Anti-Aging as the Support of Independence in the Old Age

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Anti-aging jako podpora samostatnosti ve stáří se zabývá stárnutím populace. Je zde popsáno, jaký postoj k tomuto tématu zaujala ČR a jaká vypracovala opatření. Práce se proto opírá především o Národní plán přípravy na stárnutí na období let 2008 až 2012 vycházející z mezinárodní strategie přípravy na stárnutí v rekci na probíhající demografickou transformaci. Oproti národní strategii je v práci postaven zcela nový obor medicíny proti stárnutí - anti-aging medicína. Práce sleduje porovnání obou přístupů ke stárnutí populace. Přestože první impulzy ke zpracování tématu vznikaly na základě přímé práce se seniory, je tato práce založena především na studiu materiálů a teoretických podkladů. V práci je uvažováno o stárnutí jako o mezigeneračním tématu. Východiskem je předpoklad, že stárnutí je přirozenou součástí života každého jedince. Narůstající podíl seniorů vůči mladým lidem v populaci však znamená změny v sociálním systému, s dopadem na všechny věkové kategorie. Právě zde se prolínají koncepty národního plánu přípravy na stárnutí a oboru anti-aging, v myšlence jednotného přístupu a preventivních opatření. The work describes the position of the Czech Republic on this problem and what measures are being prepared to overcome issues related to this topic. The thesis builds on the document "Národní plán přípravy na stárnutí na období let 2008 až 2012" (The National Aging Preparation Plan for 2008 to 2012) prepared by the Czech government and on a new medical field known as the anti-aging medicine. The author attempts to compare both attitudes to population aging and to draw conclusions that might lead to a solution of these issues to which the current society is being exposed. Work motivation in social services

TICHÁ, Michaela. Work motivation in social services. This diploma thesis is concerned with the work motivation in social services and its potential for improvement in Czech Republic. A valid data was collected by questionnaire survey reflecting the needs of managers arising from their daily work. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the motivating factors , the relationship of man to work, and specifics of work in social services. The empirical part deals with the survey among managers of social services. I compiled ranking of most common and missed motivators. In the discussion and conclusion, I compared the instruments used with the expectations of employees. The main outcome of this thesis has become a practical and distributed recommendation. V teoretické části práce jsem se zaměřila na objasnění motivačních faktorů, vztah člověka k práci a specifika vztahujících se k práci v sociálních službách. V empirické části jsem provedla průzkum mezi manažery sociálních služeb a sestavila žebříček nejčastěji používaných a postrádaných motivátorů. V diskusi a závěru práce jsem porovnala používané nástroje s očekáváním vedených zaměstnanců. Výstupem práce se stalo praktické a dále distribuované doporučení. Assessment of the economic advantages of individual customer groups undertaking

Práce je věnována stručnému posouzení ekonomické výhodnosti jednotlivých skupin zákazníků podniku Lemberk. Zaměřuje se na rozdíl rentability mezi českými zákazníky (rozděleni dle krajů) a zahraničními zákazníky (v zastoupení Velké Británie). Taktéž se práce zaměřuje na posouzení dle způsobu distribuce. Zabývá se zejména náklady a výnosy přiřazených jednotlivým skupinám zákazníků a výší jejich krycího příspěvku.The work puts forward a brief assessment of economic advantages of the individual groups of customers undertaking Lemberk. It focuses the diference between profitability Czech customers (with regard to the division of regions) and foreign customers (represented by Great Brition). Also, the work focuses the assesment according to the method of distribution. Application of Two-Player Game Theory in Economics

The concern of this thesis is to discuss different applications of two-player game theory in economics. It is divided into two main chapters - the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is composed of the classical game theory and the game theory with vector payoffs. In the first instance basic ideas of the classical game theory is introduced. Elaboration of the duopoly model follows. Subsequently basic ideas of the theory with vector payoffs and one of the solution concepts of game theory with vector payo s are included. The practical part follows. This part contains two examples which are the real application of the concept described in the theoretical part.Diplomová práce pojednává o vybraných aplikacích teorie her v ekonomii. Je rozčleněna do dvou hlavních kapitol - na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá jednak klasickou teorií her a jednak teorií her s vektorovou výplatní funkcí. Jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy v klasické teorii her a je podrobně rozebrána aplikace klasické teorie her na model duopolu. V teorii her s vektorovou výplatní funkcí je v práci zahrnuto vysvětlení základních pojmů a popis jednoho z možných konceptů řešení, které jsem převzala ze své předchozí práce. Následuje praktická část, která obsahuje dvě úlohy. Obě jsou reálnou aplikací konceptu řešení hry s vektorovou výplatní funkcí, který je popsán v teoretické části

