Analisis Efisiensi Saluran Pemasaran dan Distribusi Margin Keuntungan Jeruk Manis (Citrus x sinensis) di Kecamatan Meureubo, Kabupaten Aceh Barat
Sweet oranges is a horticultural commodities that is prioritized for development, because orange farming provides high profits, so it can be used as a source of income for farmers. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing channels and margins for sweet oranges (Citrus x Sinesis) in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method and a sampling technique using saturated samples. The analysis model used is marketing channel analysis and marketing margin analysis. The results of the research show that the marketing channels for Sweet Oranges (Citrus x Sinesis) in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency, have 3 channel patterns consisting of marketing channel pattern I, namely Farmers-Consumers, marketing channel II, namely Farmers-Retailers-Consumers and marketing channel III, namely Farmers-Collectors-Retailers-Consumers. Marketing profit margin in marketing channel I is Rp. 20,570.00/Kg (97.95%). Profit margin in the second marketing channel, retailers obtain a profit margin of Rp. 1,320.00/Kg (6.29%). Then the profit margin on the third marketing channel of the collecting traders gets a profit margin of Rp. 1,150.00/Kg (5.48%) and retailers Rp. 1,420.00/Kg (6.76%). The efficiency of marketing channel I has an efficiency level of 2.05%, marketing channel II has an efficiency level of 3.58% and marketing channel III has an efficiency level of 8.41%. This shows that the most efficient channel is marketing channel I because marketing costs in channel I are smaller and there is only one marketing institution involved in this marketing channel
Transformasi Limbah Pertanian Menjadi Pupuk Organik: Peluang Ekonomi Berbasis Inovasi Pertanian Berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar
Transformasi limbah pertanian menjadi pupuk organik adalah langkah strategis dalam mendukung keberlanjutan sektor pertanian sekaligus mengatasi masalah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi limbah pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Besar sebagai bahan baku pembuatan pupuk organik. Metode yang digunakan adalah mix method yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan survey limbah serta analisis finansial dan ekonomi limbah pertanian. Dengan pengolahan yang ramah lingkungan, limbah pertanian dapat diubah menjadi sumber nutrisi yang bermanfaat bagi tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limbah pertanian seperti jerami dan sekam padi mengandung unsur hara yang cukup tinggi dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. Dari perspektif ekonomi, produksi pupuk organik menawarkan peluang penghematan biaya dengan keuntungan 58% sekaligus peningkatan pendapatan bagi petani dengan total manfaat ekonomi sebesar Rp 13.800.000. Hal ini membuka peluang bagi masyarakat setempat untuk mengadopsi teknologi ini demi pertanian yang lebih berkelanjutan
Analysis of Business Partnership Network Mapping: A Case Study of The Inovac Cooperative in Banda Aceh City
Inovac Cooperative is a business entity engaged in expanding and marketing innovative products. Inovac has cooperative relationships with various parties. Obtaining communication interactions and having reliable service is essential to the success of the cooperative. This study aims to determine the pattern and network map between partners that have the most role in the sustainability of the Inovac cooperation. The analysis method used is Social Network Analysis (SNA). This research was conducted from February to April 2022. The results show that the network density in the cooperative relationship is 58%, where the network density can be categorized as quite strong. In addition, three (3) forms of cooperation network patterns and maps were obtained using Ucinet/Netdraw software: Degrer Centrality, Betweenness Centrality, and Closeness Centrality. The most dominant actors are ARC, UD. Ivone, BI, Diskop, Disperindag, Bappeda, and Patchouli Farmers. Analisis Produktivitas Pemanen Kelapa Sawit di PTPN III Unit Kebun Pulau Mandi
Oil palm harvesters are workers who are expected to have high productivity to produce good quality for the progress of the company. The productivity of oil palm harvesters is the result achieved by comparing the basis that has been given by the company with different bases depending on the work area. Factors that influence harvester productivity should be the main focus such as age, number of dependents, work experience, education and premiums. This study aims to analyze the level of productivity and factors that influence the productivity of oil palm harvesters at PTPN III Unit Kebun Pulau Mandi. The research method uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques using survey and interview methods using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in the form of oil palm harvester productivity levels and multiple linear regression analysis, namely classical assumption tests, regression coefficients, R2 tests, F tests and t tests. The results show that the level of productivity of oil palm harvesters at PTPN III Unit Kebun Pulau Mandi is in the medium category with a harvest capacity of 1.48 tons/HK or 125 TBS. For factors that affect the productivity of oil palm harvesters at PTPN III Unit Kebun Pulau Mandi, including age, number of dependents, work experience, education and premium perception show a significant influence simultaneously. Partially, the number of dependents, education and premium perception are factors that significantly influence the productivity of oil palm harvesters at PTPN III Unit Kebun Pulau Mandi
Strategi Pemasaran Buah Jeruk Siam (Citrus nobilis) (Studi Kasus di Desa Melati II Kecamatan Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai)
