    The health care department of county-level Maternal and Child Health care Hospital is an important part of maternal and children health care institutions, constructing a set of scientific and standard of performance appraisal index for the health care department is a prerequisite for improving the service objectives of county-level maternal and children health care institutions. This article designed a set of scientific and practical performance evaluation index system for the health care department of county-level Maternal and Child Health care Hospital through literature analysis, in-depth interviews, key performance indicators and Delphy law. The pertinence of evaluation index selection, the distribution rationality of each index weight coefficient and the better operability with scientifically designed evaluation index system could provide a useful reference for the performance appraisal of the health care department of county-level Maternal and Child Health care Hospital

    Tissue-specific identification of multi-omics features for pan-cancer drug response prediction

    Publisher Copyright: © 2022 The Author(s)Current statistical models for drug response prediction and biomarker identification fall short in leveraging the shared and unique information from various cancer tissues and multi-omics profiles. We developed mix-lasso model that introduces an additional sample group penalty term to capture tissue-specific effects of features on pan-cancer response prediction. The mix-lasso model takes into account both the similarity between drug responses (i.e., multi-task learning), and the heterogeneity between multi-omics data (multi-modal learning). When applied to large-scale pharmacogenomics dataset from Cancer Therapeutics Response Portal, mix-lasso enabled accurate drug response predictions and identification of tissue-specific predictive features in the presence of various degrees of missing data, drug-drug correlations, and high-dimensional and correlated genomic and molecular features that often hinder the use of statistical approaches in drug response modeling. Compared to tree lasso model, mix-lasso identified a smaller number of tissue-specific features, hence making the model more interpretable and stable for drug discovery applications.Peer reviewe

    Design for Postplacement Mousing based on GSM in Long-Distance

    This design for mousing is made up of power control module, infrared sensor module, signal processing module, distance information transportation based on GSM and device of power grid. The design consists of two sets of conductors, separately linked by fire wire and null line and distributing alternatively. The major innovation is infrared sensor module with Fresnel lens, and that the infrared detecting area should be spread in one direction at least. When the mouse get into the infrared detecting area, the sensor signal of infrared detecting device is sent to power control module through signal element and then starts the device of power grid to power up to make the mouse be shocked or die. GSM module is adopted to tell that the mouse is caught successfully. This design can be placed in any position that the mouse is always out and no need of baits
