    The relationship between organizational justice with job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior

    This study aims to explain the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The technique used to test the research hypothesis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using SMARTPLS assistance, using IBM SPSS Statistics 22, and 65 respondents in this study, taken using Purposive Sampling techniques. The results of the study show that (1) distribution justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) procedural justice has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) interactional justice has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) justice distribution has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (5) procedural justice has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (6) interactional justice has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior

    Job satisfaction is a state of one's work reflected by the emotional attitude expressed through one's work attitude. Women careers tend to experience stress than men, especially those who work as nurses and midwives, because the demands of a woman's responsibilities in the family is large enough. This will certainly affect the job satisfaction of a career woman. This study aims to analyze the role of work stress mediation on the influence of work-family conflict on job satisfaction. This study was conducted on health workers (midwives and nurses) women Prima Medika Hospital. The sample of this research is as many as 45 respondents with sample determination method which refers to Roscoe approach (1975). Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows the work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on job stress, job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict has a negative and significant impact on job satisfaction. and work stress mediates the influence of work- on job satisfaction

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Made’s Warung Restaurant, Seminyak-Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Made’s Warung Restaurant yaitu sebanyak 87 orang, dan penetapan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan cara sensus atau sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 28 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path anaylsis) dengan program SPSS 13.00 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik terhadap komitmen organisasional maupun organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Made’s Warung Restaurant, Seminyak-Bali

    Kinerja dalam arti sempit merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai setiap karyawan di dalam suatu perusahaan serta bagaimana cara karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self leadership dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Bali. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 100 orang responden, dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling (convenience). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa self leadership dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlu menciptakan suatu suasana atau kondisi kerja yang dapat memenuhi harapan semua karyawan. Peningkatan terhadap kondisi kerja ini dilakukan agar dapat menyenangkan karyawan sehingga karyawan merasa senang dengan pekerjaan dengan pekerjaan yang didapat serta fasilitas lainnya yang mendukung kegiatan kerja.     The development of tourism in Badung as pillars being the power of the Balinese economy should put human resources that are reliable and have good performance as human capital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transactional leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance. This research was conducted in Kamuela Villa Seminyak engaged in the tourism business. Sample of 60 people with a sampling technique using census method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The survey results revealed that organizational citizenship behavior, transactional leadership and organizational commitment partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. And organizational commitment variable as the variable most dominant influence.     Perkembangan pekerja wanita di Indonesia khususnya di Bali kian meningkat. Penelitian sebelumnya menyebutkan bahwa ada ancaman pada well being ketika wanita memutuskan untuk bekerja. Namun, well being dikatakan dapat meningkat pada pekerjaan tertentu khususnya pekerjaan dalam pelayanan seperti perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh konflik peran, stres kerja, dan coping terhadap subjective well being perawat wanita. Penelitian ini juga menguji peran stres kerja dan coping dalam memediasi konflik peran terhadap subjective well being. Penelitian dilakukan di RSU Puri Raharja, dengan sampel para perawat wanita. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode stratified random sampling, dan responden penelitian sebanyak 115 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Konflik peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well being. 2) Konflik peran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja. 3) Konflik peran berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap problem coping. 4) Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifkan terhadap subjective well being. 5) Coping berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap subjective well being. 6) Coping terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik peran terhadap subjective well being

    Exploration of Bali's Cultural Values and Entrepreneurial Orientation in Relation to Cooperative Managers In Bali

    Bali is famous for its cultural diversity especially in the physical form. In addition, Bali also has a culture manifested in the form of values which support the creativity of Balinese. This study has three objectives: (1) to explore the cultural values ​​of local Balinese that consist of jengah, taksu, and menyama braya; (2) to test the three dimensions of jengah, taksu, and menyama braya as a construct into the cultural values ​​of local Balinese to be valid and reliable; and (3) to explain the relationship between the values ​​of local culture and the entrepreneurial orientation. The research method was by combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. A qualitative approach draws on research by Templeton (2002) and Dewi (2013). A quantitative approach uses analytical techniques namely Content Validity Confirmatory Ratio and Factor Analysis. In this study, a qualitative approach was done towards informants who were experts and understood the culture of Bali, while a quantitative approach was used for respondents who were cooperative managers in Bali. The results show that jengah, taksu, and menyama braya are implementation of Tri Hita Karana. This study also confirms that jengah, taksu, and menyama braya are culturally valid and reliable to reflect the local culture of Bali. Jengah is dominantly reflected by the spirit of working hard to achieve a better life. Taksu is also dominantly reflected by honesty, which implies doing something right, while menyama braya is reflected by upholding the principle of mutual cooperation. The spirit of hard work and upholding the principles of honesty and cooperation reflect behaviors that support entrepreneurial orientation. Jengah, taksu, and menyama braya are formulated into a proposition: Stronger jengah, taksu, and menyama braya impact on higher entrepreneurial orientation.     Creative Leadership, Knowledge Sharing and Innovation : Evidence of Small and Medium Enterprises

    The purpose of this study is to prove (1) the influence of creative leadership for innovation, (2) test the effect of knowledge sharing on innovation, (3) developing the concept of the influence of creative leadership for knowledge sharing, (4) develop the concept of the role of knowledge sharing as a mediator of the effects of creative leadership on innovation in the silver industry in Bali. This study used a quantitative approach. The numbers of respondents were 61 people. The results showed that the creative leadership not significantly effected on innovation, knowledge sharing had a positive and significant impact on innovation, creative leadership had a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing perfectly mediated (complete mediation) the influence of creative leadership on innovation in small silver craft industry in Bali.     Moderating social support on the influence of work-family conflict on job satisfaction

    Human resources (HR) is one of the main elements that occupy a very strategic position in an organization or company. For this reason, every company must be able to maintain its employees and strive to increase job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and social support on job satisfaction. This study also examines the moderating role of social support on the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the State Savings Bank (BTN) located in Denpasar City, Bali. The sample in this study were permanent employees of BTN in Denpasar, Bali, totalling 103 people. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that work-family conflict had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while social support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Social support is a moderating variable of the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. The type of moderating role of the social support variable is the quasi moderator. Specifically, social support weakens the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction
