Beauty parlor and hairdressing tools are one of the things that fabric designers have paid less attention to it. The design of fabric packages for beauty parlor has been considered in form and color as well as hygienically in this thesis. This thesis has attempted to present and design hairdresser packaging from two perspectives, namely the principle of design as well as the use of antibacterial property, and has provided numerous examples of this fabric. In this thesis, silver and copper nano-particles have been used to complement hairdressing packaging to improve consumer health.  On the other hand, color science and design principles were also used to improve the mental health of consumers, and eventually packages with such properties were designed. The offered textile packs contain nano-materials that create antibacterial properties when contacted with hairdressers and on the other hand, we have tried to play an important role in this design by applying the principles and rules of design and using the concept of hairdressing tools and accessories

Global competition, technology, value changes and population along with expense increase and lack of awareness about features and functions of these advantages caused countries to take into account the importance of financial planning training. Thus, individuals' financial awareness, financial well-being, and financial worry have become the matter of interest of investigators and some studies have been conducted in this area. In this regard, the current study investigated the relationship between financial literacy, financial well-being, and financial worry in the professors of Yazd Islamic Azad University. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed; then, using random sampling, it was distributed among selected individuals. The data was analyzed using statistical analyses such as correlation and binomial. Results showed the strategy of "reducing expenses and the cost of living" is agreed on by most groups, except the group "having both financial literacy and financial well-being". In addition, none of the groups use specialized consulting services in financial area. Also, purchasing real estate is one of the common strategies. Finally, higher financial well-being caused less financial worry

Abstract The purpose of this study is to compare the financial performance of the companies with their accruals and financing. The model of the research has been formed using total accruals, discretionary accruals and financing support as the independent variables, and future stock returns as the dependent variable. The methodology of the present research is practical regarding the purpose and has been conducted using correlation method. The data collection has been conducted using desk study. The population of this study includes the companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange among which, due to the limitations of the study, 46 companies have been selected. Data needed to test this hypothesis has been collected by two software programs, i.e. RAHAVARD NOVIN and TADBIR PARDAZ from the company's financial statements during 2004-2011. Data analysis was performed using EVIEWS software, Ver. 6. The results of the study indicate that there exists no correlation between the total accruals and discretionary accruals represented by the earnings management with stock returns. External debts and equity were two variables considered for external financing. There is no significant relationship between efficiency and equity stock futures, however, there exists a negative correlation exists between debt and future stock returns

Travelers traveling are the most trusted source of information for potential tourists and can be the target language in their home country. The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of various attractions on tourism destinations in shaping the enjoyable attitude and mouth-to-mouth advertising of tourists and their impact on the intention of re-traveling. A questionnaire and simple random sampling method were used to collect data from foreign tourists traveling to Yazd in May or June 1396. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by using the content validity method and confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Structural Equation Modeling Using soft pls2 software is used to obtain relationships between structures and to measure the fitting of measurement, structural and general models. The findings of the research showed that the tourist attractions, cultural and tourist destination of tourism have a positive and significant effect on the pleasure of tourists and their mouth-to-mouth advertising to Yazd. Also, the positive and significant positive effects of oral-to-mouth advertising and pleasure-appearing were confirmed on the reciprocal desire to travel to Yazd city

Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients were used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that there is a positive significant relationship between intensity of competition and size with the degree of accounting department involvement in outsourcing decision-making. However, there is no significant relationship between performance, cost-leadership strategy and differentiation strategy with the degree of accounting department involvement in outsourcing decision-making. This study opens up new suggestions about the higher efficiency of the firm. Additionally, this is a valuable research because it provides useful information on outsourcing for the researchers and managers
