Uji Efektifitas Beauveria Basianna Dan Bacillus Thuringiensis Terhadap Ulat Api (Setothosea Asigna Eeck, Lepidoptera, Limacodidae) Di Laboratorium

Palm oil tree is the most productif than the other nabaty oil plant. Setothosea is the primaryleaf eaten on palm oil tree. Test Effectiveness of Bacillus thuringiensis and Beauveriabasianna Caterpillars Against Fire Setothosea asigna Eecke in laboratory. The research wasconducted at the Laboratory of Plant Pests Faculty of Agriculture, University of NorthSumatra, Medan with altitude ± 32 meters above sea level. The research method used is nonCompletely Randomized Design factorial. The parameters in the observed percentagemortality of larvae of the caterpillar is Setothosea asigna fire. The results show thepercentage of mortality of silkworm larvae using Beauveria basianna flames were highest intreatment by 100% I3 is the observation of the IV, percentage mortality of silkworm larvaeusing Bacillus thuringiensis flames were highest in I6 treatment was 100% in the observationof the IV

Using Storytelling Technique to Improve Karonese and English Language Learning at Students’ Sunday School at Gereja Batak Karo Protestan (GBKP)

Storytelling is the way to share the story sometimes with improvisation, theatrics, or embellishment. This technique was giving many contributions to students to learn Karo and English. The objective of this research is giving contribution to students to speak Karo and English Language at Gereja Batak Karo Protestan (GBKP). The material was used by two languages. They were Karo and English. The research used action class research in finding research problem. The speaking test result in cycle two explained that the students’ got good progress in Karo and English. The instrument used pre-test and post test. The data was taken by observing, field note and interview. The population was 160 students and 20 students as a sample. There were divided into three classes. They are Children, Youth and Teen Class. The location of this research was in GBKP Mekatani in Jalan Mekatani Marindal Kecamatan Patumbak. The result of this research was found those 13 or 65% students improve their English Language and 7 or 35% was not improve their Karonese Language. Kontribusi Pendapatan Perempuan Buruh Tani Pisang terhadap Pendapatan Keluarga di Kecamatan Padang Tiji Kabupaten Pidie

. The study entitled "Women\u27s Contribution of the Banana Worker Women\u27s Family Income in the District of Padang Tiji, Pidie." There are two problems in this study, that is: 1) How much money can women earn as a peasant in the women of farm workers\u27 family in the District of Padang Tiji, Pidie? and 2) How large is the revenue contribution of women of farm workers in the banana farming to monthly household income in the district of Padang Tiji, Pidie? The aim of this study is 1) To know much money can women earn as a peasant in the women farm workers\u27 family in the District of Padang Tiji, Pidie and 2) To determine how is the revenue contribution of women farm workers in the banana farming to monthly household income in the district of Padang Tiji, Pidie. The population of this study were 282 women farm worker women, with a total sample of 28 respondents or 10 % of the total population. The results showed that: 1) The average income of farm workers women of banana farm in the district of Padang Tiji is about Rp.787.500,- while 2) The contribution income of farm workers women banana farming is one of the biggest income besides husband\u27s income in a family, which is in line with the level of the percentage income of women up to 30 % of total family income

The Influence of Customer Satisfaction on Financial Performance Through Customer Loyalty and Customer Advocacy: A Case Study of Indonesia’s Local Brand

Free trade era makes every companies create and improve their excellence in order to compete with the competitors to attract customers’ heart. Satisfaction and loyalty are powerful keys for the companies to survive because they are important indicators of the company’s non-financial performance. Moreover, the level of customer advocacy also has a strong relationship with the financial performance. Advocacy itself is a special form of customer service where companies focus on what is best for the customers. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of customer satisfaction to financial performance through customer loyalty and customer advocacy in various sectors companies in Indonesia. The samples are various sectors companies in Indonesia with criteria listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and its brand is registered in Indonesia Original Brands (IOB) in SWA magazine. The number of companies that fulfil the criteria are 13 companies with a four-year research period; therefore, the number of research sample is 52 firm-years. The analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed a positive impact of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty, customer advocacy, and financial performance. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect the road infrastructure quality to the system of agriculture products marketing in Dolok Silau and to determine the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the transportation costs of the agriculture products marketingas well as to determine the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the prices of agriculture products in Dolok Silou. The method of analysis used in this research is path analysis. The dependent variable in this research is the cost of transportation, marketing and pricing system of agriculture products, while the independent variable is the quality of the roadinfrastructure. The results obtained are as follows: the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the cost of transportation is negative; the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the marketing system is negative; and the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the price of agriculture products is positive

