Quantitatively, this research is conducted at elementary schools in Tabanan Regency and aims to analyze the direct positive influence of: (a) local wisdom on the implementation of KDP (b) literacy on the implementation of KDP, (c) local wisdom and literacy simultaneously on the implementation of KDP. Qualitatively aims to: (a) describe an overview of KDP implementation, (b) formulate a strategy that is appropriate for KDP implementation. The survey research used the Mixed Methods Research method with the triangulation design model. The total population was 319 in 11 sub-districts of Tabanan Regency and a sample of 32 SD. Quantitative data used Multiple Regression Analysis assisted by SPSS 23.0 program, while qualitative data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the model of Miles and Huberman (1992). The results of quantitative data analysis: (a) local wisdom has a direct positive effect on the implementation of KDP (b) literacy has a direct positive effect on the implementation of KDP in, (c) local wisdom and literacy simultaneously have a direct positive effect on the implementation of KDP. Qualitative results, that (a) the implementation of KDP in SD in Tabanan Regency is not optimal due to various obstacles, including: lack of guidance by related agencies, schools do not yet have KDP Implementation Operational Guidelines, involvement of community leaders in KDP coaching in schools has not been carried out by most schools, there is no legal umbrella to empower local wisdom in the implementation of KDP; (b) school literacy activities have not been optimally implemented according to the provisions, this is due to the lack of library sarpras, schools do not have school literacy manuals, lack of guidance related to school literacy activities, and the use of information technology in school literacy activities is still lacking. Recommendations: (a) there needs to be a legal umbrella for empowering local wisdom in the implementation of KDP, (b) it is necessary to prepare an Operational Guidebook for KDP Implementation, (c) school literacy activities must be supported through empowerment and optimization of school library facilities, and (d) the seriousness of all parties to participate in the implementation of KDP in SD in Tabanan Regenc

Heat exchangers have widespread applications in many industrials process. There are many kind of heat exchanger. One of the simply heat exchanger is double pipe heat exchanger. The need for lightweight and enhancing the heat transfer of heat exchanger accomodated by surface engineering. One of the surface passive technique applications is groove. Incising groove in pipe as concerned wide consideration as it need no additional power, decrease in weight of system and hence give more benefit in heat transfer. The characteristics of heat transfer in grooved double pipe heat exchanger was investigated experimentally in this article. The aim of this investigation is to reveal the phenomenon of temperature characteristics of cold fluid in the heat transfer process in the grooved double pipe heat exchanger. In this study, water are used as both hot and cold fluid with counter flow pattern, and the water flow rate equal to 15 lpm for both fluid. Grooves were incised on the annulus area in the outer wall of tube side with rectangular shape and circumferential pattern. The characteristics of groove dimension that are height of groove is 0,3 mm; distance between grooves is 8 mm; and the groove space which is as independent variables are 1 mm and 2 mm. The data from 1 mm and 2 mm grooves space were compared with no grooved double pipe heat exchanger data (smooth pipe). The hot fluid temperature is 50 ± 0,50C while the cold fluid temperature is 30 ± 0,50C. The temperature data on the inlet and outlet side of heat exchangers for smooth pipe, 1 mm and 2 mm groove space were compared to find out the characteristics of increasing cold fluid temperature. This study used the temperature rate and temperature acceleration method to compare the variables. The result shows that groove installation increases the amount of heat absorbed by cold fluid. The heat exchanger with 1 mm groove spaces, was able to absorb heat about ± 2.3 % better than heat exchanger with 2 mm groove space and 13,1 % better than heat exchanger with no groove

In this study observed the role of molecular clustering on engine performance produced by hydrous ethanol fuel (95.5% v). The test was performed using variation load for four-cylinder motor. Engine performance is measured using Brake Power Engine load cell type indicator TD 800PM. The engine performance produced by anhydrous ethanol was also tested. The resulting engine performance of both fuels is compared. The results showed that the power produced by hydrous ethanol was slightly higher than that of anhydrous ethanol. The charging effisiency generated by hydrous ethanol is upper than that of anhydrous ethanol.

To support the efforts of Gegelang Village to become a honey village, PT Pertamina (Persero) Integrated Terminal Manggis through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program implemented the Kele Honey Bee Cultivation Program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of the community in raising honey bee kele (Trigona Sp) and the factors that influence the motivation of the community in raising honey bee kele in Gegelang Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency. This research was conducted in Gegelang Village, the location selection was determined purposively. The population in this study amounted to 472 families while the sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling method with the Slovin formula so that the number of samples taken was 83 people. Data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the research, the motivation of the community in raising honey kele in Gegelang Village is in the high category with the achievement of a score of 4.01

East Tenggara Timur (NTT) Province that was often called by cattle source mastering ruminant livestock commodity including beef cattle was 803.450, dairy cows were 39 and Buffalo was 133.122, totally was 936.611. In regards the land area that was managed by household including the not agricultural land area was 396,19 m2, agricultural land area i.e. rice field land area was 1.228,38 m2, not rice field land area was 7.616,50m2, the land area totally was 8.844,88 m2 (agricultural sense, 2013). Based on the ability, the research was conducted by the writer toward three regencies in NTT, those regencies were: Kupang, Timur Tengah Selatan (TTS) and Belu. Belu regency has ruminant cattle that looked after of food land, horticultural and plantation. The result of this research was: (1) Math relation between food land (X) towards beef cows population (Y), it was obtained Y = 110, 23238792-1,7048432552 X and R2 = 0,9838238238085. (P<0.01). (2) Math relation between plantation land area (X) towards beef cows population (Y) was Y = 116,59960539 – 2,4734723692 X and R2 = 0,983288695 (P<0.01). (3) Math relation between horticultural land area (X) towards beef cows population (Y) was not significantly differ (P>0,05)

A turtle security that was released their habitat in conserving, it was determined by their speed and agility to swimming and diving at avoiding predators even chasing prey to be eaten. The most an important part of turtle organs for agile swimming and diving was a flipper. Flippers forward more function as paddles when swimming and diving while the rear flippers serve as a rudder to steer the direction of movement of swimming and diving. The front flippers are unlike paddle when swimming and diving, whereas, the back flippers as a rudder at direction when swimming and diving. At front flippers, there was belong strong nails for ripping or tearing their prey, therefore, it was easy eaten. The study was intended to know a feeding effect of lemuru and seaweed on different percentage towards length plastron correlation to in front length flippers both
