    : There are three objectives in this study namely to know the relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior, relationship between job satis- faction and organizational citizenship behavior), and the role of job satisfaction as mediator in the relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship be- havior (OCB). There are three scales used in this research which are organizationnal citizenship behavior scale, teacher self efficacy, and minnesta satisfaction ques- tionnaire. The study was conducted on 11 religious schools located in a portion of North, East, South, West, and the Middle of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The popu- lation of the research was 208 people then are used as a sample. Result of study was resulted that a positive and significant relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. Then, there is a positive and significant relation- ship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. There is the role of job satisfaction in the relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. This means that self efficacy influences teachers organizational citizenship behavior in MAN by job satisfaction as a mediation

    DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURAL OFFICERS STIFIn TEST RESULTS OF UIN ALAUDDIN MAKASSAR

    Abstract:One's leadership is usually influenced by intelligence and personality types that can be obtained through tests. The STIFIn test can describe an individual's intelligence directly as well as someone's personality types. Therefore, this study aims to identify the personality types possessed by structural officers (bureaucracy) at UIN Alauddin Makassar, the characteristics of each STIFIn personality type and the ratio of the number of male and female leaders. The research instrument used was in the form of STIFIn intelligence test. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that of the 20 respondents tested, 4 of the 5 STIFIn personialty types were identified namely Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling and Instinct, and none of them were Sensing type. They consisted of 17 men and 3 women. Moreover each type of intelligence and personality has different characteristics. Abstrak:Kepemimpinan seseorang biasanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan dan tipe kepribadian yang dapat diperoleh melalui tes. Tes STIFIn dapat memetakan kecerdasan individu secara langsung sekaligus menjadi tipe kepribadian sesorang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipe-tipe kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh pejabat struktural di UIN Alauddin Makassar, karakteristik dari masing-masing tipe kepribadian STIFIn, serta rasio jumlah pemimpin laki-laki dan perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yakni dalam bentuk tes kecerdasan STIFIn. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 responden yang diuji, diidentifikasi menjadi 4 dari 5 jenis kepribadian STIFIn yaitu Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling dan Insting, dan tidak ada yang bertipe Sensing. Mereka terdiri dari 17 pria dan 3 wanita. Kemudian setiap jenis kecerdasan dan kepribadiaan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda

    Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an attitude very important in organizations of every individual, because it can indirectly help the success of the organization. One of factors that influences the emergence of OCB is job satisfaction. Several studies have shownthat age and gender affect the individual's ability to realize the OCB in the workplace. This study aimed to determine the differences in organizational citizenship behavior based on gender, organizational citizenship behavior differences based on age, and the effect of jobsatisfaction on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior. This study use quantitative study withan instrument of job satisfaction scale (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale. The samples in this study are 32 teachers inMadrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Gowa in South Sulawesi.Data were analyzed using inferential statistical techniques: t-test analysis,one way ANOVA, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there were no differences in organizationalcitizenship behavior based ongender, then there are no differences in organizational citizenship behavior based on age, and there is the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior

    Meta Analisis Pengaruh Self Regulated Learning terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) effect size self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik berdasarkan koreksi pengambilan sampel hasil belajar, (2) effect size self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik berdasarkan koreksi kesalahan pengukuran, dan (3) effect size self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik.  Sampel pada penelitian ini berupa jurnal yang mengkaji tentang self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan metode studi meta analisis. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa (1) korelasi populasi rata-rata sebesar 0,385 secara signifikan terdapat korelasi positif antara self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik, (2) koreksi populasi yang dikoreksi sebesar 0,471 secara signifikan terdapat korelasi positif antara self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik, dan (3) nilai estimate sebesar 0,689 maka dipercaya bahwa ada korelasi positif antara self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dan termasuk kategori besar, tidak terdapat masalah bias publikasi pada studi meta analisis dengan nilai p > 0,05. Ditemukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik, artinya semakin tinggi self regulated learning maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Self regulated learning semakin tinggi karena self regulated learning mampu mengatur diri peserta didik dalam belajar, mampu mengatur emosional peserta didik dalam belajar, dan mampu mengatur tingkah laku peserta didik dalam belajar. Jadi, self regulated learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik

