    Natural Science is the study of how to find out the matter of the universe systematically. Subject of Science is not just how students master the material and accumulate knowledge, but also a process of discovery. Differentiated learning in the Independent Curriculum includes differentiation of content, processes, and products. The implementation of differentiated learning requires teacher skills in taking sensible actions to support students' varied learning needs due to varying characteristics. The purpose of this study is to accommodate students' learning needs through differentiated learning, especially in science in elementary school. The research approach used is qualitative, with the method of Classroom Action Research. In the end, it was found that the application of different learning methods can increase the average score of science while also increasing Students’ activeness in learning

    LPK (Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja) Mandiri S Nur merupakan lembaga Pendidikan non formal yang diselenggarakan bagi masyarakat untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Lembaga ini mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) yang memiliki 27 cabang yang ada di Indonesia, dan memiliki 40.000 anggota yang telah bergabung mendapatkan sertifikat pelatihan pada LPK Mandiri S Nur, sehingga hal yang menarik untuk menganalisis implementasi dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran pada LPK Mandiri S Nur.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menjelaskan LPK Mandiri S Nur menerapkan pembelajaran dengan Student Centered Learning untuk kegiatan pelatihan tata boga, tata busana dan tata rias pengantin, dengan metode pembelajaran yang menuntut warga belajar  untuk memilih apa yang harus dipelajari, bagaimana caranya, dan kenapa hal atau materi tersebut harus dipelajari

    Difficulties and ignorance of marketing channels from the processing of plastic waste and newspapers experienced by orphans in the Salimah Community Learning Group (KBM) that made residents less able to maximize their income from selling the results of plastic waste and newspapers. E-commerce socialization carried out by the community service team is an alternative to sales maximization. The learning community consisted of 30 junior and senior high school orphans who were divided into five groups, then taught how to make e-mails, how to make an online store, and given motivational videos of successful online sales. As a result, assisted people are wiser in utilizing internet quota and can be more entrepreneurial worldwide

    Effect of Ultrasonic-Assisted Enzymolysis on Protein, Phenolic Content, and Antioxidant Activity of Chlorella sp. Crude Extract

    Chlorella sp. microalgae is a potential source of natural antioxidants and other bioactive compounds used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Ultrasound pretreatments followed by enzymolysis are widely used to improve the functional properties of biological materials. This work aimed to investigate the effects of ultrasound pretreatments followed by bromelain hydrolysis on the proteins, phenolic content, and antioxidant activity of Chlorella sp. crude extract. The experimental design for the study involved two factors: ultrasound pretreatment time (0, 5, and 10 min) and bromelain hydrolysis time (0, 2, 4, and 6 hours). The protein was measured using Lowry assay while the total phenolic content was measured using a Folin–Ciocalteu assay. The highest protein content (7.09 ± 0.44 mg/mL) and phenolic concentrations (0.28 ± 0.01 ìg/mL) were obtained at 5 min ultrasound pretreatment and 6 hours enzymolysis. For antioxidant activity, 5 min ultrasound pretreatment followed by 4 hours of enzymolysis resulted in the highest DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical) inhibitory activity (81.74%). Meanwhile, ultrasound pretreatment for 10 min followed by 6 hours of enzymolysis resulted in the highest ABTS (2,20 azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) inhibitory activity (94.10%). This study showed that variation in ultrasound pretreatments followed by bromelain hydrolysis could be used to improve the protein content, phenolic content, and antioxidant activity of Chlorella sp. crude extract

    Olahraga lompat jauh merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga atletik yang menjadi olahraga wajib untuk praktik Pendidikan Jasmani di perguruan tinggi. Permasalahan dalam lompat jauh yang sering dilakukan mahasiswa yaitu hanyat jauh sebagian kecil saja yang sudah menguasai tehnik lompat jauh dengan benar. Sehingga timbul pertanyaan, apakah mahasiswa itu tidak termotivasi terhadap lompat jauh? atau mungkin karena penguasaan tehniknya yang kurang dipahami mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hal itu, maka penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui: (1) Mengetahui apakah dengan pendekatan melalui tutorial terbimbung dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam melakukan keterampilan lompa jauh; (2) Mengetahui terjadi perubahan perilaku mahasiswa setelah diberikan motivasi oleh tutor. Metode belajar dengan menggunakan tutorial terbimbing sangat berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan motivasi pembelajaran lompat jauh pada mata pelajaran Penjaskes mahasiswa PGSD Pendas di Kota Bogor. Dan berdasarkan metode kualitatif, kurangnya pengetahuan, motivasi dan tidak adanya evaluasi menyebabkan hasil lompatan mahasiswa pada kelas tanpa tutorial terbimbing kurang baik

    Lahan pekarangan memiliki potensi yang sangat besar ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sumber penyedia bahan pangan yang bernilai gizi dan memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Program yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dalam bidang pangan yaitu dengan melakukan penanaman tanaman obat keluarga. Tanaman obat keluarga merupakan kumpulan tanaman yang dibudidayakan di lahan pekarangan. Pengembangan dan pemanfaatan budidaya tanaman obat keluarga sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam upaya untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar atau menciptakan suatu kondisi perilaku masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesehatan.     Effect of Type and Concentration of Encapsulating Agents on Physicochemical, Phytochemical, and Antioxidant Properties of Red Dragon Fruit Kombucha Powdered Beverage

    Kombucha is a healthy beverage from the fermentation of sugared tea with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). There is a growing interest on kombucha due to the reported health benefits. The original kombucha is prepared using only sweetened black tea infusion. The development of kombucha, however, has been reported to incorporate other plant water extracts. A previous study showed that kombucha beverage using red dragon fruit (RDF) as an alternative substrate gave the highest antioxidant activity at 15 days of fermentation. RDF kombucha instant powder could be a new food product development due to its longer shelf life, convenience, and low distribution cost. This study aimed to determine the best and the concentration of encapsulating agent for RDF kombucha powdered beverage which could retain the antioxidant properties. RDF kombucha was spray dried using maltodextrin, gum arabic, and inulin as the encapsulating agents with various concentrations (5%, 10%, and 15%). Gum arabic was the best encapsulating agent since it gave the highest values of drying yield, pH, and total phenolic content retention, in comparison to the other two encapsulating agents. Within the observed concentrations, the incorporation of gum arabic resulted in RDF kombucha powder with a similar appearance, red colour, and antioxidant retention. Thus, the 5% addition of gum arabic is recommended for future preparations of RDF kombucha powdered beverage
