluarga dan daya juang terhadap belajar berdasar regulasi diri remaja sebesar 29,9%, sedangkan masing-masing sumbangan efektif yang diberikan keberfungsian keluarga terhadap belajar berdasar regulasi diri remaja sebesar 12,7%, dan sumbangan yang diberikan daya juang terhadap belajar berdasar regulasi diri remaja sebesar 17,2%

    The purpose of this study was to examine the correlations between neuroticness, assertivity, and maturity. It was hypotesized that there were relationships between neuroticness, assertivity and maturity; and there was a negative correlation between neuroticness and assertivity, also there was a negative correlation between neuroticness and maturity. The subjects were 95 male and female students of SMK 7 in Yogyakarta, 15 – 18 years old. Three questionaires were applied to measure neuroticness, assertivity, and maturity. Multiple regression analysis was used as a statisticalmethod. Results of the study showed that there was relationship between neuroticness, assertivity, and maturity (F = 6,88; Ry(1-2) = 0,36; p<0,01); and there were positive correlation between neuroticness and asertivity rx1y = 2,12 (p<0,05), there were positive correlation between neuroticness and maturityrx2y = 0,28 (p<0,05).     Perbedaan Penguasaan Kosakata Anak Pra-sekolah

    The purpose of this study is to find out the differences in vocabulary size among pre-school children by means of comparing those who are used to listening storybooks read out by an adult to those who are not. The hypothesis is that the children who are well-acquainted to listening storybooks read out by an adult seize higher vocabulary size. The research involves 65 pre-school students between 5 years and 6 months to 6 years and 10 months of age, both male and female, selected from Pamardisiwi Kindergarten in Yogyakarta. There are 31 students who get to listen to storybooks read out by an adult in a regular basis, while the rest 34 are conditioned otherwise. The Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test (PPVT) Form A was applied to measure the vocabulary size, and in order to asses children's activities in listening to storybooks read out by an adult, parents are required to write a one week journal.     Communication skill was an important component of education. This study aims to analyzed students' communication skills and response by using performance assessment on water cycle concept. The method that used in this study is descriptive. Subject consists of first-grade students’ in senior high school (n:32). The instruments that used in this study are the task, observation sheets, questionnaire, self and peer assessment. Those instruments analyzed four indicators of communication such as; (1) articulate thoughts and ideas effectively,(2) listen effectively, (3) use communication for a range of purposes and (4) Communicate Effectively in diverse environments. Sccorring of instruments has two categories,  score from 1-4 for task and sheets of observation, score from 0 and 1 for self and peer assessment and questionnaire using descriptive analyzed. Then, indicators of communication skills categorized into three groups: high, medium and low. The data showed that all of the indicators in medium categorized 81.3% in the first indicator, 53.1% in the second indicator, 46.9% in the third indicator, and 68.8% in the fourth indicator. Therefore students’ have communication skill in medium category and most of the students’ has positive respond in performance assessment because its’ can help students’ to fix their performance in the instructional process

    The purpose of this study is to examine the internal consistency and the reliability of frosting test (marianne frosting development test of visual perception) as a tool to measure visual perception) as a tool to measure visual perception ability of the children age 4-8 years. Person's product moment corrected by part whole and hoyts analysis of variance were used as statistical method.The subjects were 24 male and 26 female children, pupils of kindergartens and primary school in Yogyakarta. Results of the study showed that:1. Subtest 1 eye motor coordination, all of the sixteenth items were consisten with the total subtest? coefficient correlation between 0,24 - 0,6372. Subtest II Figure Ground, from 8 items, dropped the first time, coefficient correlation between 0.238-0,8243. Subtest III Constancy of shape, from 32 items dropped 13 items, coefficient correlation between 0,245-0,6284. Subtest IV Position in shae, from 8 items, dropped 13 items, coefficient correlation between 0,245-0,3445. Subtest V Spatial Relationships, from 8 items, dropped the items sumber I and 8, coefficient correlation between 0,357-0,7176. The reliability coefficients of frosting's subtest were 0,813, 0,823, 0,792, 0,54, and 0,7967. The part whole correlation coefficients between score subtest I, II, III, IV, V and total score test were 0,715, 0,763, 0,565, 0,553, 0,718 (p<0,01).8.     The point of research to analyze a affect celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously, partially to the purchasing decisions Rabbani product in Surakarta. The research using quantitative methods. Used 100 respondents to the sample and the sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The population is all consumers of Rabbani products in the city of Surakarta. Data collection is done by documentation, questionnaires, observation and data analysis techniques using instrument testing, classic assumption test, linear regression, F test, t test, determination (R2). Results F test is celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously and significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Rabbani products in Surakarta city with Fcount 47.681&gt; Ftable 2.70 and significant value 0.000 &lt;0.05.     Background: Medical record has a purpose to achieve an orderly administrative in an increasing health effort. UU RI no. 29 of 2009 section 46 and 47 said that every doctor and dentist should be make an medical record in their practices. If they violate, they can be penalized accordance with the provisions. In this research, needs analysis seen from some aspect, the amount of resources, education, skill, and work motivation. Ken Saras Hospital Medical record installation suffer fairly high turnover in 2013, so it make increasingly heavy workload for the employees who still survive.Medical Records Installation in Ken Sarah Hospital has been regeneration at sometime ago, so it made heavy workload for resources who still survive. .The purpose of this research is to determine the workload of resources, the suitability of the workload and the need that based on workload. Method: This research used qualitative descriptive study with cross sectional approach. Data collection used work sampling method and in-depth interview. The population in the study was the time used medical record personnel in completing the work and the whole effort implementing IRM in a total of 11 people. Result: The results of this research is the ideal amount of medical record resources from amount of power aspect , education, skills and nowadays work motivation of resources. According the result of this research is 3.07 hours of workload, 3.3 hours of productive time, education, skill, and work motivation affect the work system of instalation. The workload in registration section is 5.88 hours, and 5.9 hours of productive time. Educational standards in irm is good enough, but need to add 1 resource in registration section with D3 RM standart. IRM skills is good enough, but need the training of medician recorder to improve the skill. Work motivation is still lacking. According this research, can be concluded that theres deficiency in medical record installation, 1-2 resources. The registration section with high school education competencies, need procurement training to improve the knowledge resources, and need some activities to improve work motivatio