Multicriteria games

Teorie vícekriteriálních her je speciální oblastí z teorie her, kdy jeden či více hráčů mají alespoň dvě výplatní funkce a chtějí je maximalizovat zároveň. V této práci je představena řada nových poznatků. Je zkoumán koncept hledání rovnovážných bodů v ryzích strategiích v nekooperativní vícekriteriální hře. Ukázalo se, že je možné určit všechny rovnovážné body v ryzích strategiích úplným prohledáním a vyřešením dvou lineárních programů pro každý bod. Dále je obecně formulováno, jak pomocí dvou lineárních programů ověřit, zda je libovolně navržený bod rovnovážným bodem hry či nikoli. V nekooperativních hrách je také představen koncept, který při znalosti rovnovážného bodu dvoumaticové hry určí preference hráčů, které musejí mít, aby daný bod byl rovnovážným. Přestože hledání rovnovážného bodu dvoumaticové hry je nelineární úloha, hledání preferencí hráčů při znalosti rovnovážného bodu je úloha lineární. Poslední poznatkem v části nekooperativních her je zobecnění konceptu, který vyřeší vícekriteriální hru přiřazením vah jednotlivým kritériím každým hráčem. V práci je dokázáno, že se nemusí jednat nutně o lineární váhy, ale pro řešení převedením na jednokriteriální hru stačí obecnější funkce, kterou hráč popíše své preference. Zbylá část práce se věnuje poznatkům v kooperativních hrách. V práci se uvažuje, že hráči znají své preference a jsou schopni je vyjádřit pomocí vah. Hra se známými preferencemi je definována a vyřešena za pomoci teorie vyjednávání. Poté je ještě zobecněna na případ, kdy hráči nejen že mají více kritérií, ale mají také více výplatních funkcí, ze kterých si mohou vybrat na základě svého uvážení. Nakonec je definován vícekriteriální případ speciálního typu kooperativní hry - volební hry. Je navržen zcela nový koncept, který vybere vítěznou koalici ve volební hře. Ten je poté aplikován na reálnou situaci po volbách do Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu ČR v roce 2013.Theory of multicriteria games is a special field of game theory, when one or more players have at least two payoff functions and want to maximize simultaneously. The work introduces a number of new findings. It examined the concept of finding equilibria in pure strategies in noncooperative multicriteria game. It is possible to find all the equilibria in pure strategies by full search and solving two linear programs for each point. Furthermore, two linear programs are formulated for verifying that a selected point is the equilibrium of the game or not. In the noncooperative games is also introduced the concept that with knowledge of the equilibrium of bimatrix game determines preferences of the players. Although finding the equilibrium point of the bimatrix game is nonlinear problem, finding the preferences is linear problem. The latest findings in the noncooperative games is a generalization of the concept that solves multicriteria game by assigning weights to each criterion of each player. The work demonstrates that it may not be necessarily linear weights, but it can be more general function that describes the player's preference. The remaining part is devoted to knowledge in cooperative games. There is considered that the players know their preferences and are able to express them by weights. The game with known preferences is defined and solved with the use of bargaining theory. Then it is generalized to a case where players have more payoff functions, from which they can choose. Finally, the multicriteria case of voting game is defined. It is designed completely new concept, which selects the winning coalition in the voting game. This concept is then applied to the real situation after the elections to the Chamber of Deputies in 2013

Práce je věnována zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Soukromé senior centrum Nechanice s.r.o. pomocí metody benchmarkingu. Benchmarkingovým partnerem je zařízení domov pro seniory, který je součástí Sociálních služeb města Hořic. Práce se zaměřuje na porovnání nefinanční oblasti (marketing, portfolio poskytovaných služeb) i oblasti finanční (lůžkové kapacity, úhrady klientů či personalistika). Na závěr jsou posouzeny i vybrané finanční ukazatele.The work is devoted to the evaluation of the competitiveness of the company's Private senior center Nechanice s.r.o. using the method of benchmarking. Benchmarking partners is home for the elderly, which is part of Social Services city Hořice. The work focuses on the comparison of non-financial areas (marketing, portfolio of services) and financial area (bed capacity, the client pays or human resources).
