Řízení výkonnosti podniku v době krize

V příspěvku byly diskutovány současné nástroje pro řízení výkonnosti. Pozornost byla nejvíce zaměřena na moderní nástroje jako ekonomická přidaná hodnota a její propojení s konceptem Balanced Scorecard. V další části byly charakterizovány dopady krize na výkonnost podniku. Znalost dopadů krize byla základem pro diskuzi, zda současné či tradiční přístupy stačí na řízení výkonnosti v době krize. Tradiční finanční metody neposkytují včasné a přesné údaje nutné pro řízení výkonnosti. Pro úspěšné řízení výkonnosti v období krize je nutné využívat více nástrojů, které budou schopny reagovat na dopady krize. Zejména lze doporučit využití nástrojů jako je EVA+BSC, kalkulace nákladů pomocí ABC a řízení rizik.In this article the present tools for performance management were discussed. The focus was aimed on modern tools such as economic value added and its link to concept Balanced Scorecard. In the next part the impacts of crisis on company performance were charterized. The knowledge of impacts of crisis was essential for the discussion whether the current or traditional tools suit in a period of crisis. The traditional financial methods don’t provide timely and accurate information, which is necessary for performance management. In a period of crisis it is necessary to use for success more tools, which will be able to respond on impacts of crisis. Particularly it is possible to use such tools as EVA+BSC, as calculating the costs with ABC and as risk management

Speaker Recognition in the VoIP Environment

Tato práce popisuje použití systémů pro rozpoznávání mluvčího v~prostředí VoIP, úspěšnost systému a přístupy k jejímu zlepšení. Popisuje architekturu těchto systémů, metriky pro vyhodnocení jejich úspěšnosti a klíčové komponenty VoIP z hlediska rozpoznávání mluvčího. Je zde popsáno vytvoření simulace VoIP prostředí, úspěšnost systému je vyhodnocena na datech pocházejících z různých druhů VoIP prostředí a výsledky jsou demostrovány. Adaptace a kalibrace systému je provedena a jejich přínosy zhodnoceny.This work describes using speaker recognition systems in the VoIP environment, system performance and approaches to improving it. System architecture, evaluation metrics and VoIP technology key components from the view of speaker recognition are described. VoIP environment simulation is described. Speaker recognition system's performance is evaluated on data sets from various kinds of VoIP environments and the results are demonstrated. System adaptation and calibration is performed and their benefits are discussed.

Obsahem práce je projektová dokumentace k novostavbě samostatně stojícího polyfunkčního domu. Objekt má 4 nadzemní podlaží a je nepodsklepený. Svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří keramické zdivo Porotherm. Stropy jsou železobetonové, monolitické. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou.The subject of thesis is a project documentation of a single-standing multifunctional building. Object has 4 floors with no basement. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic masonry Porotherm. Ceilings are monolithic, reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof.

The university forest enterprise in Kostelec nad Černýmil Lesy - a basis for practical education and research at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences in Prague

The paper presents the University Forest Enterprise, established in 1935, as an important part of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. The contribution also describes the natural conditions of the enterprise (altitude, climate, geological and soil condition) and the species composition of the forests. Attention is also paid to the organizational structure of the enterprise and to the main activities, being carried out there. These are focused on education and research. However, the number of these activities is stagnating or declining in recent years. Therefore it is necessary to seek a new financing model and start work on the modemization of the facilities and equipment

