Efektivitas Layanan Aplikasi Samsat Mobile Jawa Barat Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kota Bekasi

Motor vehicle tax is one of the most potential sources of Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD). Therefore, the government innovates motor vehicle tax payment services through, one of them, the SAMBARA (West Java Samsat Mobile), the SAMBARA application is an application that can be used to make tax payments motorized vehicles using a smartphone, with this application taxpayers can still carry out their tax obligations during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the Sambara application service in an effort to improve taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Bekasi City, the obstacles that emerged in the Sambara Application service, and the efforts made by the Samsat and Taxpayersto overcome them. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. This research was conducted at the Bekasi City Samsat Joint Office and the informants in this study were Motor Vehicle Taxpayers who used the Sambara application. The results of this study indicate that the West Java Samsat Mobile Application (Sambara) service is still not effective. In percentage, the number of motor vehicle taxpayers who use the application is still very low, i.e 0.00% in 2018, 0.82% in 2019, and 2.06% in 2020 if the percentage result is less than 75%, then it’s classified as ineffective. Thus, the Sambara application is said to be ineffective in increasing the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers in Bekasi City

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANSASI DI SDN PUCUNG III KEC. KOTA BARU KABUPATEN KARAWANG

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on the teacher's organizational commitment by referring to Maptuhah's opinion that there was an influence between Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Teacher's Commitment. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method through a survey with a population of 28 people with saturated samples, meaning that the entire population becomes a sample. Based on the analysis with the help of SPSS version 23 for windows shows that: Transformational leadership affects organizational commitment, this is indicated by the value of R Square of 0.066 or 6.6% while the Organizational Culture influences the Organizational commitment shown by the R Square value of 0.216 or 21.6% and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive influence on Organizational Commitment, this is indicated by the R Square value of 0.673 or 67.3%. Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction together have a significant positive influence as indicated by the R Square value of 0.746 or 74.6%. The empirical findings indicate that to increase Organizational Commitment teachers need to pay attention to teacher job satisfaction at SDN Pucung III, Kota Baru District, Karawang Regency. Transformational leadership and organizational culture need not be a concern

IMPLEMENTASI E-FAKTUR VERSI 3.0 DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEPATUHAN PENGUSAHA KENA PAJAK UNTUK PELAPORAN SPT MASA PPN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 (STUDI KASUS PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA KOSAMBI TAHUN 2016-2020)

Perkembangan tekhnologi di era modernisasi memungkinkan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DGT) melakukan pengendalian dengan mengandalkan teknologi digital. Salah satunya diluncurkanlah aplikasi e-Faktur guna mengoptimalisasi penerimaan pajak yang dipungut dengan melakukan perbaikan administrasi perpajakan khususnya dalam pembuatan faktur pajak elektronik (e-Faktur). Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi e-Faktur versi 3.0 dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak untuk pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan  Masa PPN di Kantor Pelayan Pajak Pratama Kosambi Tahun 2016-2020 serta hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan KPP Pratama Kosambi dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi menggunakan indikator melalui standar dan sasaran pada kebijakan, sumber daya manusia, hubungan komunikasi antar organisasi, agen pelaksana, kondisi sosial, politik dan ekonomi, serta disposisi implementor sudah cukup baik namun masih memiliki kekurangan. dikarenakan penyuluhan, edukasi, dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan masih belum maksimal. Sedangkan tingkat kepatuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak mengalami kenaikan hal ini dibuktikan dengan data jumlah pengusaha kena pajak yang melaporkan Surat Pemberitahuan  Masa PPN dari tahun pajak 2016 sampai dengan 2020 mencapai 81%, Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kesadaran pengusaha kena pajak dalam menjalankan kewajiban perpajakannya mengalami peningkatan

PROSES PEMBUATAN NPWP CEPAT DAN MUDAH BAGI PELAKU UMKM DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2020 di Kelurahan Pakis yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Sawahan, Kota Surabaya. Pakis merupakan daerah yang terus berkembang dengan memiliki beberapa UMKM di bidang kuliner dan fashion. Tujuan diadakan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengenalkan tentang proses pembuatan NPWP cepat dan mudah guna meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya. Metode pelatihan ini dimulai dengan syarat dan cara pembuatan NPWP, hak dan kewajiban wajib pajak serta manfaat NPWP, tata cara pembukuan dan pencatatan, serta tata cara penghitungan dan pelaporan pajak UMKM. Persiapan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu (1) menganalisa situasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan UMKM, (2) Memberikan materi pelatihan yang disosialisasikan oleh Instruktur kepada pelaku UMKM dan diskusi tentang permasalahan-permasalahan pajak, (3) evaluasi program dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan bahwa pelaku UMKM yang belum mendaftarkan diri sebagai wajib pajak karena belum mengetahui tata cara pembuatan NPWP dan keterbatasan informasi terkait syarat dan cara pembuatan NPWP, dan pelaku UMKM belum melakukan pembukuan dan pencatatan transaksi keuangannya. Pelatihan ini menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya pemahaman terhadap perpajakan, adanya respon positif tersebut dilihat dari antusiasme para peserta pelatihan mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian, Sebagian besar (62,5%) peserta telah memahami tentang perpajakan, arti pentingnya pajak, pembuatan NPWP, dan dapat memahami PP Nomor 23 Tahun 2018. Abstract: This community service activity is a service activity that has been conducted in 2020 in Pakis Village located in sawahan sub-district, Surabaya. Fern is an area that continues to grow by having several MSMEs in the field of culinary and fashion. The purpose of this devotion is to introduce about the process of making NPWP quickly and easily in order to improve the understanding of MSMEs in fulfilling their tax obligations. This training method begins with the terms and procedures for making NPWP, the rights and obligations of taxpayers as well as the benefits of NPWP, bookkeeping and recording procedures, and procedures for calculating and reporting MSMEs taxes. Preparation of community service is carried out in several stages, namely (1) analyzing the situation and identification of the needs of MSMEs, (2) Providing training materials disseminated by instructors to MSMEs and discussions on tax issues, (3) evaluation of programs in the implementation of community service activities. The results of the activities that have been carried out that MSME actors who have not registered as taxpayers because they do not know the procedure of making NPWP and limited information related to the terms and how to make NPWP, and MSMEs actors have not done the bookkeeping and recording of financial transactions. This training shows the level of understanding of MSMEs on the importance of understanding taxation, the positive response is seen from the enthusiasm of the trainees following the devotional activities, mostly (62.5%) participants have understood about taxation, the importance of taxes, the creation of NPWP, and can understand PP No. 23 of 2018