This study aims to find out EFAS and IFAS as well as the marketing strategy of siamese oranges in Melati II Village, Perbaungan District. The data analysis in this study is a descriptive analysis and a SWOT analysis. The location of this research was chosen deliberately (purposive), this research was carried out in Melati II Village, Perbaungan District.Using the Snowball Sampling method for farmers and marketing institutions, the simple random sampling method for consumer samples. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy of chayote is an aggressive development strategy by utilizing the existing strategies of strength and opportunity. Business owners can take advantage of the combination of these two strategies, namely maintaining the quality of Siamese oranges during religious holidays (S1,O1), selling fruits directly to consumers during religious holidays (S3,O1), and retaining customers by providing discounts and good relations with stakeholders (S4,O3,S5) and being able to overcome existing weaknesses and threats, namely increasing promotions so that they can compete with other Siamese orange businesses (W1, T1). Analisis Perbandingan Pengeluaran Konsumen dalam Pembelian Buah dan Sayur di Pasar Offline dan Pasar Online di Kecamatan Medan Petisah Kota Medan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pada konsumen dalam membeli buah-buahan dan sayuran serta membandingkan pengeluaran konsumen di pasar offline dan online di Kecamatan Medan Petisah, Kota Medan. Sampel terdiri dari 100 ibu rumah tangga yang dipilih menggunakan metode accidental (pasaroffline) dan snowball sampling (pasaronline). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan komparatif menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pengeluaran konsumen, yaitu Rp1.060.370 di pasar offline dan Rp1.436.725 di pasar online, dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar Rp376.355
Examining The Financial Returns Of CSR In The Palm Oil Sector : Insights From a Systematic Literature Review
The palm oil industry plays a crucial role in the global economy but faces complex environmental and social challenges. This study aims to analyze how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices contribute to the financial performance of palm oil companies, particularly in terms of profitability, financial risk management, and operational efficiency. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and data analysis supported by Atlas.ti software, this research reviewed 20 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024. The findings reveal that sustainability-oriented CSR consistently improves operational efficiency, especially through better resource management and adherence to industry standards. Moreover, CSR plays a role in reducing financial risks, primarily by enhancing investor trust and regulatory stability. However, while there are signs of a connection between CSR and profitability, this relationship remains limited in the reviewed literature, indicating the need for more strategic integration of CSR into core business operations. These results affirm that CSR is not merely a form of social responsibility, but a strategic instrument to strengthen competitiveness, resilience, and long-term performance in the palm oil industry amid growing global sustainability pressures
Integrasi IoT Dalam Rantai Nilai Agribisnis: Telaah Literatur Terhadap Inovasi Dan Efisiensi Sistem Pangan
oai:jurnal.usk.ac.id:article/46731This study aims to (1) find out how Internet of Things (IoT) innovations are used in agribusiness, (2) assess how they help improve the efficiency and sustainability of the food system, and (3) identify the challenges and opportunities for using IoT in modern agribusiness development. The approach used is an integrative literature review of 40 scientific articles obtained from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. Articles were selected based on inclusion criteria, namely, in English or Indonesian, published between 2017 and 2025, and relevant to the topic of IoT integration in agribusiness or food systems. The analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the study show that IoT integration in the agribusiness value chain has driven significant transformation, especially in terms of real-time monitoring, process automation, and data-based decision-making. This technology contributes to the implementation of precision agriculture, resource efficiency, and increased transparency across all stages of the value chain, from production to marketing. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles such as data security issues, low technological literacy, and high investment needs. Overall, IoT has great potential to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the agribusiness sector. Therefore, policy support, training, and cross-sector collaboration are needed to optimize the use of this technology in the future
Pengaruh Social Media Marketing Instagram terhadap Permintaan Sayuran Organik di Kota Medan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi media pemasaran sosial terhadap permintaan sayuran organik di Kota Medan dan untuk mengetahui permintaan sayuran organik di e-commerce Kota Medan. Penentuan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara purposive yaitu daerah penelitian dipili secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan daerah penelitian merupakan kota terbesar di Sumatera Utara. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yaitu penentuan yang dilakukan dengan cara membagi populasi ke dalam sub populasi/strata secara proporsional dan dilakukan secara acak. jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan sayuran organik adalah kualitas konten, pemahaman konten dan kebugaran konten hanya saja faktor kebugaran berpengaruh negatif terhadap permintaan sayuran organik dan copywriting tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan sayuran organik. Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Ekspor Teh Sumatera Utara
Komoditas teh memiliki peranan penting dalam menghasilkan devisa negara melalui ekspor ke luar negeri. Indonesia memiliki peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi teh karena termasuk negara terbesar eksportir teh di dunia. Produksi teh Sumatera Utara sebagian besar untuk memenuhi tujuan ekspor. Perkembangan volume ekspor teh Sumatera Utara cenderung menurun setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh produksi, GDP, jumlah penduduk, dan nilai tukar dolar terhadap daya saing ekspor teh Sumatera Utara. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi menunjukkan jika produksi teh Sumatera Utara, GDP negara tujuan ekspor teh, jumlah penduduk negara tujuan ekspor, dan nilai tukar mata uang negara tujuan ekspor terhadap dolar dianggap konstan untuk masing-masing negara tujuan maka nilai ekspor akan semakin berkurang sebesar -27,96364
