    Uji Disolusi Dan Penetapan Kadar Meloxicam Supositoria X Dan Meloxicam Supositoria Y Menggunakan Metode Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (Kckt)

    Dissolution tests were conducted and the assay of meloxicam suppository X and Y using the method of meloxicam suppository High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The purpose of this study to determine the dissolution rate of meloxicam suppository X and Y. Both samples received the same treatment that is performed at a temperature of 37 0C + 0.5 0C using 900 mL of dissolution media phosphate buffer pH 7.5 + 0.5. 10 mL samples were taken at minute 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45, and 60. Each sampling was replaced with the same volume. Performed using the HPLC assay at Ξ» 361 nm with a maximum 2.21 minute retention time and flow rate 1 mL/min. Regression equation obtained by y = 18401.7x + 6253.9 with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.9937. The dissolution profiles showed that there was no significant difference in dissolution rate of meloxicam suppository X and Y. Key words: dissolution test, meloxicam, suppositories, HPLC

    Gelatin adalah protein yang diperoleh dengan memanaskan kulit, tendon, ligamen, dan tulang dengan air. Gelatin banyak digunakan di beberapa produk makanan dan industri farmasi. Beberapa agama seperti Islam melarang pengikutnya mengkonsumsi produk makanan yang mengandung keturunan babi dan anjing, termasuk gelatin. Deteksi adanya kandungan nonhalal dalam produk pangan telah menjadi studi penting di banyak negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedakan gelatin anjing dari kambing, sapi dan babi berdasarkan profil asam amino yang dikombinasikan dengan kemometrik dari komponen utama analisis (Principal Component Analysis/PCA). Pemisahan dan penentuan asam amino menggunakan liquid chromatography mass spectroscopy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima kandungan asam amino tertinggi dalam gelatin anjing adalah asam glutamat, glisin, alanin, arginin, dan metionin. Parameter persentase tinggi puncak masing-masing asam amino dari masing-masing sampel dianalisis dengan PCA. Berdasarkan PC1 dan PC2, gelatin dari anjing, kambing, sapi, dan babi bisa dibedakan

    Atomic absorption spectrophotometry can be used to determine iron in milk by wet ashing destruction method at wave length 248.3 nm. There research is aimed to know iron in formula milk it is based on the label and validation of the analytical method. According to validation is linearity test, precision test, accurate test, limit of detection and limit of quantitation. Linearity test showed with correlation (r) 0.998 (> 0.878 r table). Toll precision test with Standard Deviation (SD) 0.012%, Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) 1.835% and detection tool 98.165 %. The sample A of Accurate test with recovery 91.317% (standard 80 – 120 %) dan systematic error 8.683 %. Limited of detection according to the research is much 1.75 ppm, this valid method.     Analisis Residu Pestisida Organoklorin Pada Rimpang Kunyit (Curcuma Domestica) Secara M Spektrofotometri Ultraviolet Visibel

    Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry can be used for determination of organochlorin in turmeric rhizome. This method is based on its complex formation between iron (III) dan thiocyanate ions and the absorption was monitored at 455.5 nm. The aim of this research is to know the validity of UV-Vis spectyrophotometry methods to determinate in turmeric rhizome. The result of analysis was mean organochlorin content in turmeric rhizome is 461.3 ppm. Result of validation analysis standard deviation (SD), coefficient variation (CV) and correctness of appliance at precesion test appliance are 2.4835.10-3, 0.778% and 99.9922% respectively. Method accuration test are recovery and systematically error are 108.984% and 8.984% respectively. For linearity test the equation of standard curve linear regression y=0.00345x + 0.127.     It has been conducted a study on the determination of curcuminoid in jamu β€œX” powder containing rhizome of Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb, was distributed in Purwokerto. In this study, a sample was taken and extracted for determination of levels refluc and conducted using Ultraviolet Visible spectrophotometry method. Curcuminoid reaction with addition of boric acid in the atmosphere to form acids that leads to complex rubrocurcumin shift the maximum wavelength to 500 nm. The result study where coefficient of variation the presicion was 0.96 ( r table). Limit of detection and limit of quantitation of this research was to 0.08 ppm and 0.25 ppm. The result showed that the mean concentration showed that the mean concentration of curcumin in jamu β€œX” powder containing rhizome of Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb. Sampel 0.56 ppm. Determination of curcuminoid in jamu β€œX” powder containing rhizome of Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb that use Ultraviolet Visible spectrophotometry method is valid.     Tartrazin is a certified colouring agent which classified into certified colour means it is permitted for foods and bevereges. . The aim this research was to determine the existence of tartrazin in orson drink. Identification was carried out using thin layer chromatography (TLC) method white mobile phase isopropanol:ammonia 25% (4:1), while the assay was using spectrophotometry method. Thin layer chromatogrphy result showed that all samples contain tartrazin. The result of analysis method that coefficient of variation the presicion was 1,230% ( r table). Limit of detection and limit of quntitation of this research was 1,251 ppm and 4,169 ppm It was found that concentration of tartrazine in samples A ; B ; C and D ; were 79,445; 77,325;78,267;78,56 respechvely.     Akuaponik merupakan teknik bercocok tanam dengan menggabungkan tanaman dan ikan, melalui teknik ini cocok untuk masyarakat daerah perkotaan yang di daerahnya terdapat banyak pabrik industri serta jarang adanya lahan terbuka hijau, teknik ini bisa di lakukan di pekarangan rumah yang lahannya tidak luas. Teknik akuaponi khanya mengandalkan air tanpa menggunakan tanah sebagai media tanamnya, sehingga daerah yang mempunyai sumber air melimpah lebih disarankan menggunakan teknik ini dibandingkan teknik bercocok tanam pada umumnya. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data, analisa, studi pustaka, prototype, dan juga pengujian. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakukan penelitian tentang alat rancang bangun system control dan pemantauan akuaponik berbasis IoT dengan sebuah sensor ultrasonic dan dht22 yang bisa membaca ketinggian air dan suhu serta kelembaban di sekitar akuaponik. Sensor tersebut akan member informasike mikrokontroller arduino uno, kemudian mikrokontroler akan memerintahkan pompa air, lampu, dan kipas untuk hidup ataumati, akuaponik pun dapat di pantau melalui smartphone android, sehingga memudahkan pengguna akuaponik.
