    Strategi Bersaing Jasa Non Klasifikasi pada PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia

    The purpose of this study was to compete formulating global strategy PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) in non-classification marine services business (independent assurance) in Indonesia that includes three business sector such as marine, industry, and energy. The methodology used the analytical descriptive method with techniques SWOT analysis. The number of population as many as 5.248 companies, the target population was the BKI non-classification customers (non-klas) or independent assurance in all three business sector susch as marine, industry, and energy. The determination of the total sample using Slovin formulas with the levels of trust 95 % obtained the total sample as many as 400 respondents. The research results showed that based on a position map of non-classification services business, BKI was on strategic rapid growth. BKI increased the number of a new job, increased new consumer on the non-classification services (independent assurance) in all business sectors, and focused on the type of non-classification service business certain having the the highest value income for BKI

    The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of sales performance in life insurance sector. Sales performance in life insurance industry has seen a major concern to practitioners due to severe competition and to design marketing strategy. Further to that, one way to enhance sales performance in life insurance is by focusing on good strategy and developing salesforce. Life insurance need to have a good understanding of their strategy and salesforce management so that appropriate great marketing strategies directed towards sales management control strategy. The objective of this study is to examine the causal impact of several antecedents of sales performance in the context of insurance in Java Island, Indonesia. Thus, it will review the marketing literature on the sales performance ie., sales volume, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction. Next, we present the research framework, methods, measures and findings and conclusion. Finally, the results were discussed in terms of its contribution to the upgrading of life insurance strategies and recommendations for future research

    Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis dampak sosial ekonomi bagi masyarakat dengan adanya hukum sebagai sarana pemberdayaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) serta implementasi dan strategi yang ideal dalam pengentasan kemiskinan berdasarkan hukum melalui sarana pemberdayaan CSR. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian socio-legal research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CSR Perusahaan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar, baik sebagai subyek maupun objek program. Dalam rangka program pengentasan kemiskinan, Perusahaan turut mengambil peran sesuai dengan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Selain itu, Perusahaan harus memiliki strategi jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang dengan menerapkan pendekatan strategic CSR dalam pengelolaan pertambangan agar dapat memberikan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya terhadap masyarakat setempat dan menangani isu-isu sosial yang terdapat dalam masyarakat.     One of the technical aspects that support the optimal operation planning of a power plant when viewed in terms of system reliability and economic is about short-term load forecasting. The objective of this research is to forcasting hourly short-term electric load peak (17:30 to 22:30 GMT) at loading area of Transmission Distribution Banda Aceh Unit of PT. PLN P3B Aceh 150-20 kV by using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. The toolbox used to predict short-term electric load in this research is by using MATLAB software R2007b and Microsoft Excel 2007. ANFIS structure is trained using ANFIS Sugeno models, three types of membership functions with three and four fuzzy sets for each type of membership function. ANFIS structure is trained using a hybrid algorithm. From the simulation results obtained that the structure of the input membership functions of ANFIS 3 gbell with three fuzzy sets as the ideal structure. Further results of ANFIS estimation compared with the moving average method. From the simulation results is shown that ANFIS models generate MAPE 3.42%, while the forecasts using the moving average method generate MAPE 6.58%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Hubungan Rotasi Kerja Dengan Semangat Kerja Karyawan di PT.Tresnamuda Sejati Group Cabang Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan dilaksanakan pada 30 karyawan di PT.Tresnamuda Sejati Group Cabang Medan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 19. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah total sampling dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji korelasi product moment untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh dari uji korelasi nilai r = 0,558 dengan nilai p = 0,001, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa rotasi kerja memiliki hubungan dengan semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Tresnamuda Sejati Group Cabang Medan

    Relationship marketing is an integrated effort to identify, maintain and build relationships with individual consumers and is continuously enforce connection in a benefit to both parties through interactive contacts, individualization which contributes added value in the long period. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is any significant relationship between Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, and reciprocity of the Buying Decision on Auto2000 Pluit simultaneously and partially.The data collection techniques used in this research is to conduct a field study and literature survey. Primary data was collected from 83 respondents to the questionnaire spread.Based on the results it can be concluded that the discriminant simultaneously factor Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, and reciprocity does not significantly influence the purchase decision. While partially Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, and Emphaty significantly influence purchase decisions and reciprocity are not only significantly influence the purchase decision
