The present article outlines the relationship between the technological development and the logical thought, with a view to establishing its implications for the development of the logical thought from the students of superior level when solving mathematical problems that imply logical deductions to outline the alternative algorithms of solution to these.
El presente artículo plantea la relación entre el desarrollo tecnológico y el pensamiento lógico, con vistas a establecer sus implicaciones para el desarrollo del pensamiento lógico de los estudiantes de nivel superior al resolver problemas matemáticos que impliquen deducciones lógicas para plantear los algoritmos alternativos de solución a estos. 
LAS COMPETENCIAS PROFESIONALES COMO ENFOQUE EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR: TRÁNSITO A LA OPTIMIZACIÓN DEL ENCARGO SOCIAL DE LA UNIVERSIDAD
This paper analyses the substantive actions of the university as part of social commitment, mainly the training of future professionals based on competences as approach in higher education, an education-social development relationship is made highlighting the need to raise the level of quality of education and its consequent effect in professional training; furthermore, it makes relation to the university-productive labor sector link as a starting point to establish curricular academic needs that enable training professionals with appropriate knowledge, skills, values and attitudes, so that, necessary skills should be develop for the ideal professional performance; the role of university professor is highlighted in their fields of teaching, research and extension considering the need to improve their pedagogical performance as a result of a process of professionalism; moreover, the mission of the university is emphasized as a generator of changes in society, adopting new approaches in the training of professionals, aspects that make possible the optimization of its social commitment.El presente trabajo analiza las acciones sustantivas de la universidad como parte del encargo social, fundamentalmente la formación de los futuros profesionales en base a competencias como enfoque en la educación superior, se hace una relación educación – desarrollo social destacando la necesidad de elevar el nivel de calidad de la educación y su consecuente efecto en la formación profesional; además, hace relación al vínculo universidad- sector laboral productivo como punto de partida para establecer las necesidades académicas curriculares que permitan formar a los profesionales con los conocimientos, habilidades, valores y actitudes pertinentes, de tal manera que se desarrollen las necesarias competencias para el idóneo desempeño profesional; se destaca el rol del profesor universitario en sus ámbitos de docencia, investigación y extensión considerando la exigencia de mejorar su desempeño pedagógico como consecuencia de un proceso de profesionalización; asimismo se relieva la misión de la universidad como generadora de cambios en la sociedad, adoptando nuevos enfoques en la formación de los profesionales, aspectos que viabilizan la optimización de su encargo social
Antibody-Capped Mesoporous Nanoscopic Materials:Design of a Probe for the Selective Chromo-FluorogenicDetection of Finasteride
[EN] The synthesis of capped mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN)
conjugated with an antibody (AB) as a gatekeeper has been
carried out in order to obtain a delivery system able to release
an entrapped cargo (dye) in the presence of a target molecule
(antigen) to which the conjugated antibody binds selectively.
In particular, MSN loaded with rhodamine B and functionalized
on the external surface with a suitable derivative of N-(t-butyl)-
3-oxo-(5a,17b)-4-aza-androst-1-ene-17-carboxamide (finasteride) have been prepared (S1). The addition of polyclonal antibodies against finasteride induced capping of the pores due to
the interaction with the anchored hapten-like finasteride derivative to give a MSN¿hapten¿AB nanoparticle S1-AB. It was
found that the addition of capped material S1-AB to water solutions containing finasteride resulted in displacement of the
antibody, pore uncapping and entrapped-dye release. The response of the gated material is highly selective, and only finasteride, among other steroids, was able to induce a significant
uncapping process. Compared with finasteride, the finasteride
metabolite was able to release 17% of the dye, whereas the exogen steroids testosterone, metenolone and 16-b-hydroxystanozolol only induced very little release of rhodamine B
(lower than 10%) from aqueous suspensions containing sensing solid S1-AB. A detection limit as low as 20 ppb was found
for the fluorimetric detection of finasteride. In order to evaluate a possible application of the material for label-free detection of finasteride, the capped material was isolated and
stored to give final sensing solid S1-AB-i. It was found to display a similar behavior towards finasteride as to that shown by
freshly prepared S1-AB; even after a period of two months, no
significant loss of selectivity or sensitivity was noted. Moreover,
to study the application for the detection of finasteride in biological samples, this ¿aged¿ material, S1-AB-i, was tested using
commercially available blank urine as matrix. Samples containing 70 and 90% blank urine were spiked with a defined
amount of finasteride, and the concentration was determined
using capped S1-AB-i. Recovery ranges from 94% to 118%

Anti-Inflammatory Activity and Changes in Antioxidant Properties of Leaf and Stem Extracts from Vitex mollis
Vitex mollis is used in traditional Mexican medicine for the treatment of some ailments. However, there are no studies on what happens to the anti-inflammatory activity or antioxidant properties and total phenolic content of leaves and stem extracts of Vitex mollis during the digestion process; hence, this is the aim of this work. Methanolic, acetonic, and hexanic extracts were obtained from both parts of the plant. Extract yields and anti-inflammatory activity (elastase inhibition) were measured. Additionally, changes in antioxidant activity (DPPH and ABTS) and total phenols content of plant extracts before and after in vitro digestion were determined. The highest elastase inhibition to prevent inflammation was presented by hexanic extracts (leaf = 94.63% and stem = 98.30%). On the other hand, the major extract yield (16.14%), antioxidant properties (ABTS = 98.51% and DPPH = 94.47% of inhibition), and total phenols (33.70 mg GAE/g of dried sample) were showed by leaf methanolic extract. Finally, leaf and stem methanolic extracts presented an antioxidant activity increase of 35.25% and 27.22%, respectively, in comparison to their initial values after in vitro digestion process. All samples showed a decrease in total phenols at the end of the digestion. These results could be the basis to search for new therapeutic agents from Vitex mollis
SCREENING FITOQUÍMICO Y CAPACIDAD ANTIINFLAMATORIA DE HOJAS DE Tithonia tubaeformis
Poco se conoce sobre las aplicaciones y la naturaleza química de las sustancias y compuestos bioactivos de Thitonia tubaeformis. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la presencia de fenoles, flavonoides, saponinas, alcaloides, esteroides, taninos y cumarinas a través de reacciones químicas en extractos metanol-agua. El rendimiento de los extractos y la capacidad antiinflamatoria se cuantificaron usando extractos metanólicos. Estos se obtuvieron de plantas de diferentes regiones de Jalisco: Norte y Sur de La Barca (NB y SB), Ocotlán (NO y SO) y Tepatitlán (NT y ST). The Radiative Transfer Equation inversion on FPGA. the case of the Photospheric Magnetic field Imager
Part of the Proceedings of the 2023 European Data Handling and Data Processing Conference for Space (EDHPC 2023) Juan-Les-Pins2 October 2023 through 6 October 2023. Code 196870We present the radiative transfer equation (RTE) inverter core, a high performance SIMD architecture, to interpret the data obtained by the Polarimetric and Magnetic field Imager (PMI) instrument aboard the ESA's Vigil mission. After some pre-processing, the spectropolarimetric data will be translated on board into physical quantities of the solar atmosphere to be directly downloaded to Earth, hence strongly reducing the telemetry needs of such a deep space mission. The RTE inverter is direct heritage from that in the Polarimetric and Helioseismic Imager (PHI) aboard the ESA/NASA's Solar Orbiter mission.