    PENGAMALAN NILAI TAUHID ULUHIYAH DALAM IBADAH SALAT PADA REMAJA

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengamalan nilai tauhid uluhiyah dalam ibadah salat pada remaja, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pengamalan ibadah salat pada remaja di Kelurahan Darma Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data yaitu 18 remaja, orangtua di Kelurahan Darma Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Dalam memperoleh data digunakan instrumen wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengamalan nilai tauhid uluhiyah dalam ibadah salat pada remaja di Kelurahan Darma, terbagi dua, yaitu; kelompok remaja yang melaksanakan salat dengan tepat waktu atau diawal waktu dan kelompok remaja yang suka menunda-nunda salat; 2) Faktor pendukung yang memengaruhi pengamalan nilai tauhid uluhiyah dalam ibadah salat pada remaja adalah adanya kesadaran diri pada remaja, teman sebaya atau lingkungan masyarakat yang baik dan tersedianya masjid sebagai sarana sehingga memudahkan pelaksanaan salat lima waktu, 3) Faktor penghambat yang memengaruhi pengamalan nilai tauhid uluhiyah dalam ibadah salat pada remaja adalah kurangnya perhatian orang tua, adanya kegiatan lain yang lebih mendesak dan timbulnya rasa malas

    Effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance in Private Madrasah Aliyah in Maros Regency

    This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on teacher performance at the Maros Regency Private Madrasah Aliyah. The type of research used was quantitative with the ex post facto method and data management techniques were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The sample in this study were 116 private Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Maros Regency whose research was conducted in December 2018 - February 2019. The results of the study revealed that the effect of motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of Private Madrasahs in Maros Regency. That is, work motivation must be increased so that it can affect teacher performance. If job satisfaction is increased, the motivation of teacher work must be increased. Together, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teacher performance in maros district

    THE APPLICATION OF BEHAVIORISTIC THEORY IN THE 2013 CURRICULUM LEARNING TO SHAPE THE PRINCIPLES OF STUDENTS' CHARACTERS

    The purpose of this study is to describe the application of behavioristic theory in the learning of morality in the 2013 curriculum at the elementary school level. In addition, to reveal the implications of behavioristic theory in learning morality in the 2013 curriculum to shape the morals of elementary school students. This type of research is classified as library research with an interpretative text approach. Data were collected by quoting, adapting, and analyzing using data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model of representative literature and having relevance to the problem discussed, then interpreting the data so that it becomes a conclusion that is considered to answer the problem formulation. The results of the study indicate that there are two main implications, namely: educators utilize preliminary and closing activities of learning as a means to shape the morals of students, and educators cooperate with various components of education staff in schools to form attitudes that lead to moral formation, including: a. ) condition students in an environment that allows the formation of morals, b) create programs that allow students to learn to implement concept learning into practice, c) provide examples to students in the school environment; and d) make a moral commitment to students.The purpose of this study is to describe the application of behavioristic theory in the learning of morality in the 2013 curriculum at the elementary school level.     The Effect of Madrasah Head Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Work Discipline of Madrasah Aliyah Teachers

    The purpose of this study was to discuss the influence of the leadership style of Madrasah heads and work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in the North Polongbangkeng District of Takalar District. This study aims to determine the effect of Madrasah head leadership and work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah teachers. This study uses a type of descriptive and inferential quantitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaire and documentation. The population in this study were 101 teachers, with a total sample of 30 teachers from 101 teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Manongkoki, Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Palleko, Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School and Assalam Islamic Boarding School Madrasa in Polongbangkeng District North Takalar District. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the style of Madrasah head leadership has a significant effect on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Polongbangkeng District. This means that leadership styles must be effective in order to influence the work discipline of teachers. Work motivation towards work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Polongbangkeng Subdistrict, if the discipline wants to be improved, the motivation of the teacher's work must also be increased. Together, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah in Polongbangkeng District