Estimasi Value At Risk (VaR) Portofolio Saham yang Tergabung dalam Indeks LQ45 Periode Agustus 2014 Sampai Januari 2015 Menggunakan Metode Copula GARCH

Investasi merupakan salah satu cara alternatif yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan aset di masa mendatang. Salah satu financial asset yang banyak diminati adalah investasi dalam bentuk saham. Return yang diperoleh dalam berinvestasi pada saham lebih besar dibandingkan dengan alternative investasi lainnya, namun resiko yang ditanggung juga lebih besar, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap resiko yang mungkin terjadi yaitu dengan menentukan return saham, melakukan pemodelan terhadap nilai return dan menghitung estimasi nilai kerugian pada portofolio. Pada Penelitian ini dikaji bagaimana menentukan nilai return saham, mendapatkan model return dan menghitung besarnya estimasi nilai kerugian pada portofolio saham ASRI, BBTN dan BBNI. Sehingga investasi yang dilakukan menghasilkan nilai return yang optimal dengan risiko yang minimum. Saham yang digunakan adalah PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI), PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN), dan PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) pada periode Desember 2009 hingga Maret 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan ARMA-GARCH untuk mendapatkan residual GARCH (1,1) yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk pemodelan copula dan estimasi VaR. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Copula Student t merupakan model copula terbaik berdasarkan nilai log likelihood terbesar sehingga mampu menangkap heavy tail lebih baik dibandingkan model copula lainnya. Hasil estimasi dengan menggunakan copula Student t diperoleh nilai estimasi VaR sebesar -0,08

Analisis Kinerja Finansial Usaha Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Rakyat di Kabupaten Pelalawan

The success of a business can be measured by its financial performance. Information on financial performance is very important because it will be able to evaluate financial aspects that improve financial performance and avoid the business from the threat of bankruptcy. The objective of this study is to analyse financial performance of oil palm smallholders plantation in Pelalawan Regency. Then, a comparative study amongs different types of smallholders was also implemented. Three types of smallholder plantation are examined in this study, i.e., KKPA, PIR and Swadaya. Four financial performance indicators have been used in this analyses such as independent sample t test of profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, and effectivity ratio. The results shows that the smallholders have relatively good financial performance. There is no significant difference in income between KKPA and PIR while the income is significantly different between scheme smallholders (KKPA and PIR) and Independent smallhorders

Pengaruh Kompos Jerami Padi Dan Pupuk Npk Ter Hadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.)

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of rice straw compost, NPK fertilizer and interaction rice straw compost and NPK fertilizer to find the best dosage for growth dan production of onions. This research was conducted in the experimental field Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau in Campus Binawidya Km 12.5 Simpang Baru Panam, Pekanbaru. This research was conducted from February 2016 to Mei 2016. The research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. First factor is rice straw compost (P) which 3 levels, they are P1 = 600 g/1,2 m2 ; P2 = 1200 g/1,2 m2 and P3=1800 g/1,2 m. Second factor is NPK fertilizer (N) which 3 levels, they are N1=12 g/1,2 m2, N2=24 g/1,2 m2 dan N3= 36 g/1,2 m2. The combination of these two factors become 9 treatments and with 3 replications so there are 27 experimental units. Parameters observed are plant height, number of tubers, diameter of tubers, fresh weight tubers and dry weight tubers. The research used Analysis of Variance and further by Multiple Range Test Duncan\u27s at 5% level. The result concluded that treatment of rice straw compost 1800 g/1,2 m2 and NPK fertilizer 24 g/1,2 m2 may be recomanded for growth and production onions