Virtualization of I/O Operations in Computer Networks

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou virtualizace počítačových systémů a zejména síťových karet ve vysokorychlostních sítích, a řeší implementaci podpory virtualizační technologie SR-IOV pro síťové karty COMBO. V práci jsou shrnuty různé přístupy k virtualizaci síťových karet a popsány výhody technologie SR-IOV pro vysoce výkonné aplikace. Dále práce obsahuje informace o platformě COMBO a popisuje návrh a implementaci podpory technologie SR-IOV pro tuto platformu. Závěrem je provedeno vyhodnocení výkonnostních testů implementované technologie ve virtuálních strojích. Výsledkem práce je podpora technologie SR-IOV v kartách COMBO, což umožňuje jejich použití ve virtuálních strojích při zachování vysokého výkonu. To umožní budoucím COMBO kartám fungovat jako akcelerátory v sítích využívajících virtualizace síťových funkcí.This work deals with virtualization of computer systems and network cards in high-speed computer networks, and describes implementation of the SR-IOV virtualization technology support in the COMBO network card platform. Various approaches towards network card virtualization are compared, and the benefits of the SR-IOV technology for high performance applications are described. The work gives overview of the COMBO platform and describes design and implementation of the SR-IOV technology support for the COMBO platform. The work concludes with measurement and analysis of the implemented technology performance in virtual machines. The result of this work is the COMBO cards' support for the SR-IOV technology, which makes it possible to use them in virtual machines with wire-speed performance preserved. This allows future COMBO cards to be used as accelerators in the networks utilizing the Network Function Virtualization.

Production of real component by lost wax casting technology

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou skutečné součásti pomocí technologie vytavitelného modelu. V práci je popsána charakteristika technologie vytavitelného modelu, následně konstrukce 3D součásti, výroba silikonové formy, výroba voskového (plastového) modelu součásti. V závěru je provedeno technickoekonomické zhodnocení.This thesis deals with the real production of component by using investment casting technology. The thesis describes characteristics of investment casting technology, subsequently construction of 3D component, production of silicone mould, production of wax (plastic) of the model component. At the end of the work is provided technical and economic evaluation.

Migration and load-balancing in distributed hierarchical component systems

Vyvážené využití zdrojů je jedním z cílů distribuovaných aplikací. Jeden ze způsobů, jak dosáhnou vyváženého využití je monitorování běhu aplikací a migrace jejich komponent mezi počítači. Migrace s sebou přináší mnoho otázek, od monitorování prostředků až po získávání stavu komponenty a jeho přenosu na jiný počítač. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a implementovat podporu pro migraci a vyvažování zítěže v hierarchickém komponentovém systému SOFA 2.A well balanced usage of resources is one of the goals of distributed applications. A way to achieve such a balanced usage is by run-time monitoring and migration of components of already executed applications between computers. There are many issues related to migration, from monitoring resources usage till obtaining component state and transferring to a di erent computer. The Application of Fuzzy Logic for the Choice of Supplier

V diplomové práci jsou použity moderní metody analýzy a modelování. Diplomová práce umožňuje aplikaci fuzzy logiky při výběru dodavatele s vyhodnocením jeho možných rizik pro stavební podniky. Cílem této práce je vymezení řešeného problému a stanovení celkového cíle a jednotlivých dílčích cílů, např. teoretický popis základu použité teorie prostředku umělé inteligence, popis a analýza problému, vyhodnocení současné situace, provedení návrhu řešení a zhodnocení přínosu návrhu řešení.The diploma thesis employs modern analysing and simulating methods. It enables the application of fuzzy logic in supplier selection and evaluation of its potential risks to construction companies. This work is aimed at defining the problem and determining the overall and particular goals, namely theoretical description of the principle of used artificial intelligence theory, problem description and analysis, current situation as-sessment, proposed solution implementation and evaluation of proposed solution con-tribution.

Obsahem této práce je návrh a realizace HW doplněného o SW pro zařízení na projekci titulků do filmu, který se promítá z promítacího zařízení na 16mm film, synchronizace titulků s filmem, zároveň práce také řeší princip problematiku změny vzdálenosti plátna. Titulky se načítají pomocí slotu pro SD kartu, ovládání probíhá pomocí ovládacího prvku, kde je použit grafický monochromní displej tlačítek, který slouží také pro nastavení celého zařízení a jeho úpravy.The content of this work is the design and implementation of HW supported by SW for viewing subtitles into the movie, which translates from the projection equipment on 16 mm film, synchronizing subtitles with the movie, at the same time the work also addresses the issues of principle changes the distance of the canvas. Subtitles are loaded by using the SD card slot control by using the control, which is used to display graphics monochrome buttons that are also used for setting the device and its modifications.
