Didactic strategy for the learning of the history and the theory of the architecture

The article approaches the subject from to theoretical point of view of the teaching processes - learning starting from the pattern of self-structuring that centers the exercise of construction of the knowledge, making of this to significant experience that strengthens in the so much student their intellectual development, ace their self-esteem, the approach and the autonomy. Apparent the importance of approaching the learning of the different components of the architecture in an integral way, for that which the history and the theory play like half of understanding and reflection of the processes and projectual systems in the time and, the later deconstruction of the same ones, for the sake of creative retrials. For this it outlines as tools the analysis of relating and the study of the types and their respective variations like formal structure, determined by different historical contexts. En este artículo se plantea la relación existente entre los imaginarios colectivos, las representaciones sociales, el lenguaje y el espacio urbano, partiendo de este último como el escenario en el que por excelencia el hombre construye las relaciones sociales que dan como fruto la cultura. Igualmente, presenta los imaginarios y las representaciones como manifestaciones de las mentalidades y las ideologías. Estrategia didáctica para el aprendizaje de la historia y la teoría de la arquitectura

Housing, environment and territorial development : fundamental collective rights for the construction of the social justice. Proposal to the Constitution of 1991.

La expansión demográfica y el crecimiento desmedido y no planificado de las ciudades, aunado a la falta de desarrollo en las zonas rurales, se presentan como fenómenos característicos del siglo XX, que dejan, además de problemas medioambientales sin precedentes, una deuda en el grueso de la población colombiana al generar en ella desarraigo y falta de oportunidades para su desarrollo socioeconómico y cultural. Esto induce a que el nuevo modelo de ordenamiento y desarrollo territorial colombiano se enmarque en tres ejes fundamentales como son la vivienda, el medioambiente y el patrimonio. Esta reflexión, producto de estudios e investigaciones respecto al desarrollo, el ordenamiento y la planificación del territorio colombiano a lo largo de la pasada centuria y entrada la presente, plantea la imperiosa necesidad de responder a este modelo a partir de un ordenamiento y una planificación integral que propenda por el desarrollo sostenible de dicho territorio y su comunidad en respuesta al mandato de la Carta Magna de Colombia promulgada en 1991.The demographic expansion and the limitless and not planned growth of the cities, joined to the lack of development in the rural areas, are presented as characteristic phenomena of the XX century that leave, besides environmental problems without precedents, a debt to most of the Colombian population generating lack of opportunities for their socioeconomic and cultural development. This induces that the new classification model and Colombian territorial development is framed in three fundamental axes as they are: housing, the environment and the patrimony. This reflection, product of studies and investigations regarding the development, the classification and the planning of the Colombian territory along the last and entrance the present century, outlines the imperious necessity to respond to this model starting from a classification and an integral planning that propend for the sustainable development of this territory and its community in answer to the command of the constitution of Colombia promulgated in 1991

Housing for bogotá's elite: socio-cultural interactions

Historic study of selective character that pretends to show the evolutions of the well heeled bogotans in the first decades of the 20th century. The study is located inside the Social History and the concept of Mentalities, by means of collective mentality analysis, within the framework of economy and politics, between 1930 and 1948 during the Liberal Republic. It is during this period that building of great residences for the local elite blossoms, quenching a thirst for prestige and cultural opening. A marriage between the rising bourgeoisie and the local "aristocracy" and its shedding of its Hispanic origin, relives a yearning for distinction and the idea of entering into the phenomena of modernity, founded onto European culture. In the same direction appears the building of new quarters with betterment on the living conditions in space and material conditions and public services together with urban facilities. New styles of decoration are revised as part of this study too.Este estudio historiográfico de carácter selectivo, pretende reflejar parte del desarrollo de la sociedad bogotana en el ámbito urbano durante las primeras décadas del siglo XX. Se ubica en el campo de la Historia Social y de las Mentalidades, mediante el análisis de la mentalidad colectiva, en un marco socio político y económico, correspondiente a los años en el rango comprendido entre 1930 y 1946 pertenecientes a la República Liberal. En este contexto la construcción de grandes residencias para la elite Bogotana presenta mayor auge, en respuesta a la sed de prestigio y apertura cultural que surgió en dicho grupo social. La unión de la naciente burguesía industrial con la aristocracia bogotana y su negación de todo vestigio hispánico, reanimó el anhelo de distinción y la idea de introducirse en los fenómenos de modernidad, fundados en elementos de la cultura europea. De la misma forma, surgen urbanizaciones con las mejores condiciones de habitabilidad al nivel de la calidad de los espacios y los materiales, igualmente, servicios públicos y urbanos.