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Brand Local Sepatu Compass (studi Kasus Pada Pengguna Sepatu Compass Di Kab. Bekasi)

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  extent  to  which Product Quality and Price Perception influence the Purchase Intention  of  consumers  for  Compass  shoes  in  Bekasi Regency, both individually and simultaneously. The sample of this study consisted of 150 respondents who are users of Compass  shoes.  The  method  used  in  this  study  is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that Product  Quality  has  a  61.9%  influence  on  Purchase Intention, and the t-test indicates a positive and significant influence.  Price  Perception  has  a  53.1%  influence  on Purchase Intention, and the t-test indicates a positive and significant influence. The simultaneous test results indicate that Product Quality and  Price Perception collectively have a  66.0%  influence  on  Purchase  Intention. Based  on  the Anova F-test, the calculated Sig. value is 0.000 < 0.05, thus it  can  be  concluded  that  Product  Quality  (X1)  and  Price Perception (X2) simultaneously influence Purchase Intention (Y)

KONSTRIBUSI KETERAMPILAN 4C TERHADAP PROJEK PENGUATAN PROPIL PELAJAR PANCASILA PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA

Saat ini disekolah&nbsp; kurang maksimal pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar pancasila disinkat dengan P5 pada kurikulum merdeka&nbsp; yang mana pelaksanaan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar&nbsp;&nbsp; masih terpusat kepada guru dan dengan keterampilan 4C akan menjadikan proses belajar mengajar menjadi terpusat kepada sisiwa dan&nbsp; berkarakter. Pada penlitian ini peneliti perlu menkaji lebih dalam tentang konstribusi&nbsp; keterampilan 4C&nbsp; dalam pelaksanaan P5 pada kurikulum merdeka sehingga&nbsp; siswa akan memilki keterampilan bekerja sama , keterampilan kreatifitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik sehingga meningkatkan akhlak atau karakter siswa tersebut. Peneliti mengunakan metode kepustakaan dengan cara dikumpulkan bahan bacaan yang relevan sesuai dengan masalah peneliti dan menghasilkan temuan peneliti. Dengan 4C&nbsp; pada pelaksanaan P5&nbsp; peserta didik bisa menghasil&nbsp; peserta didik akan&nbsp; berkualitas apabila peserta didik cepat memahami apa yang disampaikan pendidik dan teman – teman sekelompok kerja dengan cara&nbsp; komunikasi, karakter gotong – royong bisa terbentuk pada peserta didik dengan kerja sama sehinga melahir peserta didik yang tidak mementingkan diri sendiri. menhasil siswa yang beroikir kritis, berinovasi dan kreativitas. Jadi dengan 4C&nbsp; pada pelaksanaan P5&nbsp; peserta didik bisa menjadi jawaban dari tantangan abad 21 dan 4C bisa memberi konstribusi pada pelaksanaan P5 pada kurikulum merdeka. Implementasi Desentralisasi Pendidikan di SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari

Education decentralization brings positive and negative impacts for every school that implements it. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. Respondents in this study were 5 people, namely the principal, vice principals, teachers and education staff. The instrument of this research is an interview guide on the implementation of education decentralization in SMA negeri 6 Batang Hari. The data collection technique in this research is through structured and depth interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SWOT technique (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results of this study indicate that: 1) the form of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari is School-based Management (SBM), school zoning systems, and the integration of technology in educational activities, 2) the positive impact of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari is an increasing quality of education, efficiency of education administration and education equalization, 3) the negative impact of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari, namely the presence of new incompetent powers, the existence of gaps for the practice of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, and poses other challengesDesentralisasi pendidikan membawa dampak positif maupun negatif bagi setiap sekolah yang menerapkannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi desentralisasi pendidikan di SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yang meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan staf kependidikan. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara tentang implementasi desentralisasi pendidikan di SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk desentralisasi pendidikan di SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari yaitu Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS), sistem zonasi sekolah, dan pengintegrasian teknologi dalam kegiatan pendidikan, 2) dampak positif desentralisasi pendidikan di SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari yaitu peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, efesiensi administrasi pendidikan dan penyetaraan pendidikan, 3) dampak negatif desentralisasi pendidikan di SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari yaitu adanya kekuasaan baru yang belum kompeten, adanya celah untuk praktek Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme, serta menimbulkan tantangan lainnya
